The employee kept telling everyone to leave and that they had 1min even though it was 10:51pm. I was looking for my items for less than 5min and the employee was staring at me gesturing for me to leave. I felt so pressured I put down the items I grabbed and told him the store is still open for 5min but I'm leaving because he was being very rude. He they said "go ahead and get what you need" and I said no I'm good after his attitude. There was another gentleman knocking on the door confused why they already locked the doors when it was 10:55. As I left the employee told the customer outside that they were closed and needed to set the alarm and already shut down the register. The man was visibly upset and we both agreed the employee was very rude and the store should have remained open until 11pm. I went to my car and both employees immediately left before 11pm and speed off in the parking lot. Extremely unprofessional and bad customer service. Me and I'm sure others won't be back to this location.

What I like best about this pharmacy (Pavilions in the Newport Coast Shopping Center) is that most…read moreof their generics are the NorthStar brand which is the best generic company because it's a USA Company made in the USA hence subject to USA regulations. CVS has generics that are made in India and China where those companies have numerous violations and substandard drug production where they use different fillers and preservatives where I feel unsafe taking those medicines since there's been many reports of problems with generics from emerging markets. They do have long lines here but all of the employees are very kind and friendly. I've found the best tip is to call ahead or wait for the text message that your prescription is ready so you don't show up and then they haven't even worked on it yet.

Even more impressive, by the time he was discharged and made the 10-minute drive home, his prescription was already filled and ready for pickup. The level of efficiency was incredible. What really touched me was that the prescription label was printed in my dad's native Korean. That small detail speaks volumes about the care and respect they show their patients. My parents tell me this isn't a one-time experience--they receive this same exceptional service every time. As the daughter of elderly parents, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are cared for by a pharmacy that is not only fast and professional, but also thoughtful and compassionate.
