    By far the worst cvs ever, Tom the store manager refused my return that I purchased online came swatched. Per supervisor Jeffrey Tom refused the return and went against the in store return policy

    Of one the few 24 hour locations and it's good size too, I just wish that all pharmacies that don't close, have a drive-thru. I had to come in once needing medication for my eyes just before the sun came up, and I had to wear sunglasses to disguise them. I know not all will have a drive up window, but if they are open all day every day, they should a drive-thru in my opinion.

    Horrible service would give zero stars if I could I've been waiting for 30 minutes trying to print out photos but both machines are not working and the girl in the picture gave me hella attitude and had been ignoring me she told me to order through the app but I need them now when I tried to order through the app it says it won't be ready till an hour later so asked another employee both gave me attitude not helpful at all

    NOT 24 hours. Three other potential customers and I have been waiting outside of closed doors for 1.5 hours. And this is as after we witnessed a worker come out of the doors and remove a hand written sign saying be right back... so unprofessional I mean many of these late night customers have only just been discharged from the ER or ICU and were given strict instructions to come straight here to fill their prescriptions. On top of it just being completely rude and false advertising. Thanks for the waste of gas guys... CHANGE YOUR HOURS!

    *sigh* Bliss were the days when you simply received the magnet you ordered. Now, some assembly required, and parts are missing. lol!

    tl,dr: Mostly good. I only go here for photo pickup. Likes: + All my past exps picking up photos here ordered through CVS app have been mostly excellent. It's straightforward: once you receive the confirmation that "Your order is being printed!" "... and should be ready by the time you arrive at the store for pick up", get in line at the cashier like you're buying something, then let the cashier know you're there for photo pickup. They'll ring you up within a min. + Thanks T-Mobile Tuesdays! + Ample available parking, even with many ppl coming and going. + Store is conveniently located near all kinds of shops and eateries, even South Coast Plaza! Non-likes: - The photo print confirmation email should mention the store hours. It mentioned the store's address and phone #, but store hours would also be very useful. - I got pranked. I ordered a 4x6 magnet print. Instead, I got my 4x6 photo and some instructions, which say to use the magnet assembly block. Where's the magnet assembly block? I was being helped by manager Tom Eldridge. His service was nice and straightforward, but I think he should've checked that the photo in fact s/b a magnet. I did say "photo pickup please", but I was using "photo" in the general sense. I had received the confirmation email 23 hours ago (it's 8pm now), so I thought by this morning the magnet would already be fully prepared. Still, the associate who rings the customer up should do due diligence and check that there's at least a proper magnet in a magnet order. When Mr Tom handed the lil envelope to me, I thought it felt light only cuz CVS had advanced the strength-weight ratio of their magnet technology while I wasn't looking. Once I realized the truth in my car, I decided it's too late for rectification cuz there was already a slow cashier line forming. *sigh* - Also cuz few employees are operating the cashiers. Two at most. Hue-manatee has fallen on hard times, eh? - The parking lot ambience is sketchy. Always feels like there's a homeless or drugo person watching you from afar (or even close by) when I walk to and fro my car. That's why I try to make my photo pickups here quick and snappy.

    This is not the first time I've arrived at this location after everything else is closed only to discover the 24 hour CVS is closed because ALL the employees decided to take a hour long lunch break together at 2am. And of course there is nothing close open. So I'm forced to sit in the parking lot and wait for them (when they should be taking lunches separately). Otherwise I have to drive all the way to Costa Mesa or Newport for an open location. What's the point of the GIANT red sign above the door that says open 24 hours. Cuz they aren't!

    No print services available. The machine is just always down, per the guy that works there. Don't expect anyone to come to fix it

    Unpleasant staff does not help customers, that staff member wearing a red shirt and yellow hair is not friendly to customers.

    . Let me tell you why they get 5. I have several medications that I need filled ON TIME every…read moresingle month. I have prescription for controlled substances which has me going to the Dr to physically pick up the RX every month(hassle)thank you DEA I expect to be able to have a RX filled within the same day. At CVS I am able to pick up my prescription the same day w/o being told they have to order the drug & it takes 3 days to get (rite Aid 111 n main takes 3+ days, longer if they screw it up). I understand there are lines ((not always)) and when there is be prepared to wait. (Waiting @CVS is more quick than 3 days). Before this store was remodeled the people behind the counter were the most HORRIFIC , RUDE, COLD, UNRESPONSIVE, I say this as I was in line standing to drop off ( there were no other customers ) and I waited for the lady that was standing at the spot where you give them your rx, she was looking down.... I waited 5 minutes she said NOTHING, then a co-worker walked up next to her & began chatting (bullshit ting )), he looked me directly in the eye, neither has said MAY I HELP YOU? DID U NEED TO DROP OFF YOUR RX? NADA was asked! I patiently waited for another 7 minutes as they're still talking.......Finally after 15+ minutes I said EXCUSE me, I've been patiently standing in line waiting to drop off my prescription and NEITHER OF YOU asked if I needed help!l. So the guy asked me CAN I HElP YOU? I said NO, I'm waiting for this RUDE LADY TO LOOK UP and notice she has had a customer waiting in line for a very long time whilst doing nothing but talking to one another, so than she said give me your prescription, so I handed it to her and she took the thing glanced and set it in a box without asking me anything further, nothing.. I asked her, I see you're really busy do you know how long this will take ? She says you see All of the prescriptions I have to put in the system? I don't know how long it'll be, at least 1hour! I looked at her facial expression and really wanted to slap her, I Said GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION YOU ARE THE RUDEST MOST UNHELPFUL PERSONS I'VE EVER MET IN ALL MY 55 YEARS OF LIFE & YOU NEED TO BE FIRED! I GLANCED AT THE GUY AS HE Ws still standing there, I told him you also should be fired, too busy socializing! Like I said that was before the remodel, as of today the people in pharmacy are very nice

    Everything EXCELLENT customer service. Since the CVS always…read moreneeds improvement with in regards to stock, pharmacy etc. I call to find out about a hair sprays since per the app they had it in stock. I went to three different CVS and nothing. I star calling to make sure the had it in stock and the Manager pick up the phone and went above and beyond to find out for my product that I was looking for. He even hold it for me in the front desk. Thank you very much!
