Bad service here. They don't have clean Restroom available for regular customers and disabled people. The staff on duty said Restroom is out of service and the restroom doors are completely blocked by heavy equipment and supplies. Please investigate per code violation of public health guidelines for cleanliness and food safety. How are customers able to wash their hands. So many customers come here daily to this airport location. Absolutely unacceptable behavior

Your average 7-Eleven! Located on a busy intersection, this 7-Eleven is a bit of a hassle to get to, you have to drive into a parking lot with many turns. Also the store is long so you walk further for things. Other than that, staff is friendly and store itself is clean.

It is nice to visit a 7-Eleven store that does not have homeless or other loiterers hanging around. This specific 7-11 store even had some tables outside. Cool place to hangout and drink a Slurpee. The store itself is a bit small. Lesser selection of merchandise compared to other branches. Store was pretty clean. Service was okay. I'll be back for sure. I'm a fan of the bakery next door.

Food is always fresh and clean. Unlike some other 711's where they have the food the whole day. The staff is always quick and helpful.

The food is always fresh and clean, unlike other 711's. The two ladies during lunch hour are always fast, efficient, and friendly. Definitely one of the best 711's out there

It's a nice 7-Eleven in one of my favorite shopping centers in Irvine. I go to the Starcrooks across the way a lot. Today I stopped in 7-Eleven to buy a Powerball Ticket for the 500M+ drawing. Clerk was fine. Otherwise, not much to say for a 7-Eleven. They are kind of all the same. I would not get any fresh food or tapped drinks in these places, just bottled drinks, a banana, candy, chips, ice cream or nuts. Unlike the 7-Elevens in Los Angeles this 7-Eleven did not have any shady or homeless people hangout outside. It felt safe here--I try to avoid these types of place in LA--they are magnets for people with a lot of problems hanging out there. Great place to sit outside on their chairs and tables and people watch.

This is ridiculous. I have two lottery tickets scratchers. One is $40 and the other is $50. He says he cannot cash either one because they were robbed and they don't have money anymore a week before really. Then they're violating the lottery rules that require them to cash tickets under I think it's $500. This is stupid I don't have time to drive around

They are located in the same plaza as Brodard, Vox Kitchen, Rol Handbar, etc. in Fountain Valley. This location is open later than the other Airoma. They use ceremonial matcha which makes a huge difference. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte (74% sweet) after trying one previously in LA. I paid and waited for my order to be ready. After a few minutes, I received my order. I shook it up and tried it. Delicious! Even better than I remembered. My husband who doesn't usually enjoy matcha, tried it and liked it. He does not dig the earthy taste, but this drink changed his perspective. Airoma made my husband a believer in matcha. We do not usually go out too often for matcha, but when I'm in the mood next, this place will be a must visit. I'll have to try their egg coffee in the future too.

I actually keep hoping that they open another location over near Cerritos/Artesia. There was a line leading outside of the building, but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered a pandan latte and I'd say it was just as good as their original location! Not overly sweet with a really tasty pandan flavor. Lots and lots of parking in the plaza. And service was very quick. There's very minimal seating on the left hand side of where you order. I wouldn't say this is the ideal shop to work in and hang out and chat, but that's fine.

I found the inside decor a bit unexpected, the green walls, the dark vibe with gold accents. It reminded me of a chic lounge or den. I was happy to see they sold drinks and baked goodies. I wasn't in the mood for coffee or a drink, but decided to check out the sweet treats. I was so excited they had Portuguese egg tarts. I am very familiar with the Asian egg tarts, but I haven't had the Portuguese kind. I was eyeing up the banana pudding, but I decided to not get it. Prices seemed a bit high so we just went for 4 egg tarts. We relaxed a bit while our order was ready. They warmed them up, I decided to try one since I am not from this area. MY, oh MY, oh my!!!!!!!!?!!!!!?!!?!!! They were so good, the outside was super flakey, not greasy. The egg center was warm, not too 'eggy' and the sweetness level was just perfect. They were honestly to die for. I contemplated for a few minutes to BUY MORE even though I had only eaten one. I thought, I'm not from this area, so I might as well get more! I ended up getting 5 more, each tart leans on the expensive side for how small they are, but they are mighty delicious!!! I also decided to try the sea salt chocolate chip cookie: Classic Cookie. Traditional components with a dash of sea salt to accentuate the taste of rich imported Belgian chocolate Egg tarts: 5/5!!!!! Honestly when I put in my 2nd order, I couldn't help myself to tell the people behind me how dang good the egg tarts are... They told me they ended up getting some just because I mentioned it.. The salted chocolate cookie looked different to me, it is shaped like a mound. I thought this was good, full of chocolate and the sea salt was good. Would I order it again? Maybe, maybe not. 3/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Food: 4/5
