After checking in at the Hilton Anaheim near the convention center, I walked over to the CVS Pharmacy at Harbor and Katella to get some snacks for my trip into the parks. This CVS turned out to be a very good place to make a quick stop as it was within walking distance of the hotel and located close to Disneyland Resort. In addition to picking up a few of the essentials that I would need such as bottled drinks and snacks, I found it to be a much better price than if I were to purchase the same products inside Disneyland. So, whether your looking to save a few dollars or want to take advantage of having drinks available to you throughout the day, this CVS is a good choice to fill up before you head into the parks. This CVS has a well organized store and has all the items that you could possibly need. The team here at this location is great! service was fantastic! Another good surprise is that this CVS has some Disney theme merchandise and souvenirs. You'll be able to find stuff like plush toys, T shirts. If you're looking for a souvenir, this will make it easy for you to find a souvenir on your way out of the park instead of having to go back in. It won't have all of the same things you would find in the shop at Disneyland, but it's a little extra especially if you forgot to get something while inside! read more

Terrible business! Horrendous behavior! Yesterday in the evening I overheard and witnessed a female employee mistreat a young man, who appeared to be down on his luck or newly unhoused; yelling at him "what are you looking for?!?!!", in an incredibly rude and unnecessary behavior. Even if he was or is homeless, the way she handled things was over the top and I could tell he did nothing wrong. I work in a similar setting and environment as that employee for over four years now, and I've NEVER; had to pull anything like that or I'd risk termination. I know several people close to me who've thought about applying to CVS, and I'm definitely going to tell them of this occurrence. I hope she gets reprimanded or written up!!! read more

We knew we were staying at a hotel nearby but I didn't realize I could get two bottles a day while staying there (whoops!) so the first day I decided to walk over to CVS to pick up a gallon of water. Considering that for ~$2 you can refill your reusable water bottle. I can't super complain. Though the other bottles of water were quite on the pricier side but it is CVS that's near Disneyland so it kind of comes with the territory. I didn't wander around too much but it's bright and spacious, so if you've forgotten something at home, you could easily find it here. Check out was pretty easy as well but I don't think I even got the chance to enter in my CVS number which was a bummer. Last stop before we officially called it a night. Whatever we couldn't find there we grabbed here. It wasn't as busy as other nearby stores, but it was just busy enough to make it a bit of a task. We came in, hurried to the snack aisles, grabbed what we couldn't get elsewhere. We then just kind of browsed the rest of the store to see if there was anything else that we had forgotten. Checking out was a hurried mess as it seems to be in most CVS Pharmacy locations. Majority of this check out area was the self checkouts that we all have become accustomed to. I really wished I would have had the forethought to bring my reusable bag with me so I didn't have to purchase a bag to take my items with me. But what can you do when you are on travel. read more

Conveniently located for the hotels just outside Disneyland. They have gallon water bottles which was great for taking back to the room. The store also has a bunch of Disney merch for cheaper than the parks if you're trying to save some money but still want Disney character items. The store is supposed to be 24hr. Lies! The staff closes the store every night for at least three hours for "lunch." Apparently the entire staff has to take lunch at the same time and close the store for a 3 Hour meal. read more

Super convenient CVS for anyone staying in surrounding hotels for Disney or, in my case, leaving the Toy Story parking lot. There is a free short term parking lot behind the store but the back entrance isn't open all the time so most likely will have to walk around to enter. Got a large water for $4. I just encounterred the rudest clerk that I have ever seen. I needed make-up. I saw that they have everything locked up. I mentioned that I needed a personal shopper to unlock the cases. I found what I wanted and waited, and waited, and waited. I went back up to the front and told him I needed to have the cases unlocked. When he sauntered over, I told him which case and he wanted to know what I wanted. I told him that I needed to see the foundation so I could get the right color. He was perturbed told me that I was the rudest person and kept harassing me. Finally, I dropped the foundation. Told him I was finished with him and CVS. Quit buying vitamins from them a long time ago. They would have sales buy one get 2nd 1/2 off. Problem: they only had one. Been buying from Amazon for 2 yrs. Since there's no Disney outlets anywhere near Disneyland, we enjoyed coming here where we could get some cheaper Disney items. Even though they don't have Disneyland park items, they do have a nice assortment of Disney souvenirs. Looking forward to coming back again. I was last here in late May while attending the Star Wars Celebration over at the nearby Anaheim Convention Center. It's located at a hot corner at the intersection of Harbor Blvd and Katella Ave. There's plenty of foot traffic from Disneyland and the convention center. While the place was busy, I had no problem finding what I needed and paying for them using one of the self check out kiosks. While their prices weren't the best, they were reasonable. read more

This review is for CVS Photo Services. Be FOREWARNED, their website says you can order photos and get same day pick up at their store on popular items. Well, I uploaded, edited, etc. photos thinking I could pick them up same day because 4x6 photos are what I consider to be popular items. I got through all the uploading and at the end they said the photos would have be shipped to me and pick up was not available. And...they charged me over $9.00 for shipping, which they did not state upfront. I will not be ordering from them again! read more

I usually come here to get last minute photo prints. Lately the self service printing machines haven't been working. At all the surrounding locations. I called multiple locations to ask if their machines were working before making the drive, all of the stores said they weren't working. I came back to this location just hoping I could get some help with printing about 15 pics. The manager Laura Hernandez went above and beyond to help me after telling her how none of the other stores were able to. After staying there with me trying over and over again, trying multiple ways - we weren't successful. She said to text her the pics and she would make sure to get them printed before her shift ended. I got a text that night saying they were ready for pick up. So thankful for Laura. My bff loved her maternity pic garland :) they have the pics hung up in baby's room. So the 4 stars are for Laura - not CVS. They need to get their printing machines fixed asap read more

I really love going to CVS because of the CarePass Benefits. I have diabetes and I use tests strips and I always buy the 4 for 42ish dollars and with the CarePass my total always drops as low as 20 something depending on how many coupons I have but every month you get a $10 bonus reward so you always have that to rely on no matter what you buy. It's only $5/month and you get so much out of it. Definitely worth the money! read more

5 stars for the kindest and most professional Pharmacist I've ever known. She is the best and quickest I've ever seen. Pharmacist Frances Nguyen is certainly an asset to CVS. As far as I'm concerned she deserves a raise, a bonus a paid vacation or all three. She really knows her business and she does everything efficiently and with a genuine care only a love for her job can produce. I am saying all this because when I lost my asthma inhaler she was put on hold by Medi-Cal for literally 3 hours in order for me to get another one which was approved at no cost to me. We needed caffeine. On the way from our hotel to California Adventure, the roommate and I stopped by this CVS on Sunday, November 18th around 7:45am. We just bought a regular and a sugarfree red bull. Luckily they had cold ones which was much appreciated as I hate drinking lukewarm / room temperature fizzy drinks. I need anything with bubbles to be super cold. Check out was quick and easy. No doubt cuz we were here so early. The next day, on Monday, November 19th around 8am, we also dropped by to grab two red bulls on the way to Disneyland. This transaction was fast and simple as well. Sells almost anything you could need to complete your vacation (or, to pick up if you're in a bind for work, like me!) Super fast check out, even with a decent queue. I visited this CVS to go to the minute clinic and the service from both the clinic and pharmacy is next to amazing! The nurse practitioner Dorothy Smith is very gentle and very helpful. She is also very informative and helpful with your condition. She is a pleasant to visit for any medical needs. This CVS is conveniently located near a lot of hotels that cater to Disneyland and the convention center which makes it pretty busy. They do a great job of moving people though and keeping the store neat and orderly which can't be an easy task considering the volume of people that come through their doors. Plus it's open 24 hours which is great for stopping in on the way back to the hotels from the parks. I set an appointment to come in at 3:50pm. That's when I got there. There was absolutely no parking. Actually there was parking, but totally inadequate for this busy location. All I needed was a TB test. I waited for this one row of parking. I waited for at least 10 minutes then I drove next door to the hotel and of course there were signs everywhere that if you were not a hotel guest you would be towed. So I continue to wait for someone to leave. Finally someone left. I parked and walked inside. There it was the Minute Clinic. A nice gentleman was sitting outside the exam room. I asked, Are you next? He said I think so but I've been waiting here for 35 minutes and I haven't seen anyone go in or out of the door. I said, I'm going to knock. He said, It says don't knock. I said, I don't care and I knocked. A woman opens the door and she says, I'm with a patient and goes back in. So I have an appointment and I can't park, someone has been in the room before my scheduled appointment, which means I would have had to wait as long as the guy waiting outside. And no one ca tell us anything. Do us all a favor and take down your Minute Clinic sign and your online appointment scheduler. People: This place is useless. Don't go here. JERAMIAH IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A SUPERVISOR. My daughter tripped inside this CVS today 11-5-15 at 9:30pm. Her forehead has a huge gash on it and she was screaming at the top of her lungs in pain. None of the employees or members of management at this store came to help us or check on my daughters injury. FRANCES said she was going to get ice and get a manager but she disappeared and never came back. My mom told YOSHI and JOSELYN about the injury and they did nothing. During this I was sitting on the floor holding my daughter's head as she was crying waiting for help but nothing!!!!! I finally asked my mom to hold my daughter, while I opened ice for my daughters head. Then I ran through the store finally found JERAMIAH a supervisor cashiering. I told him my daughter fell and injured her head. He said I had to wait because there was a line and he was cashiering!!! I had to demand that he immediately assist me with this situation! JERAMIAH took his time walking slowly over to my daughter. I began to explain what happened. And I also expressed how disappointing the lack of help was. I told JERAMIAH he was not being helpful or showing any concern and he responded with - "Well I am busy cashiering" "The store is busy and we have lines" "I need to take care of the lines" He completely disregarded my daughter and her injury!
