7.5% Kohl Cash Rewards if you sign up for their credit card and make purchases using this credit card. Kohls partnered with Capital One. Always pay your CC off before every closing date and you'll be fine. Sign up for their app to receive coupons from 15%-40% on many items. I do my best not to pay full price at Kohls because they mark their items way up there! I always add items to my cart and wait for most items. Always compare items at Kohls with Amazon, Target, Walmart etc. sometimes their "sale" price is more expensive than regular price else where. October and November are the best months with the most discounts including $15 Kohls Cash bs $10 on every $50 spent. Many items go on sale and out of stock fast too! I love this location. Quiet and easy in and out of the parking lot. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Self-pick up is the best and Amazon return is inside too along with Sephora. read more

I came in today on a mission to find white sneakers for a date night. I came prepared -- socks in my purse (because I'm normally a flip-flop girl), fully committed to comfort and ready to try things on. The shoe department was... lively. Shoes everywhere, clearance racks doing their own thing, sizes scattered in places they definitely did not belong. I tried on probably a dozen pairs and spent close to two hours searching. I fell hard for some black striped Adidas that absolutely did not love me back because my size was nowhere to be found. I was this close to panic-buying a pair I didn't even want just so I could leave -- texting photos to my husband and even asking ChatGPT for opinions -- when Brandon stepped in. We were chatting a bit and I mentioned I was heading to the Irvine Improv, which made the shoe hunt feel even more urgent. Brandon was holding it down in the shoe department all morning, and just as I was about to walk out, he casually comes up and says, "I found these." He was holding the exact white Adidas sneakers I had pictured before I even left my house. Size 9 1/2. On clearance. $52. The timing was unreal. I didn't get a chance to properly thank him because he disappeared back into the shoe chaos, so I'll say it here: Brandon, you're a rockstar. You saved my date night, my feet, and my patience. I left with the perfect shoes and a great story. 10/10. read more

BIG MISTAKE to buy furniture from Kohl's! Called customer service and Raul (supervisor) promised to call back next day with solution. We ordered from kohls.com. Table (box 1) 8 chairs (4 boxes) delivered to our house. They were insisting WE disassemble 8 chairs, rebox them plus 120lbs metal table and we have to return full set!!!! What?!? If you compete with Costco, Wayfair, Overstock then you better have the same quality satisfaction practices as your competitors. We have called back many times, each time getting same story that a supervisor will call you back. Nada! No realistic solution and our request was to send ONLY new table. Said they were waiting to hear back from their MARKET PLACE TEAM in IRVINE, doubt they even contacted them. NEED A NEW TABLE THAT'S IT. They are ghosting us and we will escalate & pursue legal action if need, KOHL'S DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS! read more

Went to Kohl's specifically to make an Amazon return and the setup was incredibly confusing. There was signage in the back of the store indicating "Amazon Returns," but no one was staffing that area. I walked around trying to figure it out and eventually noticed other customers with Amazon packages near the front, so I got in the main checkout line. There were four cashiers, and only some of them were handling Amazon returns -- with no signage or indication of who was doing what. When it was my turn, the cashier turned her light on but didn't say anything. I asked if she could process an Amazon return; she mumbled "yes." When I asked why there wasn't any signage to direct customers, she completely ignored me. The whole experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily frustrating. If Kohl's is going to continue offering Amazon returns, they really need to bring back a clearly designated, staffed return area or at least provide clear signage and basic communication. This setup is awful for both customers and employees. read more

Brandon and all the people at the register were all helpful with my return which I ordered online through the Kohl's website. Brandon brought a big dolly for me to load the big returnable item and he pushed the dolly back to the store. read more

Wow, I'm not sure if it was a management or corporate decision to remodel the store, but I want to take my hat off for the change! It was our go-to store for our family for years, but we quit shopping there two years ago. It was so run down, and the employees were so miserable it was what I expect a second store experience to be like. We were worried they were running down the Sears path. Today we ate at the sushi place next store and decided to look in on our way by. We were so happy to see the change and bought a bunch of stuff. Thank you so much for the changes and we're happy to do our shopping there first again. read more

I don't usually stop by this store very often, but whenever I do, I always find quality products at good prices. You can find some unique items there that you won't see in other stores. That's why I recommend it to everyone read more

Kohl's has now adopted the process of Amazon returns and also Kohl's purchases to one register. Meaning the person running that one register has to process both Amazon returns and ring purchases. Because of this, the checkout lines have become unbearable 15 to 20 mins !! In my mind, this is a gross logistics error on Kohl's part. It is unacceptable and it is unsustainable for their customers. They will suffer because of this process!!! DO BETTER KOHLS !! read more

Kohl's always has a wide selection of men's dress shirts and attire, but the ties and shoes department is lacking. 10.5 must be a popular size.. they were out of almost everything in that size unfortunately. I had to settle for the least ugly pair. And the ties the selection was horrible, and the sizes were all slender ties. It would be nice to have a better variety of patterns/colors/thickness since they are 25$ each. The staff is nice...they really try to upsell.. which isn't their fault they are told to, but still nonetheless annoying. Clean store, but still over priced so I rarely go. I only come here for the dress clothes, but their everyday clothes are a bit steep. read more

Came here on a Saturday around 6pm. Super busy for amazon returns. Only one guy working, so it also went really slowly. Felt sorry for him. I was in a line of 15 when I got there. When I left, there were like 20 people in line. I also needed to do a pickup. That was quick and easy. My kohls return was quick, as well. One of my orders didn't pull up with my phone number, but luckily, I had my receipt in my purse. Would recommend this spot for everything but amazon returns. read more

I drive further to come to this Kohls! They're knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly! Kudos to whoever does the hiring!

I was shopping at Kohl's at July 2024, the cashier asked to enroll the membership with Koul's. The cashier confirmed no any fee for enrolling in membership at that moment. so I did. However, then later, I received phone calls and mail letters to urging me to pay extra fee that's more than $176.97 for payment I never applied for. I only bought shoes and socks which cost $101.54 and all paid. why have to pay double? This constitutes consumer fraud. I am really confused why this retail store uses this approach on customers. read more

tl,dr: pleasant department store for a stroll to browse various goods and to pass time. Likes: + I enjoyed walking around the various departments (clothing, decorations, toys, etc.) here with my friend. We can explore various merchandise and bond over the interesting things being sold. + There is no pressure to buy something while you're inside, so it's an all-around nice place to pass time with friends if you're waiting your turn on a nearby restaurant waitlist. Gripes: - I think near the restroom, there's a sign pointing towards it, but farther away we had trouble finding any sign to indicate that the restroom is on the other side of the store. read more

Kohl's saved the day for me yesterday! I was there last minute to buy a suit for an upcoming event and I went to FOUR different stores. I ended up getting the suit at Kohls and was happy and relieved after. Other stores I went to included: Macys at Westminster mall - NO HELP WHATSOEVER on a week night. All mismatched jackets and pants from various brands. Mostly "skinny" pants, which isn't the style I like. Everything was on sale, but couldn't find the same brand jacket color w/ the pants. Nordstrom Rack: Similar to Macy's with different styles and good prices but all mismatched and just thrown untogether. Men's Warehouse: Lot's of selection of suits and actual help from staff, but way more expensive. Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren jackets were like $300+ when the same ones were on sale at Macys for $150. Nothing was on sale at Men's Warehouse and at first I thought their jacket prices included the pants - which were also very expensive, but nope! and Lastly, Kohls: With a ton of suit selections, all organized by color and different brands and included jackets RIGHT NEXT TO THEIR matching pants. Like how a normal person would want to shop for a suit would look for. Also got the jacket and pants for 30% off and I got $40 in Kohl's cash to use for next time. Hallelujah!!! read more

Was in our local one the other day in Irvine off Jeffery. Lady working there was at the shoe department sorting the shoes. I asked a simple question in a polite manner. What's the price of these boots? Can you find out for me? Thanks. She replied in such an awful way like she didn't want to be there. It was utterly rude. Turned me right off going in there but normally, it's quite a nice experience. read more

I hate to say it, but the main reason I go to Kohl's is to return things I bought from Amazon. With that, they are great! I love it, even more, when I get a good coupon out of it and I might buy something. On this trip, I got $5 Kohl's Cash. So I bought a nice birthday card for my dad whose birthday is in August. Total cost? 1.08 with the coupon. I do like the fact they have Hallmark Cards since most of the Hallmark stores around me have gone out of business. Otherwise, Kohl's is hit and miss when it comes to other things. Their pricing is set up so you always need a coupon. This part isn't so nice. While I do have the app, I found it tricky to use in the store. I know some people who love Kohl's Cash, but I found it annoying when I have to back between a certain period. I don't always have time for that, and I don't always need something during the date they are valid, hence my visit that day when I earned the Kohl's Cash - I bought everything I needed! Still, I've found the checkers for the most part are friends, always ask if you want to open a Kohl's Credit Card, etc. They do their job as they are told. This is a nice location, parking is good, and it's easy in and out. I like it. read more

I mainly only have good things to say about this location, although I generally only visit the store to make returns for Amazon. I have purchased items online from kohls and picked up at this store without any issues, and from browsing around the prices and selection look good as well. The employees have been very nice and the store always looks organized (although it also never really seems too busy when I visit on the weekdays). It's great that kohls did a collaboration with Amazon to at least work out the returns, because it makes it really easy for people nearby (like myself) to go in store without a box and just hand over the item I need to return. Plenty of parking in the lot, nearby stores (like Albertsons) makes for an easy trip to run some errands, and nice associates makes for a good store. read more

This is not a bad store location. It is pretty chill. the staff that works here is kind of helpful. Except the one guy who works at the front. He seem to have a bad attitude every time I come in. But outside of that guy the rest of the staff is cool. The young ladies that work in the back are super awesome. I wish they worked in the front so I can deal with them a lot more than I deal with the guy in the front. But they have some pretty good deals at this location so I shop here often I bought a gray Adidas backpack from this location so I can't complain. Adidas is definitely my favorite read more

Kohls is a bit like Michael's, in that they constantly have sales, coupons, and Kohl's cash etc, all very cleverly designed to make you spend your money there...and damnit, it works everytime. I go in, spend money and then get more money to spend, so I go in and spend more money. But I also hate this about them, you just never know whether you are getting the best price. I like to go by the 25% rule, if it's not at least 25% off, you're being ripped off. It's pretty much always empty anytime I come in to shop which is good for me. The cashiers can be a little unhelpful when it comes to coupons, and they don't always ask you for your Kohls rewards number, which means a phone call to get your points. Urgh. read more

So I am a frequent shopper at Kohl's. I enjoy shopping at Kohl's both online and in-store. I like this location because it's convenient and the only location here in Irvine. I hate to leave a negative review for a specific person but this seems to be an ongoing issue. There is an older lady working at customer service doing refunds who has a sour attitude every time I've gone for the last year or so. She grunts and seems irritated when she has to process a refund or assist you. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with her attitude. I'm only writing this review because I've dealt with it at least 4-5 times already and it's bad every time. It feels like I'm bothering her and it irritates me to have to deal with her sour attitude whenever I go. Other than this employee, I'm happy to say I love everything else about this Kohl's location. Other staff are friendly and the location is clean. read more

This review is for Amazon returns. I've been returning stuff here for a while, but forgot to review. They have a parking space for you...unless some knucklehead in a Tesla decides to park there. Now granted, they may have returned Amazon items then decided to shop afterwards. But the car was still there after I returned my stuff. Make sure you started your return with Amazon and have the app open on your phone, so they can scan the item you're returning. Walk back to the customer service area and you will see a sign specifically for Amazon returns. You don't even need the packaging it came in. A nice Kohl's employee will scan and bag your return, give you a receipt and you're dunzo! I just wish I could give them all my dang Amazon boxes, too! read more

Use to love Kohl's but it's shocking to me how right next door at Old Navy you can witness how a great retail manager runs their business versus how Kohl's manager is running their business. What use to feel like a bargain feels like buying the same you could find at target at premium prices. When your store is busy have staff stop what they are doing and process transactions then go back to restocking or whatever they claim to be doing when standing around. Kohls should either recruit the manager from Old Navy or send theirs to learn. read more

Understaffed Amazon return section! I've come here twice in the last two weeks to return something. First time, there was literally 20 people in line for a return and one person trying to make all the returns. Took 25 minutes for a 2 minute return. Second time I go there's 6 customers in line, one staff member right there but not processing returns. Get your act together. There needs to be 1-2 people staffing at any time and it should be easy or encouraged to get back up. read more

I've been a customer of Kohls for many years, both on-line and in the stores, however, I'm frustrated as they recently told me because I've been such a good customer for so long they were waiving "shipping fees" for me until the end of 2023. However, it showed free shipping only once, and never again. No matter if you buy a set of wash clothes for $8.00, your shipping cost is $8.95. I puchase so much, that I can usually get shipping waived due to large purchases, but not for small purchases as offered. This was my last shopping on-line with this company. read more

For most of this year i have stayed away from shopping at B&M stores and relied on online shopping with free shipping but as the holiday season is upon us, its not always easy to do as quantities on certain items are limited. In recent weeks i have stopped by this particular location to pick up a few black friday/cyber monday deals. One of the things i noticed is that there is a particular gentleman at the front of the store greeting customers and he does it in a very friendly and genuine way. In time like these where everyone is just tired and mentally drained from 2020, you really start to appreciate these little things. Overall i find the store to be well organized and clean and typically there is plenty of people at the registers to get you checked out quickly. I also like the fact that the employees and customers are separated by shields which you dont necessarily find in all retail locations. read more

When returning Amazon items at Kohl's make sure you don't return items with an old guy named Richard. He was rude during the return process being short with me because I was returning 7 items separately. I didn't know I could return them all together with one barcode and why does it matter when there is no one in line behind me. Amazon sent me 7 different bar codes!! I knew he didn't like me when he didn't offer me my 25% off coupon. He told me I was all set and I said are you not going to offer me my discount coupon?
