This place has become rundown, and just a hangout for a bunch of teens with no manners. And I know that sounds kind of cliché being that I'm in my 40s, but these kids just have no reason to be there. They are literally just causing chaos and standing in peoples walkways. Most of the stores are no longer good and the ones that are still surviving close early. If you need to go to grab something out of a store that you know is there people tend to get in and get out. The parking here is horrible and I always see people parking In spots that they shouldn't be (non handicap plaques, red zones). The Selection of stores is mediocre at best, and the value of the outlets are hit and miss. I recommend only going here if there is a store you are certain is still operating and you have no other options.

It's been many years since the last time I came here, but the place is still hopping with plenty of shops and places to eat and enjoy. They have everything from restaurants to moving theaters, and a wide selection of shops - from clothing, to bookstores, to guitar center. The service workers are handing business, the place is clean and safe while still being open and enjoyed by the teenage crowds. Value: It's certainly in the quantity of shops and deals. There's a ton of shops and pop-ups, although it is a bit of a letdown that they close at 9pm during the holiday season as that cut us short, but aside from the hours it's everything I remember, but better. :)

Christmas shopping with friends went well. There is a wide variety of gift options. Every store was filled with helpful employees. It's an Outlet. So, you can always find great prices. Some stores price match. That's pretty awesome.

They have almost all branch name stores, if you can't find it will be at 5th Ave, Neiman Marcus, or Bloomingdale's. There are coffee shops, spa, restaurants, Dave & Buster, Guitar Center, Escape room, so forth. Service is good here, and plenty of selection of style from previous season(s). Plenty of parking around plus very connivence since it locate next to 22 freeway and nearby to the 5 & 57 freeway.

Love the Outlets! I frequent here all the time. Perfect place for shopping! And dining. I went to the outlets for some Christmas shopping last month. And again for my birthday festivities. It's kept up pretty well. This outdoor mall has so much to offer. I hit the movie theater a lot too. I like the pretty fountain at the end. I just wish they had more shade/ trees around the mall. Because in the summer it does get really hot.

Well I start by saying that the parking lot is massive and it seems as if it's a free for all parking lot. The dividers for parking spaces are no longer existing. ppl blocking multiple spots since the lines aren't visible. Causing property damages to cars. Also this mall has gotten worse within the years. pot holes everywhere and the light are off alot.

So many luxurious brands located at this outlet, I am not sure if they got a lot of good deals, but it will take time for me to explore, they look very fancy and much closer to get around compared to some other outlets I had to drive far to get to besides South Coast :) They have several eatery and restaurants, and also a movie theater, enough to keep people away from their shopping while taking a break of course :)

Lots of go-to favorite shops here not just for me, but also for the family. Parking was pretty easy and going from store to store outside was ideal for us after some rainy days. Popular Outlet Stores from Nike, Gap, H&M, UA, Lucky Brand, Polo, Saks 5th and more... Lots of sales and good items. Yes we have similar stores near us, but the selection always varies by region depending on the vibe. Would definitely return.

This place will always and forever be known as "The Block" to me. Been coming here for decades and through all the stores, restaurants and constructions past. Happy to see it is still busy and packed as ever. Love that they added an In n Out and other restaurants surrounding the middle. The stores are great and there is something for everyone. Great place to shop, eat and meet up with friends and family. Love Orange and all it has to offer!

Minelie A.

I love this outlet even though it doesn't look-like an outlet. First, it's nice area and it's not too crowded or busy. They have few stores but they are all well maintained. You can find some brands that most likely outlets have but you get that great service. The selection of stores are ok but Ofcourse not like Citadel. There is always great promotions are going on. It's s fun place to spend time. Drink your coffee and shopping in your own pace. There is no rush in this place and the value of products you get its worth to come to this place. There is a plenty of parking outside and ive never had a hard time to find a parking spot.

Not a lot going on store wise and far from outlet prices in most stores. Nike outlet had four pairs of shoes over a size 12 on the wall.

Hi, Brenda! See here for our parking map: https://www.simon.com/mall/the-outlets-at-orange/map/#/search

Today is open?

Yes

Does Santa visit the mall?

I haven't seen him in the past so I'm going to say no. South Coast Plaza has the best Santa in my opinion, but Brea Mall is also good.

Where can you find the car chargers for Tesla?

They don't have them at that location. When you're somewhere and need to charge, use the touchscreen and type in "Superchargers Nearby" and it will show you the closest ones.

Is there a victoria secret store?

Yes. Next to American Eagle Outfitters.

Can you bring dogs?

It's outdoors, so yes! Might want to check the policies for the individual stores you'll be visiting, however.

How is the playground for children there?

There is a concession - Thrill It Fun Center. It is not free. You buy entertainment package or a party for kids. It is an activity center for active youngsters but parents must be there to give permission and pay for the time spent.

It's huge and spacious, featuring a great selection of stores and a Round1 for entertainment. The food court is also well-managed with lots of seating available for dining. Overall, it's a great, spacious environment that doesn't feel overwhelming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Santa Ana! The selection of stores are very mall-typical (Zara, Claire's, etc) but the standout is for sure the Round One! The service there is relatively good, the nicest employee I met worked at the piercing kiosk, she was really sweet. They also have cute displays for photo shoots and tons of photo ops if you're visiting.

Have not been here in about five to six years roughly, so it was good to see a mall that was not completely dead and had a lot of stores still intact despite a lot of malls being closed down recently (like the Westminster Mall). The mall is going through a renovation, so there are some areas under construction. Some favorite stores include: Boxlunch, Hot Topic, Round 1, and Tokyo Life. A couple criticisms my husband and I had was despite the mall being open for about an hour and a half when we arrived; all the bathrooms we seemed to try and use were shut down or out of order. My husband managed to find a bathroom to use but it required us to walk all the way from the food court to the Round 1 Arcade. I also felt like the employee there was suspicious of me as all I was doing was looking at claw machines while waiting for him. I had to take out my Round 1 card from my mall (Mission Viejo) to pretend I was making a decision on what games to play. It was also not very accessible to any elevators or escalators. The elevators we saw were on either end of the mall, so it required a lot of walking to get to one side or another to use one. Adding to the bathrooms being out of order, all of the sets of escalators in the mall had at least one side that was broken. Also, it looks like this mall is a hot bed for theft. It seemed like every store we walked into (the ones listed above and also including Gamestop and Anime World), had pictures on many displays of people who were caught on camera stealing and leaving the store with stolen merchandise. A good mall overall, but hopefully some of the run down issues will be addressed next time we decide to stop by.

Disneyland Parking Hack at Anaheim GardenWalk (April 2026 update)…read more I saw this info on Instagram and decided to try it myself at the end of April 2026. Sharing both the update and my actual experience. From what I saw online, starting April 1, 2026, parking at Anaheim GardenWalk increased from $18 to $20 for the discounted daily rate, and the process is now different. You no longer need to upload receipts by text. Just buy something at Starbucks, Paris Baguette, or Meet Fresh. At checkout, you need to ask for the "$20 rate" voucher since they won't offer it automatically. They will give you a paper voucher to scan when exiting. Regular parking is first hour free, then $4 per hour, with a $30 daily max. Still cheaper than Disneyland parking. My experience: Navigation: Anaheim GardenWalk 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim The entrance is on W Katella Ave and goes straight into the indoor structure. The signage is a bit confusing. Elevators show B2 to 5, while parking levels are labeled P1 to P4. Just remember your P level and section. P1 is ground level and has parking plus Paris Baguette P2 and P3 are parking P4 has parking, Starbucks, and Meet Fresh. Google Maps labeling here is a bit misleading Parking tip. Try to park near the elevators since the payment machines are right there. I went on a weekday around 5pm and parked at P3 section B. I walked up to P4 and Starbucks was right around the corner. No mobile order available at that time, card only, and they close at 6:30pm. After ordering, I asked for the parking voucher. Staff did not offer it unless I asked. Walking to Downtown Disney: Fastest route is toward Disney Way, then connect to S Harbor Blvd. If you are not sure, you can navigate to Foundation Room Anaheim. After going down the stairs you will be on Disney Way. It took about 12 minutes to reach security. On the way back, I tried walking from Din Tai Fung toward W Katella and then S Harbor. It added about 30 extra minutes. Going back the same way is definitely faster. Parking payment result: Before leaving, I scanned my ticket and it showed $12. First hour free, then $4 per hour. Then I scanned the $20 Starbucks voucher and the machine showed I could exit with no payment. I even asked staff to confirm and they said if it lets you exit, you are fine. I ended up leaving without paying. That said, the system didn't seem very stable. I saw a few cars getting stuck at the gate. I probably just got lucky this time. I wouldn't expect free parking every time. Safer to assume around $20 per day with validation. If it ends up cheaper, just treat it as a bonus. Either way, it is still cheaper than Disneyland parking, so I would use this option again.

The restaurants are fairly expensive (it's near Disneyland), and the parking is not free (only a few stores are able to validate parking). The vibe is lively and hip - pretty lights and upbeat music line the walkways. Lots of young folks, young families (after or before Disneyland), and couples. Overall, lots of potential for development, but for now, it only makes sense if you're looking to have a meal at one of their anchor restaurants or drinks at one of their larger bar/brewery establishments.

I digress. So this shopping district is conveniently close to many homes, businesses, and roads. With that said it's very popular during Lunch and dinner therefore parking can take awhile. The main anchor store is Mother'sMarket. then there's Bank of California, a variety of satellite shops(photography, grooming, accounting etc), and small eateries.
