Decent location! Compared to other Daiso locations, they didn't have many of the items that we needed. They also did have certain items that we needed that other Daisos don't. The place itself is pretty small, but the aisles weren't too squished. Prices were aligned with all of the other locations. The workers there were nice and helped us find stuff. Not the best, but also not the worst.

Chopsticks with rest for only $1.75

Came here after shopping at Mitsuwa Market. Store is smaller than others that I've been to but it's clean and I found a few items that weren't at the other stores. They didn't have the chopstick rest so I just bought the chopsticks with the rest that comes along with them. Still not bad for $1.75 each. The lady employee there was helpful showing me where I could find items and she rung me up as well. She's very friendly. When I go shopping at Mitsuwa, we'll definite come here again.

Daiso is more dangerous than Target... things are cute, good quality, inexpensive and my wallet just opens up every time we are here.

This Daiso is located inside Mitsuwa Marketplace. It's a tiny store in comparison to other locations with a much smaller inventory on the shelves. But you'll find the same variety of items at $1.50 (and the cheery sounds of Japanese pop music piped through the sound system) as you would in any of the other locations. And although Daiso seems to carry the same items no matter what store you visit, I am certain I found things here that I hadn't seen elsewhere. The store is very tidy and organized. I purchased some slippers, a box of Pocky and a couple of kitchen items; the woman at the register was very nice. I liked this location even though it's a "mini-version".

Entrance located inside Mitsuwa and store hours.

Super cute small store located inside the market. Great place to stop by while you're waiting for your food from the food court or after finishing your grocery shopping. They also sell drinks and snacks at lower prices than the market. Be careful, because you will definitely walk out with more than you came in for! (Not a bad thing) but they have a little bit of everything. Ceramic bowls, pans and baking goods, stationery, gardening, tools, sewing, pet items, sandals and lots of other stuff starting at $1.50. Staff is always helpful, will definitely make this my come back location.

Their snacks are a little on the pricier side, definitely found them cheaper outside in Mitsuwa.

This five-star review is not for the Bloomingdale's store itself, nor the Bloomingdale's customer…read moreservice but for several outstanding individuals at this specific location. After months of unsuccessful calls with customer service and submitting a claim because my stolen card was not blocked after I reported it, Tina and Jenna stepped in to help when they heard I might no longer remain a loyal shopper. Their attention and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. In another situation, an associate incorrectly processed a return as "no proof of purchase," even though I had valid proof. This could have prevented the refund from being credited to my account any time soon. Aaron and Lyndsay took the time to speak with customer service--who had been unhelpful--and worked to correct the issue on their end. Additionally, when another associate told me that the amount from returned gifts could not be placed on store credit because they were purchased with loyalty points, Aaron clarified the policy and ensured that the full amount was issued to me as store credit. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of Tina, Jenna, Aaron, and Lyndsay. Their efforts restored my confidence as a customer.

I purchased something from the Chanel in Bloomingdale's and it was used when I got home so I came to the store to try to return it with no luck. I had to come back three times because the store was always closed. One time I was in the store, but they still couldn't return it cause they told me that the registers already closed right before I got there, even though I was in the store . When I finally was able to return my item, they said I could only get store credit. They sold me a previously used item but wouldn't let return it. Crazy! The employees at every makeup counter here are very snooty and rude. They're not friendly. They don't smile and they seem very entitled or something. It's very odd when we are the customers spending money paying their paychecks. The employees all need to go to hospitality training to learn how to smile and be a good sales associate. I would definitely not recommend Bloomingdale's for your next shopping spree. Unhappy shopping!

She was intentional and wanted to know specific details about why I was shopping for a new fragrance with interest on why the fragrance I was exchanging didn't work out. After searching through various fragrance houses we finally narrowed down the two contenders. This is when Drew suggested to spray one on my left arm and the other on my right and walk the mall for 20-30min then come back(something I did not do when I purchased the previous fragrance). That idea worked out great, I was able to confidently narrow down which I liked most and why. The exchange was no problem at all and I felt better about what I walked out with today. I ended up leaving with a Parfum de Marly fragrance after exchanging an Amouge, all thanks to Drew's help and patience.

The discount is deep so their inventory is about 5x the store in Huntington Beach but I go to the HB store bc it's closer to where i go to dine in Bella Terra mall. I'm flattered they recognized that I am an influencer on social medias w over 12,000 followers not counting another 9,000 or more on You tube so they gave me $250 worth of alteration, unfortunately last year they canceled that privilege, the $250 would only apply to the main store, who can afford the ridiculous cutthroat pricing they have in the main store. They also close the alteration dept to move it to the HB store then they close it there to move my favorite tailor to Irvine so I took away 1 star. It's annoying all the sunglasses are locked up, all the cosmetics and perfume too but it's not their fault, it's Gruesome fault and I hope people remember this comes November. Come here for swimsuits too, I keep on buying more swim suits even though I cannot swim, well my upcoming trip to VN will have me on a boardwalk hotel in Danang w a terrace so I bought 2 more swimsuit, they are always up to 60% discount.

While I was waiting in…read moreline, the cashier had her back toward me, briefly looked at me, then turned away again with no greeting or acknowledgment. Another associate kindly directed me to a different register, but it felt like the original cashier simply did not want to help. Because of that interaction, I was not in the mood to offer a donation when she asked, since that was the first thing she said to me. After being ignored, it did not feel appropriate to contribute. What made it stand out even more is the store had a fun atmosphere while I was shopping. I even joined the cheering when someone donated while I was in the men's section. That contrast made the checkout experience worse. I previously worked as a corporate customer service trainer, and a simple hello or clear direction to the next register would have completely changed the experience. After paying, I put my receipt in my pocket and was immediately stopped at the exit to show it. I cooperated, but the store should place a "Do not put your receipt away, please show it at the door" notice at the register instead of only at the exit. Most customers instinctively put the receipt away, which creates confusion and a bottleneck. When I suggested this, the security guard said "okay," and the associate next to the door responded with a smug, sarcastic comment telling me to read the back of the receipt and submit feedback if I had issues with how the store operates. I like Ross for the deals, but the greeting etiquette, tone at checkout, and receipt process need to be consistent and improved to create unforgettable, legendary customer experiences at the exit. I now have about 40 pairs, I gave a few to my daughters. I have stopped buying new ones after Newsom allowed massive thefts w his $950 limit, bands of thugs from LA came to just empty the stores so they locked up everything, it was such a hassle it was not worth it, all businesses suffer so much loss, many went out of business. One particular saleslady was Iranian, I stopped by today to see her and wanted to ask her if her family was safe in Tehran. I was shocked to see huge sign "Store closing final sale 60% off", the store was already almost empty, I was so sad, this store gave me so much happiness, it used to be where I bought a lot of shoes and designer outfits when it was LOEHMANS, the 1st 10 years or so when it became SAKS it was as good as LOEHMANN, it was so crowded w shoppers. You cannot blame it on destructive liberal policies alone, people just started to buy from Amazon, I refuse to make BEZOS richer as he hardly paid income tax, then Covid19 NEWSOM forced closing of all stores benefiting Amazon, think about this come November 2026 to save America, SAKS spirally losses accelerating its demise. It's heartbreaking to think about all the employees that are now out of a job, how are they able to survive, I am super friendly and know most people in stores I shopped often in and they were all gone already, I'm a shopaholic, shop till I drop!!LOL!. People just hang out on social medias then blindly and impulsively buy everything advertised making influencers millionaires and killing malls in the process. I managed to find a bargain today, a sequined top by designer Lepore for $27 from the original price of $88, they have beautiful EFFY jewelry at deep discount. I'm no longer interested in jewels, I rather spend my money traveling, my earrings are all fashion jewelry. Fortunately the SAKS OFF outlet in the BLOCK/Orange is still open but I'm afraid it might close in the future too. Shop there if you like shoes like I do!!LOL! they still have a lot of designer sunglasses and clothes there but I wish somebody would tell them that we are in Socal, I'm not the only midget here!! Nobody I know wear size 10 shoes, I 1st realize most Americans in the Midwest are like up to 6ft5, I have never met so many amazon women up to 6ft and Green Giant men up to 6ft7 on cruise ships, they smiled meeting me so tiny and I giggled seeing such giants but like my mom often said good things came in small packages, my point is if stores want to stay in business they better stock up on petite sizes, every other store is full of XLarge and XXlarge that will never sell, it's common sense! Nordstrom has more small and medium sizes. Shop for more bargain here SAKS OUTLET before it's gone!
