I Went to get passport photos for me and my family. The huge lady at the photo center gave me a bs answer about light Grey and pastel colors being an issue. I had to go to walmart to do it, and I had no issues there. They said it was okay. Went to turn in my passports and asked if our color clothing was an issue. They said it was fine. It really depends. 9/10 times you will wait in line for 30min, you will find the Rx you were told that is ready, is not ready, and you might even be hung up on if you call and they are too busy. There will be that very rare 1% where you go to this location and actually have e a good experience that, for a moment, changes your mind and you think this location finally got it together. I Unfortunately more than likely the next time you go here you will again be reminded why it is barely deserving of a rating to begin with. read more

No more! This is the worst pharmacy, they have three or four pharmacists that sit in the back while the line goes out the door, with 1 tech running the window and drive through. Horrible customer service. I live in Kansas and sent my mom a FedEx package. After showing them the picture of the tracking number and item being picked up, they just kept saying they didn't have the chair at Walgreens and kept refusing to listen. I had to get on the phone and repeat "FedEx pickup" She then rudely cut my mom off and asked for the information needed to complete this pick up. Most of the bad reviews on here seem to be referring to the "pharmacy side" instead of the whole store in general. I've been to many Walgreens lately looking for something and I must say, this Walgreens here on Harbor is absolutely fantastic. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful- especially Diane and Dyan. They really go above and beyond to help you look for an item to see if it's in stock. Plenty of parking. I drive 20-30 minutes just to come to this Walgreens and that says a lot. read more

Used their online printing service and I came to pick it up. Everything was on time but when I opened it, my black and white image had a red and green line through it. I asked the team member about it and she reprinted it with the green and red lines three times. She said "I'm not sure if it's our machine or your photo" so i showed her the original image and she didn't say anything. So I just asked her to throw all of them away. I have 13 perscriptions so I moved 12 of them to Amazon who has the hands down best operation of anyone but 1 drug I take they did not carey so I come here every 3 months to pick it up. I called Monday they said it would be ready Tuesday but I waited till Thursday. When I show up there are 6 cars in line so I decide to go into the store. Bad move 8 people waiting in line. i wait 45 minutes to get to the counter only 1 girl working everything. she tells me there is no record of me ordering! This has happened the last 3 times I have tried to order from them. She told me I could wait another 30 minutes and they would get it ready......I told her to forget it and went home and called CVS. If I could give a zero trust me I will definitely do so. They used to give you text messages or even calls regarding you prescription status, and that was helpful. My doc put the order in for two weeks and we haven't had received any updates for a while until I walked in and asked about it (I called and they were never available for a talk on the phone). The pharmacist told me that APPARENTLY NOW WE NEED TO CHECK IN WITH THEM so they can prepare the prescription, just in case IF WE DONT WANT THEM. What a joke. So I told them my order was in for 2 weeks and I haven't heard any notices and I need it becuz I've been out for days, waited 10min(they said it will be 30min, haha imagine if it is) and they finished preparing for pickup while they have the whole entire two weeks to do so. Called again today to check another prescription status, the representative was rude enough that she HUNG UP ON ME after telling me my phone number should be activated to receive updates from them. AND IF AN ORDER WAS IN FOR 2 WEEKS AND I DONT COME IN TO CHECKIN ITS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THEY WONT PREPARE IT FOR ME. So I guess they don't do anything to ur prescription order until u show up and they will be mad at u if u just wait for update like a normal human being. Employees need to learn customer service. I came in looking for medicine for my kid. I saw two employees, a older lady and younger lady. They were both talking about some non work related issue because i stood in front of them and they both ignored me. I asked for help Looking for an item and the younger girls response was " if its not on the shelf we don't have it". I asked her what shelf it would be under and with looking at me She rambled 3 areas where it could be? I asked if there was an employee that could help me and she looked mad and walked away. I looked at the three areas she said it might be and could not find it. I had to bust out a "karen" and ask for a manager then the older employee found it for me. I come to this Walgreens location quite often, as it is near my work. As long as I don't have to use their pharmacy, it's a pleasant experience. Yesterday, like other times I have come here to buy an OTC product, their pharmacy staff is nonchalant and lazy. I stood in a long line while the staff doddled around behind the counter. After having stood in line 23 minutes, having only helped two customers and giving priority to the drive-up customers, two of the pharmacy techs decided to take their breaks and walked off, leaving one person to staff both the drive-up window and the long line at the counter. The pharmacist on staff didn't even care. There was no sense of urgency and so I left. read more

This is regarding the pharmacy side of Walgreens. This Walgreens "pharmacy" location is poorly managed. I've had quite a few issues with them but keep going back because it's the closest to me and don't want to go farther out, but after this last time, I'm done. When I've called on the phone, they are always rude. They don't want to look up things thoroughly. The same behavior in store. I've had so many issues with them sending out notifications that my medication is ready and it's not. They alway act defensive about everything and almost never apologetic. This last time, my medication was not sent out like it was supposed to. They acted as if I was crazy or lying once I showed them proof they changed their tune and didn't apologize but processed my order. I'm not asking for much, guys. If you're that unhappy with being an employee at Walgreens, then tell the organization instead of treating customers like garbage. The staff and management at THIS Walgreens are AWESOME! I was having an issue with my rewards on my Walgreens account. The manager, Michelle, could tell I was frustrated, and went ABOVE and BEYOND to see that it was resolved. OUTSTANDING customer service - THANK YOU! It seems every time I place an order for my daughter's medicine they claim they are waiting on the prescriber, then when I call the prescriber they say that there are plenty of refills for the prescription. We have been with Walgreens for several years. Our wall greens on 17th and Bristol recently closed. We moved our prescriptions from there to this Walgreens. The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I understand that things can get busy at times, however there is no reason for people to be rude or lack of manners/social skills when helping customers. I wish I could say that was the worst part of this pharmacy. There seems to be a lack of accountability amongst the pharmacy staff. This Friday, we called in a Z pack in for my elderly mom, who is fighting bronchitis. The pharmacist specifically told her that he had reached the doctor and put the prescription in. We, did not take his name down. Always be sure to do that when dealing with this pharmacy. Come Saturday, we called them, because we had not heard back from them, only to find out that no one called the doctor and no one had filled the prescription. We had no name to say who had told us they did it. Now my mom has no Z pack and we have to take her to the ER to get medicine. I know there are people that work there that are nice. Sadly the pharmacy staff's lack of professionalisms overshadows the good of this store!!!! They are dealing with people's medicines! Be better Walgreens! Be better! read more

Please do not go this pharmacy for drive thru covid testing! I waited over 30 min in the line when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, it took another 10 min for the girl to find my name in the system, print out the paperwork, find the kit, and get managers signature before giving me the kit to do the swap. It was joke how slow and inefficient they work. Will NEVER come back.
