I do not ask for much when I enter a 7-Eleven store. There are three things that I notice when I go to one of this chain's convenience stores. I expect NOT to be greeted. I expect NOT to be thanked for shopping at 7-Eleven. I expect the store not to be very clean. Not very high expectations right? Well, the first two things were right on. So poor customer service was expected because of that and so it was. The ambiance was fine with the exception being that the music inside the store was very loud. I believe it was foreign music being played. At least the store appeared pretty clean and well stocked. Too bad they did not have my favorite private label 7-11 products in stock though. I am a big fan of their multi-day bakery items like their brownies, cookies, coffee cake, and other sweets. None of them were there that day I dropped by. Very disappointing!!! I've been a customer of 7-Eleven well over 20 years and I've never had an experience like I just had at this location I go in there this morning to get my usual monster and a slim Jim while I'm getting my things I can hear the two employees that were behind the counter arguing with each other which is one thing but they were using extremely and I mean extremely vulgar language that I don't think you guys would appreciate in your stores because normally I wouldn't say anything but they were using the f word and every other nasty word you could think of arguing with each other and I got to the point where when I went to the counter I was pissed off because I know how it would look just like I told them if small children were in here with their parents you think those parents would have any kind of sense of humor about two 7-Eleven employees standing behind the counter instead of doing their jobs & yelling at each other and I told both of these guys to their face what were you guys thinking talking like that you guys are employees of 7-Eleven talking like you're out on the street arguing with one another I'm not sure any customer would appreciated that kind of language and basically instead of like realizing what I'm saying they get defensive and push back on me that's fine I'm never going back to that location anyways but I'm not going to take out being upset at those two and not go to 7-Eleven no more it's just like that old saying it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch you really need to get these guys some retraining and need to realize what a serious situation that was and it could have been a lot worse all I was trying to do is bring it to their attention to that's a bad look on the 7-Eleven and themselves read more

The woman who was working here when I visited in the morning was really, really organized and on her A-game. She legit rang up my bottled water and mints at the same time as ringing up some dude's Lotto scratcher, and also while answering someone's question. It was pretty impressive. This is one of those weird 7-Elevens that is built into a shopping center. I guess I am used to seeing 7-Elevens as stand-alone buildings? This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest (by 7-11 standards) 7-11's I've been to. They are well-stocked in everything! They do have a policy where they do not sell alcohol past midnight. Clerks are friendly and I have never had an issue with them. There is a CO-OP atm inside, which means you can get cash from your account fee-free if you belong to a credit union. read more

OK so we all know liquor stores have a bad rap. However this liquor store is definitely one of the worst, I was wanting to purchase a pack of gum I came in very quickly as you do at a liquor store and just grab a pack of gum, saw that was $1.99 as I headed to the register and the clerk told me it was actually four dollars, where he proceeded to show me that the entire stack of gum that was on a $1.99 price tag was not his fault and he refused to adjust it don't come to this 7-Eleven, you might accidentally buy something that's the wrong price because of their lazy clerks not stocking correctly but they'll make you pay for it anyways. read more

Probably one of the best 7-11s around! I go here every time I'm at the vape shop and it's always a good experience. Pretty sure the people who work there know who I am, lol. Everything is always stocked (even the hot foods!) and the cashiers are always nice to my significant other and I. We're always greeted and check out is always fast. Only down side to this area are the homeless people who hang around outside pretty often, but I don't blame 7-11 for that, haha. Vanilla pepsi and taquitos ftw. Horrible service!!! They insist on making your drinks for you but the girl that was helping touched her mask then touched the cup.. I called her out on it and she caught and attitude saying she used a different hand.. last I checked you have to use both half day to serve a slurpee. The worse part is I'm medical personnel FRONT LINE and was there with two other nurses we were all in scrubs and she still argued hand sanitation with us... sooo upsetting. They are not practicing good hand hygiene at all BE CAREFUL!! read more

The female worker came over to ask if we needed help and started brewing French Vanilla coffee for me. It took less than a minute to be ready. They have a deal for a coffee and muffin for $2.22. Could I ask for a better 7-Eleven?!! This one is super clean, WAY more variety than other ones! Super fresh fruit cups, salads, everything! The coffee station is up to date with coffee on tap and fresh cream as well! The employees are super nice and friendly! Just sad that some greedy man bought up allll the scratchers I wanted and stood by the door for a good hour scratching them, and not cleaning his mess up! How rude! This has got to be the nicest, cleanest, safest, well stock 7-11 I have ever been too!!! The place is always immaculate and we'll stocked! They always have a wide variety of coffees, baked good, fresh fruit, and food to go! The cashiers are always genuinely friendly! Even the owners are there running the store...the OWNERS!!!! I don't know of any other 7-11 where I've seen the owners actually behind the register! And if they were, you could never tell by their rough appearance and demeanor! Excellent 7-11... I highly doubt anyone cares but I also posted feedback on their actual website as well. I have had the most terrible experience here. I have lived in this area my entire life and have never been treated this way or had such an experience . I walked in in the middle of the cashier and a customer having a very interesting conversation about African Americans . Now ,whatever your views are is just fine .However to say blacks are taking advantage of this country during this pandemic is a bit inappropriate to talk about at a job. Then to continue on to another conversation with your co worker about black customers who frequent there in Spanish is even worse! I am bilingual and to assume I didn't care it understand what you said made me sick . I've never been in suck an uncomfortable situation in my entire life . I was at a loss for words . When finished I asked for a bag and because they were so busy in their conversation they didn't hear me . So again I asked , having to yell over the girl with the dreads for them to finally hear me . I asked for my receipt as well and watched as she crumbled it in my face , not paying any attention. This was at about 8:12 am on 07/08/20. And unfortunately I frequent the area being that I am a manager in one of the front neighboring buildings . I really am just sick and sad ! read more

I went in around 11:50pm. The guy who was working at the time was rude as hell. When asked if they had a restroom, he replied (with a rude, annoyed, uninterested voice), "someone's in it." Couldn't even tell me where it was. Hmm. After I was done in the restroom, I went to grab a beer to purchase, as I was walking to the counter to pay, it had just turned 12:00am, and the guy would not let me purchase the alcohol.
