I went in during my 30 min break to pick up agua Fresca slurpees. To my surprise they had it. However when I tried the drink after purchasing it was not that flavor, they had mislabeled it. I came in to tell them, but they didn't care. I went to check if I had made a mistake and it was still incorrectly labeled. There was no agua Fresca slurpee it was instead a disgusting vanilla flavor similar to cake or something. Not what I was expecting and I wasted my break and money. I bought 3 slurpee to share with coworkers and it was sad I had to throw it away in the end. Please pay careful attention to this in the future. read more

Bad service here. They don't have clean Restroom available for regular customers and disabled people. The staff on duty said Restroom is out of service and the restroom doors are completely blocked by heavy equipment and supplies. Please investigate per code violation of public health guidelines for cleanliness and food safety. How are customers able to wash their hands. It's a nice 7-Eleven in one of my favorite shopping centers in Irvine. I go to the Starcrooks across the way a lot. Today I stopped in 7-Eleven to buy a Powerball Ticket for the 500M+ drawing. Clerk was fine. Otherwise, not much to say for a 7-Eleven. They are kind of all the same. I would not get any fresh food or tapped drinks in these places, just bottled drinks, a banana, candy, chips, ice cream or nuts. Unlike the 7-Elevens in Los Angeles this 7-Eleven did not have any shady or homeless people hangout outside. It felt safe here--I try to avoid these types of place in LA--they are magnets for people with a lot of problems hanging out there. This point is clean and has a good selection of items including some travel items, since it's right across the 405 freeway from SNA/John Wayne Airport. 7-11 is supposed to be open 24 hours. It's in the name, it's hours are even posted on yelp 24/7, but I have come to this location multiple Friday nights after I get off work @330 am (I am a bartender) and it has been locked and closed each time! No sign on the door, nothing saying they're on break or they'll be back at X time. Just straight up locked and unsure if they will be back or when. I understand working late and being alone sometimes you need to lock up to pee or take a break, but a sign??? Maybe??? Or change the hours? Idk sometimes I get off @230 sometimes it's 3 other times it's later, but each time I drive over to get food and water after work the doors are locked. Very odd & disappointing since there's not many 24 hour choices in Irvine. read more

There aren't too many 7-Elevens in the city of Irvine. This one just happens to be closest to my office and the airport. I needed an ATM and this one was in a busy shopping center with easy access. The parking is BUSY during the lunchtime hour. This 7-Eleven was packed with cheap goodies. It took me a while to find the ATM though. I wasn't sure where it was but it was hidden away past the Slushie machine and soda dispenser against the wall. My transaction was easy. It didn't even charge me an ATM fee which was unusual. Not that it matters because my ATM fees are refunded by my bank, but it's nice just the same. I was in and out within a few minutes. If I were looking to buy snacks or a drink, this would be a good place for it. Although there is a Nekter Juice next door as well. read more

The staff is really cool too, in fact, very helpful and polite. One thing that I did notice about this particular 7-Eleven is that they are well stacked with "warm" food products - maybe it's to compete during the lunch hour and all the restaurants that it's surrounded by, but hey, it's fine by me. Too much loto business holding up the line for people that need a CONVENIENCE store. Wow. By far the cleanest 7-11 I have been to.. it looks pretty brand new and this is the only location I know of that has a PUBLIC RESTROOM! Yup, no sticky/grimey floors.. I heard this is one of the 7-11's that they train employees, maybe that's why it's so clean. They have all the essential 7-11 items: snacks, hot food, slurpees, coffee, beverages, liquor, etc. This location also serves PIZZA and WINGS! Close to my work, and in a shopping center that has really good food for lunch. I frequent this place in the mornings since it's not as crowded and hard to find parking. COFFEE AND HOT COCO I always pop in for the coffee or the hot chocolate. The coffee is really good, strong and bold. It rivals the Micky D's coffee, and is for sure better than the Starbucks coffee that's in the same lot. They even have mini marshmallows, which are pretty fun to add to your hot choco. PEPPERMINT MOCHA I love this peppermint mocha. It's like crack. The seasonal starbucks one is too sweet for me, but I had a taste of this one day, and I am hooked. CLEANLINESS Very very clean. It's one of the newer 7-elevens popping up everywhere, so everything is spic and span clean all the time. read more

The heated folded is circulated poorly and if you asked for it to be heated again oh do they hate it.
