    Horrible Customer Service. Manager spoke down tones to the customer. Floor sample on sale with matching part number. Spoke to fellow employees with negativity. Kept me waiting half Hour. Rude and did not sell The floor sample bar stool. Very bad experience. Also frowned and never cracked a smile. In customer service you help not hurt the customer. I truly believe she should not be working in her position with such bad skills.

    Don't buy from this store. Extended warranty is crap and they will try to find a way to not approve repairs. I bought a $3000 set a year ago. Within months the leather started to show signs of wear. They came out and the tech painted over the spot. Now there are other spots that need repair. Is it cheap material, don't know. First they said I had to use extended warranty, extended warranty said call the store, store said call warranty. Warranty said it was not covered. Finally someone responded that they would send parts, nothing came. I asked again, they replied they would resend parts. Nothing and now I'm being ghosted, no response. So bow I stuck with a shitty looking $3000 couch. NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN!

    Coffee table surface chipping after 5 Months

    This table was delivered to my home brand new in March, just 5 months ago. I am shocked to see that this table is already flaking and chipping. I assure you, the only thing that goes on this table is my laptop and occasional a plate or glass. Poor, poor, poor quality furniture! I will attempt to get this top surface repaired under warranty but it's clear that this product is made extremely poorly. We live in a clean home, just myself, and one 9 year daughter. There is nothing we have done to cause this.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I purchased a couch one year ago and I Got protection plan with that from REGURD top . After one year side of my couch is sinked so I called REGURD and they said the claim is denied because it's not covered, then I called Ashley they said they can't do anything . I paid almost 2500$ a plus protection plan and they said they can't do anything . RE -GUARD protection company ciustomer service is very poor . The lady was so rude . I'm not buying anything from ASHLEY FURNITURE any more .i think their quality is not good .

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ashley Furniture online and the store not taking responsibly for anything. Save yourself the hassle and buy from stores with good customer service. Here is my email I sent with details to customer service (I called and they could not supply me with the Huntington Beach location manager address...weird)-- Hello, I am extremely disappointed with Ashley furniture. I called Ashley in Huntington Beach on 11/7/24 regarding the credit for warranty. They explained the side table is not in stock anymore so I would need to use the credit. I explained I have a whole matching bed set (bed, side tables, dressers) and I want a matching side table to complete the bed set and so it's not mismatched. The employee said he would look into it and call other stores to see what he could do. I got a phone call and email two days later from Ashley customer service on 11/9/24 that the piece of furniture was in stock and it would be delivered to my house. I arranged my whole schedule so I could be home (11/13/24) for the arrival. I got an email confirmation and noticed it was for delivery at my old address, even though I gave my new address to the person over the phone. When I went to change the address online, I had to change a different delivery date. I rearranged my schedule AGAIN in order to be home (11/16/24). I emptied the dresser and moved it out of the way to prepare for delivery. I got an automated phone call from Ashley that said my order would be delivered at 10:10am. I checked online tracking and it said my order was one stop away. I waited for over an hour and there was no delivery and the phone tracking changed to "unable to start". I emailed customer service online and they said it will be delivered still, I just have to wait the whole time window. I was not confident in the answer so I also called Ashley customer service and they gave me no answer as to why the order was canceled and couldn't provide me the number to the delivery drivers. I was told a claim case number was made 09897992. I ended up calling Ashley furniture in Huntington Beach and explained the situation since online customer service was no help. I ended up being told there was no delivery order even put in and I shouldn't have received that phone call and emails. I asked what the store could do for me for the huge inconvenience. I explained I want a matching dresser for the rest of the bed set. I was told they can't do anything and they can only give me the credit and I can use it if I want. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Ashley furniture. I moved my whole work and personal schedule to be home for this delivery. I even had my dog sitter pick up our dogs that morning so the dogs wouldn't be in the way for the delivery drivers. For this huge inconvenience and mistake on Ashley's end, I am asking for Ashley to make this situation right to a loyal customer. I have purchased several items from Ashley and I can't believe this happened and that Ashley is doing nothing to make up for it. If I could get even just two side tables that are similar in color and material to the rest of my bed set that would be enough. I have attached photos and evidence. Please email or call me back with what Ashley is going to do. Please also forward this email to whom it may concern.

    So I received a recliner and it had stains on it. I called and was speaking to a rep named Ana. I…read morehad sent pictures of the stains from a supposedly "new" recliner. Everything was going well, they gave me two options, have a technician come out to try and clean it or take a discount. I chose to take the discount because I didn't want to deal with the headache of exchanging this large item. She asked me if I would like to receive the discount back to the original card that ended in these 4 digits and I said "no, wait, I had paid with two cards, a visa gift card and a credit card. She told me the last 4 digits and I was not familiar with this card so I said it needs to be refunded to my personal credit card. She proceeds to put me on hold and then comes back and tells me the lead said there's nothing we can do you will have to contact the credit card company of the visa gift card. How the hell am I supposed to contact them?? Who keeps a visa gift card credit card after using it?!?! So I said I need it to be refunded to my actual personal credit card. And proceeds to argue with me that I said yes to her question of "did you want it back on the original card? I said I need to speak to someone above you and this lead person above you that said there's nothing they can do, because this is ridiculous! She puts me on hold and then tells me after that unfortunately there is no one above the lead here past 7pm. So they will call you back within 24hrs. Clearly you guys don't want to deal with this so you're just trying to pass it off. This is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. Do not go here for your purchases. On the other hand, sales rep (Guy) who actually sold me the recliner was nice and he gets 5 stars but all this other nonsense gets them 0 stars. I will update this review after they call me back.
