One of the better locations I've been to in north Orange County. There is a Starbucks and pharmacy located inside the store. The Starbucks here is pretty good btw :) This store is definitely always filled with tourists from Disneyland, but that can't be helped. BUT, the good thing about that, is they are always refilling their snack/fresh food area. Also there is plenty of Disney merch here for sale. This specific Target location has gone downhill. This location is targeted for tourists since Disney is right down the street. Cleanliness and stocking has been really bad over the years. Let's start with stocking. If you know you're a tourist location why are you running out of items on your shelves? You should know that constant restocking keeps your store looking fresh and to have repeat customers. Because I couldn't find items on your shelves I had to go to a different store to make a purchase of those items. Your selection of items are there because I can see the tags but where's the inventory?Don't you want my money? Or anyone else's for that matter? Now cleanliness, I get it, not everyone needs to use the restroom when shopping. But when the time comes, don't you think your restrooms should be welcoming and clean? My experience was really really bad. I walked in to the restroom line where all the urinals were taken. For a location this big and that busy there should be a second location for a restroom in the back of the store. Still on cleanliness, as I walked in there was this musty smell coming from the urinals which was obviously urine. Those urinals are not being cleaned according to the sheet they have on the wall posted as you walk in. The urinal cakes are not being changed out often since they need to considering how busy they are. I ended up using one of the stalls since it was open. As I opened the door a huge smell of poop came over me and it wasn't from the toilet. On top of the toilet there was used toilet paper stuffed on the piping. It definitely wasn't fresh since the smear marks on the paper looked dry. That to me was the biggest sign that their employees do not check the restrooms at all because it would have been taken care of right away. Stay away from this location. read more

Worst Target restrooms I've ever been to. Out of 6 stalls, 4 either had no toilet paper or were dirty. Only 1 out of 3 soap dispensers had soap. This is especially disappointing given the location is just down the street from Disneyland. I'm sure many Disneyland visitors stop here because it's one of the closest Target locations, so keeping the restrooms clean, stocked, and sanitary should be a priority. My logo target , it's always been nice living walking distance from here . I love that cvs is here and it's an easy one stop shop . What I don't love is that they added locked cabinets and now makes it inconvenient to get simple stuff like undergarments and some make up . I know it's because of people stealing prob too much , it just sucks but I honestly just do pick up order for those certain items now . I've honestly never had issues with customer service here and usually my drive up pick ups are fast and easy . I've been very satisfied with this location aside from sharing my target with tourist year around bc makes the lines way longer . I've been living by this target last 10 years and it's improved ALOT and they even made it bigger a few years ago . All the improvements have made it a better store and experience . There is also a Starbucks inside that u can use your Starbucks app, unfortunately it's not on the app to order pick up. We came to this target to grab some food for our trip this week, and it was so busy! It was a Sunday evening and you would think that we were at Disneyland, because there were literally so many people here. I honestly didn't see a single employee until we got to the front, and the self checkout line was also crazy long! This target keep getting worse and worse. This is a highly populated store because of the location near Disneyland but They believe having a max of 3 cashiers working at a time and a ton of customers waiting in endless lines is just fine. They also are not on top of bringing the carts back into the store. Today I came to buy 3 cases of water and there was absolutely no carts in the store, I had to leave with just one case in my arms. The lack of employee attentiveness and total mismanagement is really bringing down the shopping experience for customers. The employees are careless in the parking lot when taking deliveries to people in their cars and walk right through people backing out of parking spots. Avoid this target. I came to this target at 8 am in the morning, and I had set my eyes on a peach squishy the night before. so I woke up quite early to acquire this toy. I had noticed in the app it had shown THE peach squishy was in stock. When I arrived, I checked everywhere. No sign of a restock, so I obviously asked customer service. And when I tell you the answer they gave me made my blood BOIL. "Sorry we didn't put them on shelfs yet." I would expect you to bring them out before you set the stock on the app as "in-stock" this is the first time I've ever seen this type of work in a target before and you best believe Im never coming back. read more

Stopped by to pick up some stuffs. This place is huge since it is near by Disneyland and hotels/motels around it. Plus it's also neighborhood to go store since it next to supermarket and others. Plenty of parking since they have their own parking lot. Plenty of choices from clothing, to personal stuffs, to kitchenwares, to cleaning, to medication to foods (frozen and fresh), to toys and school supplies and others. Online order showed ready and was not, even though 7 hours had passed and it is "ready"after 2 hours, by notification on Target app. When I showed up the person left to go get the items, which makes no sense for pickup ordering??? Employees don't communicate or know what the hell is going on. Thank God, I don't live in this area and have to make this a regular visit for this Target location. Don't come here for drive up pickup. Just sat in my car for 25 minutes waiting for my order. They NEVER have open spots for pickup and the way you have to circle allll the way around the parking aisles to get back to the pick up area is ridiculous!!! The store is clean and well decorated for holidays. Target might have hired more staff because there are more staff walking around the locked cabinets actively asking nearby customers if they need anything from these cabinets. Before, we had to ring the bell, waited for response, waited for staff to come to open which took average 10-20 minutes. The store has good collection of holiday snacks and decorations at affordable prices. The store also has good collection of Disney products at cheaper price than Disneyland or downtown Disney and less lines to pay and go. If you are just visitors to Disneyland and need quick souvenirs, it's a very good option :) read more

Okay, so this location is perfectly close by to all the hotels near DisneyLand. So it's very convenient for picking up any of those necessities when traveling. And what's really cool about it is that it has a huge selection of Disney stuff at a much cheaper cost than what you'd pay inside the park. The place is huge with a lot of selections. The customer service is very lacking, though. Nearly every employee we interacted with seemed miserable and didn't want to be there. And for those of you non-California folks, be reminded that they charge for the plastic bags. Not Target's fault, but FYI. This has been my go-to Target for the past 14 years--since my firstborn. But my recent visit really shocked me. I witnessed a woman (who didn't seem mentally well) stealing handfuls of gift cards. I recorded it and showed a staff member, but there was no clear action taken. She walked right past checkout like it was nothing. I showed the video again to another employee near self-checkout and asked who I should report it to. His response? "Oh, she's a regular. It's known. She does this." He added that the cards aren't activated, so there's "not much to do." I asked, "So anyone can just grab gift cards now?" He mumbled and laughed as I walked away. I still love this Target and have shopped here for over a decade, but the behavior, response, and communication from the staff really need to be re-addressed. I expected more. read more

I was staying nearby for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend. I stopped in here to buy some water and snacks. Per the usual with most Target stores, all of the aisles were well organized and clean. I'll start by saying that I love me some Target action! But this place felt more like a Walmart. Not as clean as other Target locations. Things were locked up throughout the store, that seem unnecessary to lock up. Why are the deodorants behind a glass with a lock??? What in the world. You gotta wait for a Target employee so you can get... deodorant. I don't understand this. I don't understand why most of the things were locked up in the store. Is theft thatttt high at this location that you gotta lock everything up?! That "makes me feel uncomy." Yes, that was a Chelsea from Love Is Blind reference. Sure, this Target is huge. We bought Origins skin care products 2 box and drove long there to pick them up when I was there they gave me 2 mini packages box and manager BRUILO told me the picture target company emailed it you does not matter. Nicely I explain how do we know we are buying what products and item when picture does not match at all. Located near Disneyland, you definitely get much more Disney official merchandise and goods here, especially limited ones around the holiday times. It's a great place to get souvenirs for the family if you don't want to splurge at the parks for something to bring back. All of this Disney gear is located near the front too, so they know their clientele. You can get matching family shirts, accessories, ornaments, autograph books, snow globes and any other little trinket that you can think of. Additionally, this is one of the few Targets I've gone to where the format and layout of the store is completely different from the placeless standard ones you find all around the country. The toys and merchandise section is very, very close to the front, instead of all the way in the back like I'm used to AND the selection and variety of the toys that they had there was much, much wider and more diverse than what I've seen at the Targets around me. Very smart since this would placate any crying child who didn't get what they wanted at Disney. My friends and I were able to get the Frog & Toad shirts that we weren't able to find elsewhere and some other shirts and little trinkets too. It's also one of the few places that are opened a bit later in the OC, so that's an added plus if you want to find somewhere to walk off a big meal. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. I placed a drive-up order, entered my space number in the app, and pulled in next to stall 12 because another car was parked too close. Once that car finally moved, I noticed another vehicle trying to pull into my reserved stall. I told the driver I had already claimed that space in the app and just needed to grab something from my trunk. She completely ignored me. I repeated myself two more times--still ignored. I assumed the store associate would notice she was in the wrong spot. Instead, I look over and see him handing her my order. I got out and asked if he even checked her space number before giving her my items. Only then did he realize it was the wrong car, and the woman suddenly claimed she "didn't know" it was my spot. I told her she was lying because I told her three times. The associate's response? "She didn't know." Really? Not only did he defend her, but he also never apologized for nearly giving my order away. When I told him he couldn't load my car because she was blocking the door, his solution was, "I'll drop off other orders first and come back." Completely unacceptable. I asked for the manager, and he told me I'd "have to wait" because he didn't have a walkie-talkie. At that point, I went into the store myself. Thankfully, Jacob and Reanae were professional, apologized, and assured me they'd address his behavior. Incredibly, the associate still hadn't given me my order by the time I spoke to the managers--because apparently, delivering other orders first was more important. This was an infuriating waste of my time, and the associate's lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking. If this is the training standard, it's no wonder experiences like this happen. read more

Fine for a quick trip if you aren't a local. However, if you have another option, please take it and save yourself the stress. It's crowded, understaffed, and dirty. You can find everything from unfinished drinks left on the shelf to dirty diapers left on the floor. You can try a drive up but even with a 30 minute heads up on the app with location tracking they'll still give your order to someone else and then make you wait 20 minutes. This Target on Harbour Blvd is always our go to for Disney souvenirs, shirts, and snacks when staying down the road on Disneyland adventures! It's a smaller target in a prime real estate location but thrive got everything you need and then some. Washrooms are hit and miss. I had no issue on this trip but my son said people had trashed the men's and smeared yucky stuff on the wall - eek. Just remember to let the staff know so it can be attended to. This location has a Starbucks inside and you can collect stars here an pay with your app. And remember you can get free refills on hot coffee and tea same visit. We were on the hunt for a few times and ended up chatting with a store supervisor or manager, Matt, who was very helpful and friendly. He looked on my apple map with me and suggested I hit up the Costa Mesa Target for a bigger shopping experience. He did let me know that this store has the largest Disney souvenir section given its proximity to the park. The dressing rooms here were spacious with lovely couch/oversized chair seating at the end. target clearances are always my fave though this store has smaller clearance sections than most - stuff probably gets snagged faster than Lightning McQueen! 5 stars for Matt's epic customer service and the spacious gender neutral dressing room area. Walked in for an amazing experience since it's by Disneyland. Boy was I wrong !!! Women's Restrooms looked like no one had touched them in months. Mountains of toilet paper and pads just unpleasant. All the stall were filthy. I told like 3 employees and all they did was apologize, while laughing at me. Instead of stalking your customers make sure your restrooms are clean and you have more registers open especially in this holiday season. Target be better please and you had plenty of employees to be having those disgusting restrooms. I won't be coming back. I rather go to Walmart at this point. read more

This is one of the nicest targets I have ever been to. It's very organized and stocked and huge. If you need disneyland merchandise, I would recommend buying it from here because it's very reasonable priced. They have all kinds of Disney stuffed animals, t shirts, sweatshirts, For the whole family. Disneyland charges an arm and a leg for these t shirts that were only fourteen ninety nine adult size. They have a starbucks inside, and the food section looks like a whole grocery store.It's so big. I even think they sell ulta Inside of this one. I visited this Target when I was in Cali for a family road trip. This location was convient as it was close to my hotel. I was able to pick up some last minute beach stuff that we wouldn't have in Arizona. The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. It is one of the biggest Targets I've been in. It looks like it takes up 10 standard sized stores within a plaza. The only thing I didn't really care for was the phone man that tries to get you to switch to another mobile phone provider. He wasn't intrusive so that's good. Outside of that it was a typical trip to my favorite department store. read more

Everyone knows Target has the grocery side, the clothing side, furniture, electronics, and etc. But the most unique part of this Target is their Disney section. It's got affordable Mickey & Minnie PJs, those Disney-themed family shirts that identify which year they're on vacation for, and more. Also the price point for Disney merch is much, much more affordable than the merch at Disneyland. (Side note: What confused me is how much more expensive the Disney-themed shorts were compared to the Disney-themed long pants. Like, doesn't it cost more because there's more material?) Very busy Target since it's the closest Target to Disney. They have a great selection of economical Disney products and souvenirs. Pricing for food is economical for visitors. As a local, I only go inside if it is necessary. I prefer to do drive up. Overall, I have never had a bad experience and prefer this location versus their Santa Ana (17th Street) location. Just expect sometimes to wait a bit for a register or self check out. read more

I'm sure the reason why this Target is so messy is because the abundance of people that visit this store since it's close to Disneyland or they are very understaffed. We waited 30 minutes to check out because there were only 2 registers open not including self check out which had a long line and most of the time it's frustrating using those self checkout kiosks. When we walked in to grab a cart, there weren't any... we had to go find one in the parking lot... first two carts, the wheels were broken. Third cart was dirty. We ended up getting a cart from someone directly who was finishing unloading. So glad I was just visiting and this is not the Target I have to buy from often! This Target is located off of Harbor Blvd, across from a Sheraton Hotel with plenty of parking in the lot. I came to this location with my husband, specifically to check out their Disney selection. When you first walk in, the Disney merchandise is located right by the entrance (talk about convenient). We happened to come on a Saturday afternoon, around 3:45 pm and found T-shirts, stuffed animals, headbands, hats, keychains, lanyards and collectable pins, water bottles, autograph books and pens/ pencils. Prices for Disney items are definitely cheaper than what you would find at the park at at the Disney store at Downtown Disney (about 1/3 to 1/2 the price cheaper). Being that I think items are probably restocked and are seasonal (we did see some Christmas/ holiday Disney stuff out for purchase), I think if you are on the hunt for specific items, it wouldn't hard to come back and check periodically. If I lived closer, I would probably come often to scope out the Disney items and purchase for my nephews for holidays and birthdays. read more
