We stopped here a couple of days ago to get gasoline. There was a flyer on the pumps inviting customers to a turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. Well we attended and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the two women serving the food were very nice. It was very nice not to have to go through all the trouble of making dinner. We were so grateful for their generosity and kindness during this special day. We have visited this station a few times this year, but we will be going to this station often in the future. Pump 6 card reader was broken into/opened and had receipt paper spilling out. I thought I should inform the attendant working.... Boy was I wrong !!!! I walk in to show a picture of the pump to him....The old Asian man with gray hair and mustache working responded by saying "WHAT .. WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME" loud and rude as can be! I tried explaining that the pump looked broken and he yelled at me again "WHAT YOU WANT " I literally laughed in disbelief and left. Came by to fill up the other day prior to hopping on the CA-52. The pay islands at this gas station do not accept debits cards or gift cards...resulting the need to swing by the cashier inside to pre-pay for gas... Fuel pumps were in good condition. Squeegees and paper towels were both available. Service was friendly by the uniformed Arco am/pm employee with his name tag. read more

my husband and i went to ampm for the free turkey donner /w pie and a drink, well and dont get me wrong i really appreciate the meal but the portions were and are just insulting !! we got 3 bites of pie and 3 bites of stuffing , and the mashed potatoes i dont know why the guy even put it on the plate, i accidently picked up an extra plate and the mexican lady said, u picked up a extra plate, omg ! she made me put it back and im reffering to just a plate !! nothing on it. the portions were so small ive had more infact twice as much at the missions. they cut the large pumpkin pie into over 30 pieces. !! my peice was two inches. it was a total disapointment. but thank you we didnt go hungry anyways. next year have enough to give full portions at the least. thank you read more

Stopped to get gas, set the pump latch so that it will keep running to fill up. Stepped on the opposite side of the car because I had my cell phone in my hand. Was keeping an eye on the amount of gallons going in and money being rolled up. Then realized that there couldn't be that many gallons of gas going into my car, my car wasn't that empty and my tank wasn't that big. Looked around the side of the car to find that the pump was overflowing my car and it was gasoline all over the ground. Something clearly was wrong. I tried to go in and tell the gentleman, Ian, behind the counter and they seemed not to be that interested in the fact that it was gasoline all over the ground rather than taking care of the existing customers. Finally they sent a gentleman out, Felix, to throw some cat litter on the gasoline. Then I ended up in a long argument with Ian and he told me to come back to talk to the owner. I don't live in the area so that wasn't practical. Finally he gave me $5 even though I thought there was probably closer to 3 gallons on the ground. Now my only resolution is to try to wrangle the owner sometime during the week. I think I'll just call Arco corporate and complain. Ironically, as I was walking out to get in my car and I told the woman trying to use pub:nine not to do so, a man said that the come he was using on the other side was it also leaking and got gasoline on his shoe. Probably best to just skip this place and find a different gas station with more reliable pumps. read more

I live somewhat near The District in Tustin so it's a popular spot for date nights and meeting up with friends even though it's sort of a clusterf*ck. So...considering all the driving, I don't always gas up until the last possible minute because truth be told, it's my least favorite chore and it always feels like it takes forever and that's probably because my car is pretty much on fumes by the time I fill up. Poor thing. This ARCO is cheap and it's near the freeway I need to take to get home. Win/win. It's probably not the greatest gas in the world but the $$$ I save makes me feel a tiny bit better about myself. read more

Such a horrible gas station I come here often on my commute and the staff is very rude and mean especially whoever was working today from 5-close. The door slammed on me and squished me here and their employees and management are not even knowledgeable of everything falling apart . This is a danger that their sensors don't work properly . I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station/c-store, but here I am. This should tell you how bad it is. First of all, this one is rather difficult to get in and out of. The parking is cramped and awkward. I'll occasionally stop here on the way to work to grab coffee if I'm running late and didn't make any at home. I liked this place for the convenience, but most of the staff inside are incredibly rude, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. One time a coffee machine wasn't working and they acted like it was this huge chore to go and check it out. Most of the time when checking out, I deal with this one girl (I have no idea what her name is, but she's usually working weekday mornings) who probably is the worst of the staff. Every time, she acts like she can't get rid of people fast enough and I kid you not, shoved my coffee and water towards me when I was done paying. I've only ever seen her be friendly to a select few people coming in, but they must be regulars. Anyway, someone needs to address this, it's a completely unacceptable level of customer service. I now go to the 7-11 across the street where the employees have been nothing but lovely and friendly. Seriously, go over there and take notes! read more

I used to come here a lot but the clerks are rude and the prices for refreshments are sky high. I wouldn't mind paying the prices, if the employees were kind instead of in your face rude. Worse customer service EVER!! I was denied purchasing coffee from Ian because he was concerned that I was buying for someone he did not like. Max is a 20 something homeless young man, hungry and cold. I was going to buy him a coffee and donut when the employee, Ian, came out of the store and started to yell at Max. Ehhh awkward parking and when I came to grab some Tylenol maybe it was bad timing but the parking and people waiting for gas looked like a hot mess. Very small and tight lot. Made it difficult to get in and out. Customer service was nice but that lot is an accident waiting to happen. If you an avoid this particular location I advise it. Just east of the 55 frwy overpass on Dyer...easy access to & from the frwy...if you wanna take the 55 North, stay in the right lane...to take the 55 South, get in the far left lane. There is another gas station right at the frwy exit, but ARCO is always cheaper & there's a nice big AMPM which always takes the coupons for drinks that we've come across in the past...haven't come across any in the past year, but if I do, I know they will honor it here. I put three gallons in (that's the time it took to go in and ask about the 35 cent charge), then left and filled up at a real gas station down the street. This is the worst customer service I've ever received! I go everyday for coffee and every other day I get a new cup. I've had them accuse me of lyin about whether or not I am actually getting a refill or not meaning I'm trying to scam them on 30cents or something near that. It's ridiculous! I let it go and began paying first with my cup in hand to avoid any further confusion only to be watched coming in with the cup getting in line and then having an Indian lady who speaks broken misspoken English stare at me when I gave her the amount for a refill only. She attempts to speak... I don't understand what she says but then she laughs and says I ask you I ask you! What? The? F? Where am I ? India? If you are African-American do not shop at this location. The staff is very rude to their African-American customers. My first visit was unpleasant but thought the cashier was just having a bad day but on my second visit a different cashier assisted me and it was clear that this is their normal practice. Observed the service to a customer before and after me that was not African-American and not only was the cashier friendly but almost giddy... Shame on you Arco AM/PM! read more

What a stupid gas station..the pumps don't take card. You have to either pay cash at a separate little stand or go inside and pay with card (or cash I suppose) that way. The stand that you pay at never has paper for receipts so you'll have to go inside for that too. Ah well..it's cheap. read more
