We also noticed a few maintenance issues, including a visibly dirty/stained booth seat and a teacup given to one of our guests that was broken on the bottom. Service was another area that could use some improvement. For a party of six, the staff felt somewhat inattentive, leaving several people at our table waiting for long periods to get hot water refills. There's a lot of seating inside the cat room and the cats themselves have free reign. If you're not used to seeing cats on furniture it's funny to see. They also have a slideshow that plays with all the cats that are available for adoption. They have the cat's name and a brief description of their temperment. If you plan on adopting they recommend either already having a socialized cat or adopting in pairs, which makes sense to me. I plan on going back soon, I really enjoyed my visit and don't mind supporting cats in this way.
