Inside the store everything is neat and clean. Honestly, it's one of the better run targets that I have been to. They do a great job of facing the shelves, and making everything neat and organized for the customers. One thing I do like about this store, is they have a very good grocery department. I don't usually make a habit of buying my groceries from Target, but on those off chances when I have a need for a gallon of milk or something to eat that I need quickly, they always seem to have everything that I want. Plus this particular Target has a CVS pharmacy which is great, I used to pick up my prescriptions here. And there's never a long wait at all. She is a regular shopper at your store. We had dinner in the cafe the night before, somehow my aunts small leather wallet had fallen out of her purse and on to the floor in the Nordstroms cafe. We had an excellent dinner, as usual. We didn't realize until we arrived home later in the evening, that her wallet had fallen onto the floor of your restaurant Of course my aunt was upset that this happened. At the time, so didn't know exactly where she lost her wallet. All she knew was, it wasn't in her purse. We decided we had no choice, but to wait to speak with someone at the store early in the morning. Early the next morning, before the store opened, we contacted the Nordstrom lost and found. We spoke with Christoper in the lost and found department. We shared with him our dilemma and he promptly called us back and found my aunt brown leather wallet. Christopher arranged to meet us outside in front of the store, before the store was scheduled to open. We gave him a phone call when we were outside the store and he met us outside. Wow!! We were so happy!! My aunt was thrilled her wallet was found and everything was secure. Christopher was so polite and professional, he was able to reassure my aunt early that morning, that he had her wallet and everything would be fine. We appreciated Christopher's efforts so much!! I went back to the store. The manager said she reviewed the camera footage and that the drawer was only 25 cents over -- as if I should just take my quarter and leave. I was shorted $4, not 25 cents. When I asked about a receipt, I was told the machine had been emptied and all receipts thrown out. The manager then expected me to recall the price of every item. I offered to walk the store and tally everything up myself, but she said no -- stay there, she would do it. When she returned, she came to $36, but she didn't get the items right. She claimed I had bought 3 soups at over a dollar each. I did not. They were tiny cans of pizza sauce at 50 cents each -- a significant difference. When I add up my items myself, I get $34 and change. Rather than resolve the discrepancy, she pointed out what a great deal I got... as if being overcharged is acceptable because the prices are low. She took my name and phone number and promised to call the next day. No call came. The manager claimed she reviewed the video and accounted for every item I purchased, yet my groceries do not add up to $38. I was given only $1 and some change back from two $20 bills. The math doesn't lie. The response from management was dismissive and unprofessional. Even though I am only 4 minutes from their store, I'll be shopping at a different Grocery Outlet from now on.
