It's a Walmart, cheap, lots of helpful staff who are always available, the McDonald's inside is awesome and one of the best around. The reason it's not four or five stars is because of my experiences at the auto service department. The upside: they don't try to upsell you or diagnose reasons to charge you extra like a lot of places do. The downside: they don't seem to want to take on more work or take on new service requests. They always suggest you leave, rather than help you schedule an appointment or try to fit you in as a walk-in. It's just not very friendly. However, I would still recommend this frustrating process because they offer 20 dollar tire installation with rotation when you purchase their tires! The prices can't be beat! HORRIFIC. Came here on Christmas Eve with my elderly mom for a few last minute items and they were turning everyone away. Unreal level of rudeness and disregard for any sense of respect to the community. We walked up at 5:52 pm and 2 security guards and at least 5 staff members stood at the door turning customers away. I said it's not yet 6:00 and I have a few things to grab and will be fast. They wouldn't let us in. I asked for the manager who came out at 5:55 pm and said we are "closing" and can't let us in. I said this is a corporation and you can't decide to close early. I respect everyone's time and would not linger, but have some things to grab for Christmas. The manager would not let us in. This Walmart needs a bit of help. Especially the parking lot. There are so many shopping carts everywhere just left all alone in the parking spots. As if people empty their carts next to their cars and just go. Then nobody goes around to collect the carts. Which means parking is terrible. In the morning it is self check out only. I went into the Walmart Electronics Department and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The associate, Gregory was both disrespectful and careless when I asked for help. Instead of assisting me with my online order that had missing items he stated he's not trained to assist online missing order and doesn't know where to go or who to talk to that I can call 1-800 customer service , gave me dismissive answers, ignored me while chatting with another coworker, spoke in a condescending tone. Not only did I leave without getting the help I needed but I also felt completely disrespected as a customer. Decent prices, parking lot has always been clean for me and not littered with carts taking up parking spots, so not too hard to find a parking spot in peak hours either. Tire center has CHEAP tires. My suggestion: Buy here and get it attached down the street at Los Amigos Tires or somewhere else, since Walmart Tire Center gets crazy booked anyways. PRICE INCORRECTED This morning, I went to your store to purchase a package of Charmin Ultra Strong (96 rolls). Last night, I checked the price online and saw it listed for around $26. When I arrived at the store, the shelf also showed the same price. However, when I scanned the item at the self-checkout, the price displayed was over $34, which is a significant difference. Due to this discrepancy, I ultimately decided not to purchase the item. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. I hope your team can investigate why this discrepancy occurred and take steps to ensure that shelf prices accurately reflect the actual charges customers are billed. It would also be helpful if staff could be more proactive in updating incorrect prices to avoid this kind of confusion in the future. Yesterday 12/31 morning around 8am I was trying to return an item. Nobody was at the customer service when I asked the person that highlights the receipt didn't want to help. So I went to another employee that had earbuds and was ignoring me to get assistance from until he felt to turn around I asked if he could assist me with a return and his response was "I don't work here" when he had a Walmart vest. Then lied about getting someone else and never came back. When other customers were trying to speak to the Hispanic manager she was just being very rude to everyone and saying that all her employees were in a meeting! A meeting in the middle of the shift all the middles throughout the front of the store were in huddles just talking and laughing very unprofessional. But to Walmart's credit the customer service is consistent at every Walmart I have been to. Walmart has many things that you can obtain. Food, clothes, electronics, and toys to name a few. Some Walmart's are really clean and some are not. Some have items that others don't. This Walmart is somewhere in between. It is clean some days and a little messy others. However, when I need something it usually comes through. My two biggest issues are with the customer service counter and the security check upon exit. If you have customer service it should be open all store hours. Not close early and then you can't get something taken care of. This is for all Walmarts, keep the counter open longer. The security check at the exit is a joke. The person normally does not even look at what you have bought and just marks your receipt. Not asking for every item to be checked, but at least look and match an item or two to the receipt. Some don't even care if they are working. They are just passing time while at work. It's a job and sometimes boring, but if you talk to the customer on the way out and ask a question or two, it will help make your day easier and show the customers you care. read more

I just went to walmart to grab some baby food using my wic card. And was helped by Elaine Trujillo on register 22. Some of the baby food wasn't wic approved and I had asked her kindly was wasn't approved. It was like 3 dollars worth not a big deal. Waiting for oil change for 30 minutes and nobody was bothered to come out and check with customers. Even there was no car in front of me and there were 3 more cars behind me. I had to go in asked what was going on. The response was just waiting. 2 cars were impatient and trying to cut in front of me. Finally, 1 guy came out and asked if I had an appointment or walked in, I said that I walked in. He talked very rude, move back and wait. I just turned my car and took off. I don't think I ever want to come back again ever. I always love your place, and even though the technician always takes the sweet time to work. Take them 2 hours to do the work that other people do in 20 minutes. I don't mind. I like to take my time to do little shopping. Checking out some snacks. It's been fun. But, today I am so missed. I am sorry but I think you guys should do something about it. At least, let customer know what needs to be done. I ordered some coffee and coffee cream to be delivered to my address which is about 10 minutes away from the store , The person who brought it to the lobby of the apartment building asked for a code and they had no idea and I was not aware of any code anyway the person told the person at the front desk that he has to take everything back because he can not deliver it if they don't know the code . So I reordered it to be delivered again the next day , this time I got a message that they can not deliver , the store does not have the package ready , there is a delay , the message was sent on a Thursday and now is Saturday the message keeps saying that your delivery is on the way , then I get a text message from a delivery person that they had to cancel my order without any explanation . All I can say is that Walmart is a company that is so big that they don't care if their customers get taken advantage because they do charge $10.00 if you don't know your code and they will return the items . There is no customer service , the phone number for the customer service gets you to some pre-recorded messages and you can't really solve your issues , it is only a phone number so you can hear some messages but you will never hear a human's voice no matter what option you choose . It is a shame for such a large American company to behave in such dumb and incompetent way while other stores are progressing in their customer service and online services . My daughter saw a litter box online that was supposed to be available in store. We came and she asked two workers where it was at and they directed her to the wall and to look at the aisle it stated in the app. She did. It was nowhere to be found. I went to ask another person, Liz for her help. She was busy talking to a coworker apparently. She saw me standing there waiting and didn't acknowledge until about a minute or two of me standing there. Needed some quick ingredients for making a spicy chicken sandwich. This store had everything! A small bakery section where I noticed you could order custom made tres leches cakes with fruit on top (yum!). Found some soft hamburger buns with sesame seeds on top. They had the produce I was looking for and organic and regular bananas. They even had a small wine section but even better after walking around a bit, I found a small shelf full of discounted wine. Nothing special in the selection but good enough for an afternoon sipping and grilling. One thing I did not like about this location was how much presence the security factor takes. You see a huge security truck parked in on the actual side walk where people walk, although they have several entrance and exit doors, they only open one. And of course the poor kid getting paid minimum wage to literally not let you out until he marks your receipt with a marker. So much deterrents for what is mostly working class families trying to get by. You wouldn't see this in Irvine or South County. Hoping they can make some more positive changes to this store in the future as it has potential. read more
