Whoever own this store, make sure you keep Lee. Walked in with my wife 30 min before closing just to look. We needed new dressers. Lee was extremely helpful. Needed an odd sized dressers and Lee offered to have them custom made. Soon as I heard "custom made" $$$ signs started ringing in my head. I asked out of curiosity for the price and ended up spending 1500$ for 2 full pine wood dressers and 2 pinewood night stands all custom! Which is about 2000$ cheaper than what I've been looking at. I redid my room and got a loft bed that required a seating area below. They had the perfect loft couch with an ottoman that can be used as an addition to the loft couch to rest legs or if flipped becomes a hard surface for you to eat on which is pretty awesome. I was checking in into the store, because I was looking for a certain type of furniture. They didn't have anything that I want on the floor, so they show me their furniture catalogs, they have the style what I wanted, but the color not available. So I was there looking at the catalog, then there's a customer on the phone. I tried not to listen, but the (young) guy, cuz the other guy is older (The Boss) and it could be his father. Any who.. I was listening to the conversation, it sounds like an old woman, she want to buy a furniture for her apartment, and she's willing to buy it the one on the floor etc. but she doesn't have transportation, so the young guy said, he can send one of his driver to pick her up and take her to the store and will deliver the furniture back to her place. What I didn't like was, the way he talks to her... he was talking to her (customer) like she was stupid, and also telling her not to forget to bring her wallet or purse, and he said to pay the furniture. And even asked her how old she was, etc.. just the way he talks to her and treat her on the phone, which it was kinda rude. So because of that I left, and don't even want to deal with that kind of person. And when I told him, I'll think abt it first.. while I check other places, he slams the books and give me an attitude. No matter what, he needs to treat the customers with respects, wether they gonna buy it or not. read more
