Absolutely love Irvine Spectrum! This is such a beautiful outdoor mall with so many great restaurants, shops, boutiques, etc. I was here 2 weekends ago with my friends and was surprised to see the Ferris wheel was removed and the area will be rebuilt with an upgraded wheel. I can't wait to check it out once construction is completed! During our visit, there were a few performances held at different sections of the mall as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. It was very entertaining and festive. I love how there are different decorations for the various holidays. Great photo ops!

Irvine Spectrum Center is one of my favorite places to spend an afternoon or evening. The layout is open and easy to walk, and there's a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment all in one spot. It has a lively atmosphere, especially at night when the lights come on and everything feels more vibrant. Parking can get a little hectic on busy weekends, but if you're patient you can usually find a spot without too much trouble. There are plenty of places to grab a bite, from casual snacks to sit-down restaurants, and it's also a nice place to just stroll around and people-watch. The giant Ferris wheel and outdoor seating areas give it a fun, almost vacation-like vibe. Overall, it's a clean, well-maintained shopping center that's great for meeting friends, going on a casual date, or just getting out of the house for a while.

It has been a long time since I came here. I had a chance to come visit again two weekends ago. This place has completely changed! The last time I was here, there was no Target or H&M. Din Tai Fung is also open here now. I came here with a friend on Valentine's Day celebrating Galentine. It was so crowded! We had a hard time finding parking, but eventually went into the parking garage by Target. We had dinner at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar and walked around the area afterwards. This place definitely double in size! The Ferris wheel was under construction. The Merry go round is still around. I like the vibe of this place at night. What an awesome area to walk around. Lots restaurant and stores to check out. There is also Holey Moley golf club hangout place that looked really cool! I will have to come back and explore more places here when I am back in town. It is definitely worth a visit if you never been.

I love this outdoor mall, it's so nice and all my favorite stores are here. It's a great place to hang out and they have some new restaurants and the ice cream places are amazing. I highly recommend stopping by for all of your shopping needs!!

Irvine Spectrum Center The Irvine Spectrum Center is hands-down one of the best outdoor shopping and entertainment destinations in Orange County. It's clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and activities all in one place. Whether you're grabbing a casual bite, doing serious shopping, catching a movie, or just walking around, it always feels lively without being overwhelming. Parking is plentiful (a huge plus), the layout is easy to navigate, and there's genuinely something for everyone -- families, couples, friends, or even a solo outing. The Giant Wheel and seasonal events add a fun touch, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat and safe. It's one of those places that works just as well for errands as it does for a full afternoon or evening out. Always a solid choice and a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.

Irvine Spectrum always has something going on! Parking on weekends can be crazy but there's plenty of it. I went during the holidays and they had an ice skating rink. They have a wide variety of selections of stores from retail to restaurants. It's a great place to visit when in Irvine.

Outdoor center. Parking here is done in structures. I like that it shows how many available spots are on each level. It made it a lot easier to find a spot on a busy Saturday afternoon. There are a mix of shops and eateries. It was nice to see lots of available outdoor seating close to the restaurants and also places to sit (chairs, fountain walls) between stores. There are also plenty of restrooms located throughout. The touchscreen map was really helpful in locating shops and restrooms. It was a warm day, but the layout was easy and walkable.Lots of little water features for kids to run through.

The Irvine Spectrum is an open-air mall that has retail shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Some highlights I think worth noting about this outdoor mall is it has a ferris wheel, large easy-to-read sign when driving round the area, it's a well-maintained mall, and it is spacious. I stopped by here on a weekday to purchase a couple gifts for family members and happened to drop by the Hello Kitty Cafe (oh so nostalgic). It wasn't too busy or crowded mid-week so it was great to walk around and enjoy some shopping. It was also a beautiful day. There are plenty of shops here - something for everyone!

    Willie L.

The Spectrum has lots of shops and restaurants to browse and dine at. The open space is great for group hang out. I met with some friends while we got to something ear and then just window shopped. They had some decoration up for the lunar new year celebration.

The center is an outdoor shopping place with everything from department stores, to shops, to vendors, to restaurants, to theater, to comedy place, to game place and during Christmas, they even have ice skating ring. Very nice, clean and a great place to take the family to hangout, shopping, eating or watching a good movie. They do have chairs, water fountains, water mists through the center. Also it right next to the major freeways and offices too.

Bring some comfortable shoes because you're going to be here for a while. There's a lot of parking but it is a very popular mall so finding parking can sometimes be tricky. There's valet available if you're not willing to drive around in search of a spot. There's a huge variety of retail and food options. As far as food goes, you can get snacks, desserts, drinks, fast food or dine in at a fancy sit in restaurant. The ferris wheel is currently unavailable due to reconstruction. They have a children's birthday club and every year they do/give the signed up children something different. There's a carousel, a mist play area and a playground. There's lots of bathrooms, including family areas. The place is clean and well kept. It is an outdoor mall so plan accordingly with the weather. There's also entertainment like a movie theater, Dave and Busters and an escape room. So whether you're coming here on a date or with the whole family, there's surely something for everyone.

Irvine Spectrum is already my favorite mall because it's outdoors and the middle eastern themed plaza is so pretty but it's especially magical during Christmas season. I love all the holiday decorations throughout the center. There are so many good shops and restaurants here. It is very pet friendly and family friendly. It's very happening even on a week night!

I really enjoy stopping at this outdoor mall when I'm traveling back-and-forth between San Diego and wherever else I'm going. It has a little bit of everything, tons of restaurants and cafés, so many different kinds of clothing and shoe stores, a movie theater and Pretty much anything you could need is here. It even has a giant Ferris wheel in the middle. Parking has been hit or miss for me over the years for me. I don't like valeting, but they have that option. It's right off 5, so that makes it really convenient. It wasn't very busy mid afternoon on a weekday so that's probably a good time to go.

The floor plan designers should've included 1 or 2 more exits closer to the Alton Pkwy & Jamboree Rd intersection. - And parking is often horrendous throughout the whole day. From lunch hour to dinner hour, parking is almost always packed. You can expect to spend up to 10min seeking parking during the worst hours of the day. Even the parking structure in the back isn't sufficient during rush hour. - The back alley that passes by the church is riddled with horrendous, tall speed bumps. Awful on your car's suspension. They need to smooth out those speed bumps. Better yet, remove them entirely. They're not needed. - Also, many entitled drivers in the parking lot. For example, when they're at a stop sign and you're driving through the intersection because you don't have a stop sign, they jut out and almost collide with you. And if you honk, both the driver and the passenger in the other car will freak out and make a face at you as if YOU'RE the weird one. It may be worth the investment and mental peace to seek lunch elsewhere. - The center parking spots of the parking structure smelled like old urine. Parking there is a lil secluded, but boy does it reek.
