This chain has pretty much everything you need. I get all of my clothes here, perfume, my home decor items, my kitchen and bathroom necessities, my face creams and lotions, my work lunch bags, luggage and travel stuff, games, dog treats, and I've gotten lots of gift items here too, and all at unbeatable prices! The lines can get long on the weekends, but they have lots and lots of cashiers, so it goes by fast thankfully. And if you apply for their credit card, you get rewards pretty frequently, so if you shop here often, it's a no-brainer. read more

Generally, I like the TJ Maxx stores but the one in Santa Ana South Coast is not recommended. While the store has good merch, the attitude of an employee in jewelry was off putting. She seemed racially biased and refused to acknowledge me as I stood alone at the counter waiting patiently. It was kind of unreal. She ultimately walked off to look at her phone. ROCIO H , (manager ) was very very helpful! I was looking for a Disney home product and she went out of her way to the back of store to look for Disney inventory and came out with the cutest Disney princess Halloween bowl! I was so happy and impressed with the level of customer service she gave me! Now and day you don't get that type of customer service. Usually you get people say whatever is out here is what we have but she took the initiative to go in the back and look. That really made my day which I was going to a family picnic and I was able to show off my Disney obsession by brining my bowl to the picnic ! I always love coming here because I always find something I either need or want. There's stuff for the home, travel, self-care, clothes, everything. This is a dangerous store because I always get something here. Unfortunately, I was actually here to look for cute diapers because I remember last time I had to get a baby shower gift I saw some interesting and unique designs, but this time, they didn't have any at all. I don't know if they stopped selling it or what but I was really disappointed. I might have to check another location but I ended up getting some stuff for myself and some snacks too. TJ Maxx is TJ Maxx. Always good bargains if you're in the mood to look. However, this TJ Maxx is special because of Mario. MARIO,MARIO,MARIO. He is so pleasant, kind and helpful. When he sees people standing in line who optimistically walked in for one item, but are standing there with more than their arms can carry. He make sure to bring them a cart so they can be comfortable in the line. He helps everybody find what they need With a smile on his face. Watching him makes my shopping experience better. The store manager named Valerie denied my request, and I asked her for her help. She told me to go look for it myself when all I needed was for her to go show me where it was. She made my shopping experience awful, and I will not be returning to the store. I will be contacting corporate. as a customer service manager, you need to make sure that your customers leave satisfied with all their needs met. It is part of your obligation. Tj Maxx is the best store ever. They have all the brands and good deals. They have the cutest selection of shoes, home cook wear, pj's, purses, beanies, wallets, jackets, dresses, coats and sport wear. I can go on and on, they also have the best and cutest selection of holiday collections, mugs and candles. I never come out without something in my hand, I always tell myself I'm going "just to look" but it doesn't turn out that way because in my mind I know im going to find a few things that I can't say no to. read more

Went in there yesterday with my friend to return some things. All the sales associates that we dealt with went above and beyond the call. So patient, helpful and super knowledgeable with the questions on the products we were looking for. It made the last errand of our day super worth it. I've never actually been into this location.... Until today. Was looking for a couple items, which of course, is sold out at every TJ Maxx... but found a few other things I don't need but could use. Mariana was helping me and such a big help. When asking for certain things, instead of directing me, she walked with me to show me where it might be if they had it. This location also is very clean and tidy. It was cluttered like other TJ Maxx's. Though she did explain that they also don't have HomeGoods at their store, so that's part of the reason too. A neatly organized store where you will find quality items: clothing for both sexes and all ages, purses, shoes, luggage, cookware, bathroom stuff, home goods, etc. all at discount prices. You may pay a few pennies more here than at the Ross a few doors down but it's worth coming here and avoiding the insanity. TJ Maxx offers a much more respectable customer experience. We came in search of some baby clothes for my wife's niece and found some really cute stuff at less than half the normal retail price. read more

I am a big fan of TJ Maxx and this is my favorite location. Everytime I go in, I am always coming out with more stuff that I needed. Their inventory is amazing. My greatest finds at this location have been Hydroflasks, Rae Dunn items, Le Creuset cookware, Kate Spade, Lucky Brand jeans, Addidas shoes, Joe Jeans, perfumes, Michael Kors clothing, healthy snacks, facial masks, Shiseido & Estee Lauder skincare products, organic shampoo/conditioner, etc (all for a fraction of the price of regular retail shops). The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. The line can get long at times, but the manager/supervisor is very good at calling for backup to avoid further delays. read more

Another great TJ Maxx that I like to stop at when I am i the area. Again, no Runway section, you will have to drive to Tustin for that, but they do have a couple of purple tags mixed in. The store is well kept, nice staff, good parking, worth a stop and taking the time to look for deals. read more

This location has great furniture it's the first Tj Maxx I visit when I am looking for affordable pieces. They have a unique selection of smaller items as in chairs and night tables that you can easily fit in your car. The store is organized and their small furniture section have more items than other stores. The items are in great condition - none are broken and they are all intact. None of the items I have bought from the past have broken down they are still in good shape. They have plenty of pots and pans for cooking that are sold individually and not in sets. I always grab one when I only need one to replace an old pot which is a good value as I am not paying for a whole set. Another great selections are the holiday items. They carry more seasonal decorations compared to smaller Tj Maxx and I would suggest to try this one first if you are looking for unique pieces. The store is organized well and they carry plenty of items that are up-to-date and many times they have items I only see at this location. As for as clothing and shoes they carry larger selections and more sizes are available. Every now and then they have brand names at affordable prices. This store does get pack on all hours of the day both weekdays and weekends which makes it hard to shop as there are so many people browsing. There are plenty of cashiers throughout the day which makes the lines go fast. The parking is easy since it is in a plaza and there are always parking anytime of day. read more

At 4/18/2023, 6p- 630p quietly , looking for a dress. This young, skinny sales associate was trying to hang clothes on the spot where I was standing , and stated " excuse me !" not in a nice way. I appreciate the product selection but their customer service isn't there. When I returned something I bought online they wouldn't return the money to my PayPal account and only offered store credit. Honestly I love TJ. But this store is repeatedly the worst in the area--the cashiers are always understaffed and the ones that are here are the slowest I've ever seen. Very difficult to return items at this store. Items are constantly mislabeled or don't have price. At checkout, TJ Maxx will add a price tag to an unpriced item but then when you try to return the same item, they claim that there are more pieces to this item so you can't return the item at their store. My friend had no idea that the unpriced item was part of a larger set. She went to another location to return the same item and they let her return, no question asked. Same thing happened with jewelry at this store. She tried to return jewelry and this one Hispanic woman who works there said that she had never seen this item and claims she's there all the time so made it difficult for my friend to return the item. She called the manager and she waited for a good 10+ minutes before they let her return. Funny thing is both times she tried to return an item was with the same Hispanic woman at this TJ Maxx and both times this woman made it very difficult for her. Needless to say I have recommended that she not purchase/return anything at this store going forward. Or if she has to purchase from this particular store, don't return afterwards. Essentially pretend they have a no return policy. :( read more

My girlfriend tried to return a dress here that she bought a week ago still with the tags on them and she was denied saying that it was not in their system. She could not even get store credit. ???? She lost her receipt somehow, but the tj max tag is still on it she should at least get a store credit, instead they are accusing her that she placed a tj max tag on another stores dresses? By far my favourite TJ Maxx location - wow - what great finds today! As always, stores like this can be hit or miss, but my recent visit definitely a hit. Great selection of athletic wear (some Nike and some ASICS, as well as other brands that might not be as popular). Also snagged some great tank tops for casual wear. Handbag section was fairly well picked over, but that could be the post-holiday shoppers taking advantage of deals. This location also had Clinique products and Calvin Klein fragrances that I haven't seen at other TJ Maxx locations before. read more

TJ Maxx Bristol is where I go with my woes and find stuff I didn't know I needed until I got there. What's great about this store is the endless facial masks, facial wipes they carry to wipe off your fake face. Literally every type of facial mask or wipe that exists you can find here for dirt cheap. A 64 pack of facial wipes costs around $4 and they're thick! The face mask section is fun for doing a girls spa day or night as they carry the Korean face masks that you throw over your face for $5 - $7 depending on if you get the 6 pack of masks or less. I also found they carry Joico shampoo and conditioner for $7.99 which is a steal. My latest random buy was a rug that just looked great and fit in my bathroom perfectly and it only costs $19.99. Before you go to the retail store and buy something, anything (including house appliances and cleaners etc.) stop by TJ Maxx first to see if they have it or an even better version of it. read more

"Supervisor" Johnny with the glasses and muscles is not a good employee or manager. The line was super long, only two and three checkers because they had to keep leaving to find stuff out on the floor. All Johnny did was pace back and forth, chit chat with the employees behind the counter and put the size on the top of the hanger. This guy is not management or customer service material. Call for more cashiers or start cashiering yourself. The young man who did ring me up was working hard and had a nice attitude when I asked him who was the guy with the muscles barely working. read more

I love tjmaxx. it's my go to store for clothes and home goods. it's awesome because they have designer brands but they cut down the prices so it's a lot cheaper. the clothes are cute as well with lots of sizes. the homegoods area is awesome as well. I got a jewelry rack there for only $7!! so cheap and it hold a lot. the dressing rooms are so newly modeled but sometimes it gets dirty in there with all the dust bunnies and girls' hair all over the floor. it would smell like someone peed in the stalls at some point. overall, it's mostly nice. read more

My daughter and I have been coming here for a years . A few weeks ago I was FOLLOWED around the store by several employees. They followed me to the point that two of them ran into each other coming down the opposite isle. There had to be at least 6 different People following me . Now as I get closer to the check out line I find my daughter who stops me to show me a few shirts she wanted me to help her decide to buy. I wondered off to get a rug for my home . Now the manger is standing right next to us PRETENDING to do her hair etc in the mirror while TWO other employees walking in the same area . I didn't find out she was the manager until I complained . Anyway I assume she was standing there to attack us in case we were going to run for it . Meanwhile as I was walking around being followed I passed by a older man that was stuffing his pants with items in the dog department (how tragic ) . I hope these people are not getting paid to follow people and make shoppers feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE . At what point do you idiots realize someone is NOT STEALING and continue to follow them around the store THE WHOLE time they are shopping .
