    I was a victim of fraud at this location . February 23, I was at the location to get gas and a few items . I gave the cashier Moni two forms of payment , some cash towards the transaction and the rest was to be paid on card. I was at the second register to the right when the incident happened. I attempted to use my Apple Pay and my cards were declining , this was weird because I had money in my account so then I decided to pull out my card and use a debit pin and it also declined. Moni mentioned to me that the particular system was having issues and that she needed to reset the system.. She reset the system and I use a different card and I got the food . Later on that day, I saw a dollar pending hold on my card. I contacted the manager and he told me I can come in this was February 25, by this time the full charge that was declined was actually posted to my account. Up on my arrival, the manager Muhamed was there, but quickly advised me that a refund will be sent back to my account and I had no need to worry that if indeed a refund didn't show up within 24 hours for me to come back. He also stated that other customers had the some issue but the credit refunded back to their accounts. Mind you, on this day he had upper management visiting at this location and I felt as if he was trying to brush me off, but I wanted to believe that he was being truthful so I returned back to the store two days later . Upon my return to the store to show him that the charge never left the account and there was no credit applied to my account. He provided me with the 800 number to call stating that he couldn't give me a refund that the customer service support would have to deal with it. I contacted this number that appears to be an outsourced number and have been unable to reach any form of Customer Service or anyone who would be able to actually assist with this matter . As a person that lives in the neighborhood and frequently visits this location, I wanted to make sure other customers are aware of my experience so that they don't also fall victims of fraud. I believe store manager Mohammed is well aware of the issues with the systems and uses it to take advantages of customers , he knows that dispute process with your bank takes a while, especially when you don't have a slip showing declined. This is a very terrible experience It makes me think twice about actually going to my local gas station for gas .

    This location is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, but they will frequently lock the door at random times and put a sign on the door that says "CLOSED, WILL RETURN AT -:--" As the time for them to return approaches, they change the sign to a later time. Since the beginning of 2023, this has happened on average twice or three times per week.

    Hey if you going to come to this gas station, just come and get gas. Don't bother buying anything to eat. I keep on finding expired food and mold on the food. Yes gas station looks nice and clean like nothings wrong with it but beware of the food. Oh I told the gas attendant Rakesh that there was moldy bread for the hotdogs he just sat there and kept on looking at his phone. As I paid for gas He went to look at the hot dog buns closed it and did nothing. Went to pump the gas finish and as I was going to get on the car and leave I decided to go back and look. The multi bread was still there so I took a picture and asked for his name. I will try to contact the owner if not I will call corporate because this is bull sh!t. I seen this problem a few times already. Same gas station.

    This place is great! They always have my favorite items in stock and the employees are nice. The location is convenient as well.

    worst gas station ever!!! cashier doesnt know how to work the machines , fucked up my purchase then wouldnt give me a refund

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front counter for the general store…read more Went in this evening around 7:30pm. Was purchasing several large cereal boxes and an electric razor. The cashier, Eddie, was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH. He charged me for 2 bags, which was fine because I was using EBT for the purchase, so it would come off and it did, and then he charged for 2 more bags because the other 2 bags came off for the EBT. That means he manually charged me for a total of 4 bags. When I brought this to his attention, he said that since I was also purchasing an electric razor which is not a food item, he was completely justified in charging for the bag charges, even though I was purchasing 2 large boxes of cereal. I told him to cancel my whole order, as I was completely frustrated with him at this point, and he did not even inform me he was charging me for additional bags. To make matters worse, the assistant manager-Jeff was standing there and did not intervene in what was clearly a very bad customer service experience. I was so frustrated, I called the store back when I got home, and Jeff was very apathetic to me. I told him that I was extremely upset about what had just happened and also that he did not intervene, as Jeff has seen me there a few times and knows me as a regular customer there. Jeff did not want to take any proactive actions as part of the managerial staff there, and instead told me to call back in 2 days and speak with the store manager, David. This is actually the 2nd time I have had a horrible customer experience with Eddie. 2 months ago I purchased some food items and a battery for my smoke detector. Eddie charged me twice for the one single smoke detector I was purchasing. It was an ordeal to have him fix his error, as he insisted he had made no mistake at all. Then when he finally took off the extra charge, he was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH, and made no apology for his mistakes and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.
