But my pharmacy experience was terrible. 3 attempts to pickup my prescription. 1st time the entire staff was at lunch. 2nd attempt after waiting 10 minutes in line, was told they didn't know if my prescription was in and move to another window, then get back in line. They couldn't even check. 3rd attempt, your prescription is backordered and we do not know when it will be here. Like they couldn't contact the supplier and get an ETA? Moving to Amazon Pharmacy, CVS is just terrible. read more

They are consistently prompt, informative, helpful, and quite honestly we have come to trust and value their team. If you need vaccines or medications - I think this is the best CVS experience I've had. It's inside Target at The District and I had such an easy time getting some vaccines including a flu shot and a Covid bivalent booster with their pharmacist, Summer C. Please see if you can ask for her and ask her all the questions and she will try your best to answer them. From an Nurse Practitioner- she is just so helpful and educates the patients to the best of her ability. And the shots didn't hurt! I'm new to the area so I had to switch my rx pickup to this location. Order was made a week ago. It's still not ready, and I'm all out. I went in and asked when it would be ready, and the guy at the counter said tomorrow (BRW he had an attitude). I called the next day, still not available. And the lady said she doesn't know what happened (She was nice though). She then she said she would make the order and it should be ready next day and that they'll call when ready. Fist of all, why was the order just made when the rx was called in a week earlier? Then I received no call yet. So I'm not sure if it's ready. So I call them, and the automated answer says "sorry can't connect your call, try again later" I'm just really frustrated at this point. Is the only way to know when my rx is ready to go into the store? And just to find out it's not ready? Then, since it's a Target, they didn't let me ring up my other health over the counter items. I had to go to main registers. But then the main register did not accept my FSA card for the items. btw, i told the guy (the one with an attitude) at the pharmacy counter that I wanted to use my FSA for the health items and he didn't care. He told me he can't ring it up so I need to go to main register. So if it's their policy that all items get rung up in main register, and main register doesn't take FSA items, then it's useless to use your FSA at this location. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a regular CVS. Update: they called me and and said the order is ready. However their system is down. So they had to place order with a different location. So here we are now going to another location to finally get my RX that I have been needing. Truly such a hassle. For the experience, run-around, delay, and issues, definitely 1 Star. But since the lady who helped fix all the issues is nice and seemed genuine in trying to help, it's 2 stars. read more

Where you gonna get your drugs? I don't know about y'all, but I prefer the pharmacy. Target transitioned to CVS a while back, and they are perfectly fine. They have decently long opening hours and are fairly quick. For may last prescription, it was called into another Target CVS and they did not have it in stock. They transferred it to the this one, who had it ready to go in 45 minutes or so. Friendly and clean, and you can get your Target shopping done at the same time. read more

I usually get my prescription refilled at another location, but it was further to compare to this location. So, I called the pharmacy and asked if I can have my prescription transferred. The technician made the transition process very smooth and fast and I was able to get my prescription right away. It was a good experience! read more

This place gets all the stars for having the sweetest CVS employee. His name is Hung, and I've had him twice for the last two visits I had at check-out. The first time I visited, he complimented me on my necklace and was so sweet to ensure all of my chocolate caramel Easter eggs didn't just have to be carried in my small hands (I got 12.) Hung was so sweet to make sure my chocolate eggs were protected in a small disposable brown baggie. The second time I came in, right away Hung welcomed me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I was looking for the restroom, and right away pointed me in the right direction. During checkout, he acknowledges anyone who is waiting as he's assisting others. Hung is so kind. I told him that the restroom needed new toilet paper, and he thanked me for telling him (because he said he's the one to do it!) At check-out, one of my items was supposed to be marked down because of how it was advertised, but it wasn't ringing up due to someone who mis-shelved those items. Without hesitation, Hung knew to acknowledge the sale price and even used the little disposable baggie for more chocolate eggs I bought. He is very sweet, and this place gets 5 stars because of Hung's phenomenal Guest service, kindness, and generosity. read more

I wasted my time (visited several time for picking up one med) due to CVS staff lack of communication skills and bad customer service. They failed to provide a clear information as what I actually need to pick up my med but all they said I am sorry I don't know. They do not know how to serve and communicate to provide the needs for their customers. Horrible experience. read more

Connie and Nick, the pharmacists here, are great! They are always friendly and make sure every order is filled promptly. I appreciate that they both take time to answer any questions I have. Connie was also able to get my girlfriend to get her flu shot! Which is impressive as she hates needles. I highly recommend this CVS location, and it is super easy to get some shopping done as well since it is located in Target. read more

Just another shout out for the best pharmacy team I've ever dealt with. I recently had some issues regarding my thyroid Meds and needed to understand my options in doing so. Connie, the pharmacist came to my rescue as usual and answered all my questions and recommended a trial solution that my doctor agreed to and approved the change. I have always received the best service, friendly and caring staff for over 5 years. A few times they called other pharmacies to accommodate my prescription so that I didn't have to wait on a back order.
