I'll be specific about this, going to this location sucks. Nobody knows anything about the store, everyone pretends they just got hired to work here. I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. This location is a nightmare. I am reviewing based on the clothing department. Everything has been moved into skinny aisles where only one person can go down at a time. All the brands are mixed together and nothing is easy to find. It's so uninviting and cold walking through the clothing and bag section now. This super center is always clean, well kept, organized, and rarely do I go there and not find what I need! The staff members are also super friendly here. The type to walk you to find something as opposed to just telling you. Their produce section is also always so fresh! I entered the store at 8:45pm. When I went to try on clothes I was told fitting rooms close at 6pm and 7pm from another worker. So ridiculous. The store is open till 11pm!!!! My daughter and I was able to get in here a couple of weeks ago really late after my granddaughters 2nd birthday party. I had realized on the way home before we got on the Freeway, that we had to purchase some oil for my car as the check engine light was on. We both could tell that my car was lower on oil more than usual. We were able to go inside, get directed to the car oil section, find the oil I needed and a small funnel, get through the register, and add oil to my car in a timely manner with it being late and unexpected. Went back to return some items at Walmart. I prefer to take pics of my receipts instead of holding them cuz I tend to lose them. At the customer service area, Isabel the customer service rep tells me they can't use a photo of a receipt "due to fraud". Confused I said is there any workaround to get my items returned. She asked if I had the physical card used for purchase, I didn't. They said too bad. I asked for the manager(Ayesia) and the manager was also being difficult and said they can't help. Well with a quick google search I found out that a customer service manager has the ability to find the copy of the original receipt with in 90 days of the purchase and if that was the store I bought the items from, which I did. On top of that there was an option of the Walmart site to find the receipt. At the end of the day Isabella and Ayesia lacked the training, personality, and skills to help solve simple problems. Instead due to their incompetence they wasted 40 min of my time. After arguing with them using valid logic and thought they finally were able to process my return despite initially telling me that I was possibly fraudulent and that they couldn't do anything without the original receipt. It doesn't take much to be helpful instead these two went out of their way to avoid helping me and wasted my time. Shame on those two Walmart representatives! read more

This store is complete chaos. They are rearranging all the sections at once. Not even the employees know where things are. You have to just wander around and hope you can find what you need. Some items are just missing. Also the aisles have been pushed together leaving less than 4 feet between them. You feel like items on the top shelves will fall on you. I doubt it meets OSHA standards. I hate shopping here but they had a deal on beverages. I avoid going inside because everything is under key and lock. That's why I use their curbside service. Absolutely horrible- Last couple times have taken over one hour to get my order. This is the worst Walmart, from the parking to the customers, but it's not the fault of the store. It's just my personal experiences that make me not shop here. One was with an older gentleman who bought his dog in the store, I'm not afraid of dogs but I could see how someone would complain. It actually licked my hand and barked before it did that, just a weird thing, but that dog wasn't bad, just a large brown mop looking dog. I just feel that the owner didn't know how to control his pet. I don't think pets should be allowed in the store. The other situation was in the restroom with a customer that was perverted. He was looking at me at the urinal and it was weird, but by the time I finished and could complain, he was already gone. The next complaint I had was with a worker, it was a Sunday and he claimed the person who specialized in replacing phones wasn't there. He told me to come back on Monday, but why was he there, isn't he hired to do his job? People need to fire someone who shouldn't be there. The guy doesn't know how to do his job, that's my actual complaint with this store. Forget about the creepy dude, forget about the dog who shouldn't have been in the store, that's not something Walmart can prevent. Actually, I reported the creepy guy, but they don't have proof of the situation because they don't have cameras in the restroom. I'm just reporting this because these situations happened to me. It took her about 20 minutes trying to open one door. She left, came back, and nothing. She had us there, not helping anyone. There were about five of us waiting, and nothing. I would have opted to open the other doors for other customers, but no. It's clear to see that Walmart employees don't know anything and are desperately in need of customer service classes. 3. Major Things: 1. Drive up/pick up is horrible. The spaces are almost always full with other people picking up carts of stuff that are clearly not groceries. They sit in their cars long after their orders have been fulfilled. Also, random customers park there making parking for drive up very limited. 2. The wait can be super long. I have yet to come at a time that I'm in and out. Don't trust you'll do a quick pick up by placing an online order. You're wasting your time. 3. They run out of stuff very quickly. Especially on the weekend. The workers are nice, but seem to always appear out of it. I keep telling myself to ditch this Walmart and go to Target instead. They value your time there better. This store is huge compared to ones I am accustomed to in the upper MidWest. It was moderately busy at 10 am. Prices for most items are comparable to other stores. Some are less expensive. Produces are a bit more than Korean and Chinese markets in the neighborhood. We were looking to buy a special gel eye drop. These were all locked up in cabinets. You had to push a button on a hanging box for assistance. We did that several times, 3-4 minutes apart but no one came. The pharmacy was near by but the assistant could not help. We had to hunt down a store assistant to open the cabinet. She placed the item in a small locked box that will only be opened by the cashier after you paid. A very elaborate scheme but very inconvenient. Baby formulae are also kept in locked cabinets. One noticeable thing while we were in the store. Every 5-10 minutes a loud alarm sounded. This was quite startling if you are not used to it! Overall quite an experience for us. read more
