Ample parking, including accessible ones. Drivers, on the other hand, questionable, so be on your alert. Great variety, spacious aisles, helpful staff. Some favorite items were out of stock, timing is everything! Great values in everything I picked up, and, at the moment, there are many items on clearance:) Restrooms were clean as well. read more

Walmart doesn't sell Styrofoam containers, but they do Ozark Trail and Igloo coolers: 10qt: 10x7x8" $12 16qt: 10x8x10" $31 30qt: 15x10x10" $36 And large bag of ice: 20x10x5" $6 (Contrast with Target's medium bag of ice: $3 And Target's 38qt Igloo wheelie: $31. Target has a better deal for both coolers and ice bags. Just need to mind both stores' opening hours.) Mar '25: + Convenient one-stop shop for my various needs: potluck stuff, tools, snacks. + The politeness of staff varies, sometimes they're very helpful. . Huge but often very crowded parking lot. + I like that the plaza has various entrances/exits. + Located in a plaza with various restaurants. Not conveniently located near any freeway though. + I like that Walmart still has the key copy machine. - Unfortunately, the machine failed to replicate my key functionally. The copies don't turn in my lock. Turns out my key is of a special series. Wish the machine could accommodate cuts for specialized series keys. + At least I was able to put in a complaint online and get a partial refund. read more

So I drove here from San Clemente to find a dress I was looking for and great yes they have it and several other cute fall items. I go to try it on and they have all the dressing rooms closed because they said they were doing inventory. This is crazy close all the dressing rooms because of inventory so no one can try on anything ... makes no sense and very poor management decision. read more

I wish they could do something to improve the parking lot here. So relieved, the curbside pickup came back! The store offers a lot more variety now than it used to pre-September 2026! read more

This is a critique of Walmart in general. While I feel that grocery delivery is the best thing to come out of the pandemic, I take issue with Walmart's choice of inferior paper bags with no handles. Can someone tell me when Walmart stopped respecting their customers, employees and delivery people? Since the average age of the Walmart shopper is 50 yrs and older, I expect more from Walmart. When I am in the store and ask to speak with the store manager, the "gatekeepers" tell me they are not sure and "what is this about"? My response is "Is he or she hiding? They should be hiding!" The employees are tired of hearing customers complain about the bags, and the delivery people are exhausted with how much more time the poor quality bags add to their day. Whoever in Walmart corporate made the decision to go all the way back to the 70's to find cheap paper bags with no handles should experience one full work day in the life of the people who make grocery deliveries to homes and apartments. I am handicapped and cannot safely pick up paper bags, with no handles, and carry my groceries into my kitchen. So, I must have the poor delivery person carry the bags into my kitchen. There is no excuse for paper bags with no handles, that tear and fall apart, when pretty much all other stores (Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Stater Bros, etc) provide their customers with paper bags that have handles. This critique is of Walmart Corporate. The employees and delivery people are wonderful. I have asked for someone from Walmart to contact me. What do I get? I get an email telling me "We will look into this" RIGHT!!! read more

Walmart has turned into a dump. Several items are locked up, even the cheap items. They don't have tap to pay. The restrooms are disgusting. The towel dispensers are broken. Prices are good but I'd rather buy online. I'll stick with Target. read more

I'll be specific about this, going to this location sucks. Nobody knows anything about the store, everyone pretends they just got hired to work here. I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else. read more

I came here to purchase summer clothes and bathing suits but they don't have dressing rooms so I had to put everything back because I wasn't familiar with the brands and didn't know my sizes in them. They had a lot of merchandise and it looks like a nice store so it was a bummer. read more

Somewhere in the 20the century, there is Walmart! I just spent 30 minutes there picking up various things. I'm checking out and they don't take Apple Pay or tap to pay.,WTH?? I left everything at the register. I haven't been anywhere in a year or more where that's happened. read more

Hadn't been to a Walmart in years but they had unique Grinch merchandise so went. The place is gigantic and in full swing for the holidays. I was astonished at how much holiday related stuff I came home with after paying a fraction of the price expected. This location is a nightmare. I am reviewing based on the clothing department. Everything has been moved into skinny aisles where only one person can go down at a time. All the brands are mixed together and nothing is easy to find. It's so uninviting and cold walking through the clothing and bag section now. Used to be one of my favorite stores and now I can't even consider driving here anymore to try to browse. read more

BHARTI was unkind by fitting rooms. I was seeing how a jacket looked in the mirror of a dressing room that someone had just left, standing outside of it. She saw me trying on and still decided to shut the door in my face and then did not allow me to use the fitting room??? I told her I just wanted to see how the jacket looked I just needed one second. She did not oblige. She directed me to a screwed up mirror I had already tried using but it was like a fun house mirror and was not useable. Had to be rude instead of just letting me see for 1 second. I left immediately read more

Avoid this place at all cost. People are uninformed, give you wrong information and will waist your time! I made a purchase on line, showed up, to discover they are out of stock. People inside the store did not even know where to send me to pick it up since the curb pickup is out of commission! Few contradictory emails were send prior informing me that they don't have one item but then they said they do! No one apologized, he simply asked "do you still want this item!!!" I am willing to spend $5 extra and buy the item somewhere else! My time is more valuable! read more

Well supplied and clean. They have all departments including produce/deli. However one negative is that the parking is abysmal. If you dont mind walking park near an exit and get some steps in. Went back to return some items at Walmart. I prefer to take pics of my receipts instead of holding them cuz I tend to lose them. At the customer service area, Isabel the customer service rep tells me they can't use a photo of a receipt "due to fraud". Confused I said is there any workaround to get my items returned. She asked if I had the physical card used for purchase, I didn't. They said too bad. I asked for the manager(Ayesia) and the manager was also being difficult and said they can't help. Well with a quick google search I found out that a customer service manager has the ability to find the copy of the original receipt with in 90 days of the purchase and if that was the store I bought the items from, which I did. On top of that there was an option of the Walmart site to find the receipt. At the end of the day Isabella and Ayesia lacked the training, personality, and skills to help solve simple problems. Instead due to their incompetence they wasted 40 min of my time. After arguing with them using valid logic and thought they finally were able to process my return despite initially telling me that I was possibly fraudulent and that they couldn't do anything without the original receipt. It doesn't take much to be helpful instead these two went out of their way to avoid helping me and wasted my time. Shame on those two Walmart representatives! read more

My daughter and I was able to get in here a couple of weeks ago really late after my granddaughters 2nd birthday party. I had realized on the way home before we got on the Freeway, that we had to purchase some oil for my car as the check engine light was on. We both could tell that my car was lower on oil more than usual. We were able to go inside, get directed to the car oil section, find the oil I needed and a small funnel, get through the register, and add oil to my car in a timely manner with it being late and unexpected. The store was nice and clean. The register person was nice. We left happy and got home quick! Thanks Walmart Supercenter for having my oil in stock!!! read more

Store has a different layout. Through me off. I was to say the customer service was excellent. They even had a very, slow old man as a cashier. The line was taking a long time. But, everyone was being patient. Good job Walmart. I still say watch prices. Certain things they are cheap, other things expensive. Food for example. You can find cheaper prices easily on fruit. The rest of the stuff there brand is cheaper. National brands not so cheap. read more

It has low price on a lot of items. I tried to have an associate to open a shelf so I can purchase an item from the electronic department. I have touch the screen at the counter to call someone. this is the worst store. Employees are pathetic and depressed, and do not help their customers. It dozen self check out kiosks and if you're lucky, one cashier with a really really long line, completely clogged up and lots of employees doing absolutely nothing. when you complain, they literally laugh at you. The executives at the top are going short term profit but in the long run, they will lose. A very hostile environment pitting employees against customers. They just remodeled their store and it looks just as bad as before. Their prices aren't cheap anymore so most definitely not worth coming here. Trying too hard to have their cake and eat it too by trying to be Amazon and having stores I never get this headache from Amazon. I refuse to be an unpaid employee anymore self checking out with a whole cart full of groceries. If they treat their customers badly, then people who self check out should get a 20% discount. Very hostile environment. read more

I don't know why this Walmart has such low ratings. They should be happy a Walmart is even nearby! I had a return due back today and didn't realize Customer Service closed at 9p. I walked in to be thankful there was no line. Well, I was quickly notified they were closed. What a bummer because today was the last day for my return. Empathetic to my dilemma, the employee who happened to be at the counter graciously helped me. I am SO grateful for Arthur in Customer Services quick help in my return. He could've easily said no. This is the type of stuff that keeps me returning as a happy customer. Keep up the great work, Walmart! read more

Teach your security and employees to not target customers as thieves unless they have proof they are stealing from your store. I don't appreciate the way I was treated at your Foothill Ranch store on Wednesday afternoon. A short female security guard named Sentia followed me in a threatening manner. This was not the first time she did this. I felt very disrespected, insulted, and unwelcome. read more

I hate shopping here but they had a deal on beverages. I avoid going inside because everything is under key and lock. That's why I use their curbside service. Absolutely horrible- Last couple times have taken over one hour to get my order. What's the point of telling them you're on your way when you have to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes to get your stuff ? I do feel bad for the worker from my last visit because he said they were severely understaffed. Oh but tonight, it was just ridiculous. I feel like they prioritize the subcontracted Walmart delivery drivers instead of actual customers. Their system absolutely sucks plus workers move like molasses and just don't care. read more

This is the worst Walmart, from the parking to the customers, but it's not the fault of the store. It's just my personal experiences that make me not shop here. One was with an older gentleman who bought his dog in the store, I'm not afraid of dogs but I could see how someone would complain. It actually licked my hand and barked before it did that, just a weird thing, but that dog wasn't bad, just a large brown mop looking dog. I just feel that the owner didn't know how to control his pet. I don't think pets should be allowed in the store. The other situation was in the restroom with a customer that was perverted. He was looking at me at the urinal and it was weird, but by the time I finished and could complain, he was already gone. The next complaint I had was with a worker, it was a Sunday and he claimed the person who specialized in replacing phones wasn't there. He told me to come back on Monday, but why was he there, isn't he hired to do his job? People need to fire someone who shouldn't be there. The guy doesn't know how to do his job, that's my actual complaint with this store. Forget about the creepy dude, forget about the dog who shouldn't have been in the store, that's not something Walmart can prevent. Actually, I reported the creepy guy, but they don't have proof of the situation because they don't have cameras in the restroom. I'm just reporting this because these situations happened to me. I'm not describing the creepy guy because I know it'll get my review deleted. Parking is horrible, someone keyed my car in the parking lot and Walmart doesn't do anything about it. People really should do something about this. I actually like most of the workers here, they're nice to me. Just a warning of what can happen to you because these things happened to me. read more

I went to Walmart, and like all the cosmetics and fragrances, they locked them up. Oh! No There was an female employee who couldn't open the doors. She was helping two women. It took her about 20 minutes trying to open one door. She left, came back, and nothing. She had us there, not helping anyone. There were about five of us waiting, and nothing. I would have opted to open the other doors for other customers, but no. It's clear to see that Walmart employees don't know anything and are desperately in need of customer service classes. For the second time, I went to ask for some doors to be opened, and it took them 20 minutes to help. Is it really worth waiting that long? Realmente vale la pena, esperar tanto...? read more
