Store ok. They didn't have honey/peanut butter tiger milk bars, and the soda fountain button that just dispenses soda water wasn't preset either. They did have Perrier in both the small and large sizes so that was good.

Came to this 7-Eleven and had a really good experience. The service was great! The cashier was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. The store was very clean and well organized and they had a lot of options to choose from. I also noticed they had the new Red Bull flavor, which I haven't really seen at many other locations (or maybe I just haven't been paying attention lol) I also loved that they had the LA Times here so of course I had to grab one. Overall, a quick and pleasant stop and I definitely appreciated the good service! read more

love this place so much. This is the go to for all the Utt middle school and Tustin high school kids walking home. It's always full of people I know and all the products are great! all the people working their are some of the best employees I've seen at any place. their funny, kind, easy to talk to, and just rarely seem annoyed or like they don't want to helping the person. read more

This location has really gone down hill. One of the guys joked about slapping me if I was his kid because I talked too much...when I tried to complain to Peter....he said I was wrong. Accept Peter been rude lately too.. Brandon was always nice, so is misty but I just won't go there. I smile and stay in good spirits even though I have terminal illness. I don't deserve to be treated that way read more

I have been a regular here for at least 5 years and I can say the people working here are amazing. Always on top of keeping fresh coffee and food for my breakfast runs. Always enjoy trying the quality food they provide and the chips! I am a chip connoiseur and I can appreciate seeing new chips here before they are advertised elsewhere. read more

First off, this is by far the BEST 7-Eleven I've ever been to! Luis is absolutely amazing! He's so helpful and so are all the other employees! The shelves, coolers and coffees are always stocked and they have lots of cool stuff. The ambiance is always upbeat and friendly. I would have rated this a "10" stars but Yelp only lets me choose "5". Keep up the awesome work!! read more

Review for Free 7-eleven slushee!! Awesome to have free slushee's on 7/11 Mon. The line was about 20 people long and the parking was a bit of a mess since it was a tiny parking spot. however, the employees were awesome and kept the line moving. They yelled out to the new people to make sure they know what flavors they want before getting to the front. There was a person dispensing slushees and there was another person handing them out. Good team work! Thanks for the great experience and yummy Blueberry Slushee's! read more

Due to the corona virus a staff member has to serve your drink for you but he was only wearing gloves NO FACE MASK and I didn't see him wash his hands either. That is so disgusting and unsanitary they would be better off letting the customers handle their own drinks. So if I contract the virus from him not having a face mask on as he handles my drink will 7 eleven accept liability for this?? Careless, unprofessional, and rude customer service. read more

Literally came in here to get cash back without having to use the atm and acquire that fee since I am from Vegas and what a an attitude did the cashier have. (Tall dark skinned chubby dude) have like cmon it's 11 at night and you have a job to do. When I brought my chips to the counter he stands there waiting to finish his text. Like really? Im pretty sure that text won't pay you money. Now I proceed to get my chips and money back. The machine says other for cash back but your limit is $10? Like really? Why say other? Not even offering like do one transaction then do another. Then after being rude to me he talks Spanish to the guys behind me much nicer. Like really just because I don't want to be a racist ass and speak to you in Spanish directly instead of English doesn't mean you need to be rude. Ill understand you in both English and Spanish so watch out who you are rude to. read more

Before I jump on the 5 fwy, I need my coffee.... This review is targeting the Coffee bar condiments; standard spinning creamer holder, with the usual hazelnut, Irish cream, vanilla, half & half, and so on. When reviewing a chain store like this, the key is presentation and extras that make them different than one another. This 7-elevn generally has all the creamers stocked and enough sugar for everyone during the morning rush. I am giving out a 3 star for the weak presentation and no extras like cinnamon, marshmallows, iced half & half, among other things. read more

Very rude customer service. I wanted to use my Marlboro mobile coupon and he said they are not accepting coupons in a very disrespectful way. I use my mobile coupons in all 7-eleven stores and never had a problem. I guess they just ignore people. I won't shop at this store anymore. read more

Oh my baby Jesus. I just left here in sheer horror. I'll start by saying that I am a very hard-working individual I have built my own business I work 60 to 70 hours a week. I have a friend staying with me Who is going through a horrible time in his life right now and I ran over for him to get a few things for him to eat and what not. I got to the counter and the clerk started review my purchases with a really sour look on her face. She asked me "is that your car?" I responded "yes" in reference to my Mercedes. She looked at my phone and said "nice phone". I was little confused I said "thank you". Then she started yelling at me and said "it must be really rough day have a nice new Mercedes and a nice phone and dressed nice and still get EBT." I just stood there like holy crap did this just happen? I told her very firmly that before she assume such false craziness that you check the name of the EBT and compare it with my ID and she would know that it's my friends card and I was doing an errand for him. She'll probably soon realize what it's like to have to use EBT and file for unemployment. Her schedule blocked belong to somebody who deserves it and will work for it and appreciate it. What an awful evil bitch. read more

This was the single worst location I've ever been to. The workers have always been rude to me and I have been so unlucky when I bother showing up here. This location isn't open all the time, even during the day some of the workers will decide to lock the front doors randomly. Most of the machines are out of order and if you tell the worker they will kick you out of the store while they take forever just to fix the stupid machine. The workers are just plain rude, one of the workers kept staring at me and telling me to hurry up when it was only 8PM. Now I know why this place is never packed with customers. This is a terrible location with miserable workers. read more

Such a weird experience lol…read more So my dad walks in and says "I want to do cash back" after grabbing a $1 item off their "sale rack"- just grabbing something to buy so he can do cash back (rather than paying an ATM fee). The workers say yes (to doing cash back) but you have to spend $2. I go to get a drink (to put it over the $2 amount) My dad paid with Apple Pay and said "there wasn't an option for cash back?" And the worker said "you have to insert your card for cash back" and a little surprised, my dad said "why didn't you tell me that before the purchase?" And the worker said "you didn't ask" Yet my dad was like "well the first words I said when I walked in here are "I need cash back" So then we ask to cancel / void the transaction and do a refund so he can insert the card and get cash back -- the only reason we came here. The worker said we can't do a refund on Apple Pay- you have to have used your card. Weird experience overall and then the worker starts arguing and pretty much yelling at us saying it's our fault and we didn't ask??? Def wont be returning to that weirdness lol But

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front counter for the general store…read more Went in this evening around 7:30pm. Was purchasing several large cereal boxes and an electric razor. The cashier, Eddie, was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH. He charged me for 2 bags, which was fine because I was using EBT for the purchase, so it would come off and it did, and then he charged for 2 more bags because the other 2 bags came off for the EBT. That means he manually charged me for a total of 4 bags. When I brought this to his attention, he said that since I was also purchasing an electric razor which is not a food item, he was completely justified in charging for the bag charges, even though I was purchasing 2 large boxes of cereal. I told him to cancel my whole order, as I was completely frustrated with him at this point, and he did not even inform me he was charging me for additional bags. To make matters worse, the assistant manager-Jeff was standing there and did not intervene in what was clearly a very bad customer service experience. I was so frustrated, I called the store back when I got home, and Jeff was very apathetic to me. I told him that I was extremely upset about what had just happened and also that he did not intervene, as Jeff has seen me there a few times and knows me as a regular customer there. Jeff did not want to take any proactive actions as part of the managerial staff there, and instead told me to call back in 2 days and speak with the store manager, David. This is actually the 2nd time I have had a horrible customer experience with Eddie. 2 months ago I purchased some food items and a battery for my smoke detector. Eddie charged me twice for the one single smoke detector I was purchasing. It was an ordeal to have him fix his error, as he insisted he had made no mistake at all. Then when he finally took off the extra charge, he was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH, and made no apology for his mistakes and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.

The food was delicious and the two women serving the food were very nice. It was very nice not to have to go through all the trouble of making dinner. I told him that due to some scheduling conflicts, I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment at around 6 pm, but the pharmacist told me that I can come in at any time today to get the vaccine. I thanked him for the reassurance and I went here to get Meningitis ACWY and B versions. I wanted to take these two vaccines again because of the recent Meningitis B outbreak in England, and I didn't want to get Meningitis from someone who was recently in the UK. I don't want to sound rude or insensitive in any way, but I would rather be vaccinated than getting Meningitis. The pharmacist Jason was really gentle with me and he was really good at talking to me and calming me down. He didn't take too long to prepare the vaccines. I also told him about my COVID vaccine nightmare that happened to me over the weekend. I was bedridden and nauseous AF. I threw up several times at home. Jason asked me if the illness went away the next day and I told him that I fully recovered. He was really glad. I also told Jason that I read that people with a history of headache disorders are more likely to get the rare side-effects of the COVID vaccine. He told me that's likely possible. I told him that when I was 18, I was sexually exploited and the trauma of it has caused me to develop tension headaches. He told me that he was really sorry to hear what happened to me. He pinched my shoulder and then shook it to lessen the pain from the vaccines. It was worth it. He also used a single band-aid and put it vertically.

Just wanna say thank you so much so appreciated. The pharmacy team they are the best even though they're so busy but they get our subscription refill.

The owner of this place assaulted me, and threatened to call 911 on me, and was trying to file a false police report on me because I told his extremely racist Mexican employee at the counter I didn't like his harassing me. He was trying to deny me service for being white, the owner was right there assaulting me, and he was white too. Went into this store today, and as I walked up to the counter this old Hispanic lady called me a racial slur. She told me she was trying to call it to someone else but that was utter bull. She thought I didn't understand what she was saying in Spanish. The worst part? She did it in front of her kid. Came in on Friday 11-24-17 around 11pm. Even though there was no line behind me (just one employee buying a drink) and another register was open, he made it very clear that my 2 extra items were a major inconvenience. It honestly ruined what should have been a quick, simple trip. After years of great experiences at your other store, this one bad interaction left a sour taste. I'm now seriously considering trying the other grocery stores closer to me instead of continuing to drive out of my way.
