Love the energy of Downtown Brea! It's one of my favorite local areas to dine with friends. So much to do from places to eat, watch a movie, grab sweet treats, watch comedy shows, watch live bands and shop. They hold different events throughout the year. Very busy and vibrant place to hang out. Some of my favorites... - Cha Cha's Latin Kitchen - Corazon Taste of Mexico - Yard House - Ruby's Dinner - Brea Improv - Copper Blues - Edward's Regal Theater

Can easily enjoy a date night here. Edward Cinemas. Lots of parking available in the structures. Really love my neighboring City Brea.

I've only been to Brea Downtown a couple of times and I absolutely love it! I loved the holiday décor that they display it's very nice and vibrant. This area just has a nice relaxing vibe to it. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends, have a solo day or even a cute date night. There are a variety of shops and LOTS of yummy restaurants. One of my main reasons for coming here was for Bath & Body Works since this store is one of the better locations. Brea Downtown has some amazing restaurants that I love such as Bruxie, Elbows Mac n' Cheese and Roll Em Up Taquitos just to name a few. There's definitely plenty of variety when it comes to food and shopping. There's also ample parking whether it be street parking or the parking structure. Overall this is a very nice area and nice outdoor shopping center and is a must if your in the area!

This is a lovely upscale area to visit. First of all, there are 3 huge parking structures and they are free. There are restaurants in different price ranges. I ate at Taps Fish House. Brea Improv is there. Also movies on multiple screens. Lots of restaurants, boutiques , and shops. One corner has a Starbucks, and places to eat, and shop for groceries or home goods. I am unable to get to the Starbucks page so I am reviewing it here. After lunch and walking around, this is where we ended up. My friend had plain coffee and I had my winter drink- vanilla latte. I needed something to warm me up, and this drink is perfect. It was very hot and tasted delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Agreeing with fellow Yelp Elite Robert P's (Riverside, CA) review, I'm rating Brea Downtown 5-stars because there are just so many things you can do here! From hanging out with coworkers, friends and just running take outs and other errands, Brea Downtown makes everything so convenient. It's very easily accessible since there's a huge parking structure right around Edwards' Movie Theater; then there's the Brea Mall (next to Dowbtown Brea) too (I used to shop here before switching entirely off to Outlet shopping). Along with Edwards' Movie Theater, there exists Brea Improv, Ruby's Diner, and a ton of other restaurants. There's even a two-hour free parking section in between the two movie theaters. I can't recall the name of the other privately owned theater, but I think it closed down bow. There used to be Tower Records, but unfortunately, they went outta biz years ago, not sure when anymore but was way before the Pandemic. I will need to visit Brea Downtown again soon because they have been fully decorated for Holidays/2022 as shown from many pics I took below for this review. I was in this town this past weekend or yesterday was due to visiting the 'City of Yorba Linda,' which is the next city down.

Review 41/365 Day Challenge…read more My local mall has definitely gotten a fresh new look. There are so many stores, eatery shops and cool vibes here now. Hey tea shop just opened up on 02.13.26 and CHAGEE Tea Shoo opened right before the Holidays 2025. When they did a face lift remodeling of Brea mall with demolishing Sears Department store and adding the new wing with the outdoor area. It definitely gave an updated modern atmosphere to the mall. the new Wing of Brea Mall. New Alo & Uniqlo Store is really big and a lot of selections. Associate are nice and informative when asking for a particular item i was looking for. Store is organized and nicely well set up. Color coordination. They sell work out clothes and it is on the higher end price. But quality looks very durable. Definitely has a lot of foot traffic. A lot of my friends are excited about this shop coming to our local mall. So glad to see My fav department store Nordstrom's is still here. Holiday time, Santa & Bunny photos available during their season. Food court has decent food such as Blaze, Lollicup, Ghengis Khan, Jamba Juice, Cinnabon & lots more. During the holidays, Nordstrom department has valet parking available. There is a Starbucks Kiosk in the center of the mall in front of the Elevator. Parking here at the mall is busy especially since currently under construction of a new parking along with upcoming apartments being built here. Lots of parking available with parking structure.

Everyone , mother , father , brother , sister , extended family , grandparents , children , babies ... everyone .. is here. It's a bit too chaotic for me. But that's just me. The amount and variety of merchandise is EPIC. Instead of seeing always these long bohemian ( made in India ) type dresses being pushed on the public.... I saw lots & lots of quality options for shorter dresses and baby doll dresses which I think is a better fit for the demographic. This mall is epically different than any other mall I've experienced before ... even the store Windsor had some super cute quality options for once. It's def a shopping Mecca... and an experience. PS: I came here for North Face retail store to do an exchange on a duffel bag.

I just visited this outdoor mall on Sunday and I wanted to write a quick review…read more The mall is somewhat small, but is beautiful and located in a nice area. The main attractions for me are the Whole Foods Market and Mendocino Farms. I love both of those places and they are right next to each other. I had lunch at Mendocino then did a quick shop at Whole Foods. There are other places to shop and eat, however those are my go-tos. Lots of parking and the mall is shaped in like a circle, so very easy to get around. Also, for me, since I live in Chino Hills I get to take Carbon Canyon drive which is actually a cool drive over the hills. I do recommend coming here. I do wish they had more shops, but overall a good mall for shopping and eating. Thanks.

The look and layout make it enjoyable to walk around -- plenty of clean, open spaces and outdoor seating that give it a relaxed vibe, especially on a nice day. With a strong lineup of restaurants, cafes, and shops anchored by Whole Foods, it's easy to spend time there whether you're grabbing groceries, meeting friends for lunch, or just grabbing a coffee. What I personally like most is the variety of food and retail options and that it doesn't feel like just another strip mall -- it's got a little bit of atmosphere to it. Many of the eateries have good food, and the plaza feels more like a place to hang out, stroll, or make a whole afternoon out of your visit. The reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is parking and crowding. At peak times, the parking can get really tight, and sometimes spots fill up before you even get close to the shops. That can be annoying if you're just trying to pop in for something quick. Overall -- a pleasant, well‑designed place with good food and shopping options that's worth visiting, just be ready for a bit of parking hustle during busy hours.

They have a big parking structure, that is constantly packed with people. There is a constant flow of people coming in and out. When I come here, I enjoy looking at the Korean snack store that recently just expanded. You can get instant noodles and pay for the hot water so you can eat it there! This store is also a souvenir store. Besides this place, the source has fashion stores, bakeries, coffee, pastries, golf, a kid's play center, and more food! Like malls do, they also have a Photo Booth area. Prices vary per shop, but everything is reasonable. The source is cool because it's where small businesses can advertise themself, and Korean culture can thrive. They have a mini night life here alongside celebrating the love of kpop, cosmetics, skincare, and food! I've heard that this place was always hip and fun, and I'm hoping the current reputation exceeds expectations in the near future with all the changes they've been doing!

Disneyland Parking Hack at Anaheim GardenWalk (April 2026 update)…read more I saw this info on Instagram and decided to try it myself at the end of April 2026. Sharing both the update and my actual experience. From what I saw online, starting April 1, 2026, parking at Anaheim GardenWalk increased from $18 to $20 for the discounted daily rate, and the process is now different. You no longer need to upload receipts by text. Just buy something at Starbucks, Paris Baguette, or Meet Fresh. At checkout, you need to ask for the "$20 rate" voucher since they won't offer it automatically. They will give you a paper voucher to scan when exiting. Regular parking is first hour free, then $4 per hour, with a $30 daily max. Still cheaper than Disneyland parking. My experience: Navigation: Anaheim GardenWalk 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim The entrance is on W Katella Ave and goes straight into the indoor structure. The signage is a bit confusing. Elevators show B2 to 5, while parking levels are labeled P1 to P4. Just remember your P level and section. P1 is ground level and has parking plus Paris Baguette P2 and P3 are parking P4 has parking, Starbucks, and Meet Fresh. Google Maps labeling here is a bit misleading Parking tip. Try to park near the elevators since the payment machines are right there. I went on a weekday around 5pm and parked at P3 section B. I walked up to P4 and Starbucks was right around the corner. No mobile order available at that time, card only, and they close at 6:30pm. After ordering, I asked for the parking voucher. Staff did not offer it unless I asked. Walking to Downtown Disney: Fastest route is toward Disney Way, then connect to S Harbor Blvd. If you are not sure, you can navigate to Foundation Room Anaheim. After going down the stairs you will be on Disney Way. It took about 12 minutes to reach security. On the way back, I tried walking from Din Tai Fung toward W Katella and then S Harbor. It added about 30 extra minutes. Going back the same way is definitely faster. Parking payment result: Before leaving, I scanned my ticket and it showed $12. First hour free, then $4 per hour. Then I scanned the $20 Starbucks voucher and the machine showed I could exit with no payment. I even asked staff to confirm and they said if it lets you exit, you are fine. I ended up leaving without paying. That said, the system didn't seem very stable. I saw a few cars getting stuck at the gate. I probably just got lucky this time. I wouldn't expect free parking every time. Safer to assume around $20 per day with validation. If it ends up cheaper, just treat it as a bonus. Either way, it is still cheaper than Disneyland parking, so I would use this option again.

Lots of great…read moreanchor stores and restaurants at the perimeter, but the central area of the walkway is fairly sparse and seems to be filled with COMING SOON stores that are always in and out. The restaurants are fairly expensive (it's near Disneyland), and the parking is not free (only a few stores are able to validate parking). The vibe is lively and hip - pretty lights and upbeat music line the walkways. Lots of young folks, young families (after or before Disneyland), and couples. Overall, lots of potential for development, but for now, it only makes sense if you're looking to have a meal at one of their anchor restaurants or drinks at one of their larger bar/brewery establishments.
