I drove here because I was running low on gas and I needed some quickly. It is pretty far away from other stuff in the plaza so it was not overly busy. It is on the side of the parking lot with the movie theater. I interacted with no humans by putting the card in the machine, which dispensed gas. For the average price in the area it was kind of low, so it did what I came here to do, which was refueling a vehicle. read more

One of the worst places ever for customer service and respect. The Manager and I call him that lightly, is the most sarcastic and rude individual I have ever encountered from any Manager. I am not sure how Mobil even allows a person like him to represent their brand. The Manager asks inappropriate questions of his customers (personal nature), thinks he is above the law in the current COVID environment. Says he wears his mask, and it is around his neck or in his pocket. He should stay outside around the corner of the building and keep smoking his cigarettes while Mobile hires a new Manager. Definitely do not recommend this place. If a person is loyal to Mobil go up the street to Mobile on Jeffrey & Alton and move on past this place. read more

Huh. Everyone seems to hate this place, but I suppose I never had a bad experience because: 1. I've never used the car wash. 2. I've never gone in the store. 3. I pay with a card. Point 1: I will NEVER use an automated car wash because I actually care about my car and I prefer to wash my own cars at home. Point 2: I don't buy things at gas stations because gas stations are often in shopping plazas and whatever I would buy in a gas station, I could probably buy for less anywhere else nearby. (Exception made if I'm on a road trip and find myself in the middle of nowhere.) Point 3: Because I pay with a card (I don't use speed pass or anything of that nature in general), I don't have problems with their machines and again, I never have a reason to go inside. It's really easy to get in and out of the pumps here. There aren't that many but the driveways are wide and kept clean and clear. If you need to buy snacks or car fluids, go to Albertsons in the same plaza. Chances are you'll spend less and the product will have sat on the shelf for a shorter period of time. read more

The gas station reopened recently after a major remodel. Its nice and new and the convenience store interior is much improved. But the gas prices are still overpriced due to the Irvine location, and all the items inside the store are also way overpriced. Why anyone would pay these prices is stupid. Theres an Arco station down the street past Walmart with cheaper gas and thats where I go even though I live in Irvine. read more

Worst car wash ever! I paid for the car wash, it told me to drive ahead and then stop. Okay cool. Then it said to drive ahead right away and it didn't wash my car. I tried backing up to and re-trying but it said car wash finished. My car didn't get washed so how was it finished? Worse yet, we went in to tell the attendant and all he could do was offer the cheapest wash when we paid for an add-on. Okay he did the best he could, bit what the heck? I had to stand in line twice. I won't be coming back for sure, would rather have a dirty car. read more

The bathroom is a terrible mess and the car wash seems to be both broken and uncalibtlrated. The status lights (i.e., Drive Ahead, Foam Soak, etc) illuminate the wrong notification or do not work at all. The spray nozzles are mispointed so the centerline ofy car didn't get properly washed or rinsed. The gas station part worked pretty well and it was actually the quickest fill-up I've experienced. Though now that I see how little care is given to the rest of the business, I wonder if the pump is uncalibrated and underfilling my tank. read more

I stopped here today around 1:30 and filled my tank. I work at a residential with clients that I take on outings. There was 5 of us total and we all purchased something. The woman at the register was extremely rude. She asked me to leave the store several times. I told her we were all together, I cannot leave them several times. At one point she came around the register to tell me I needed to leave, that there were paying costumers. We will never stop here again, this woman was behaving so inappropriately and made us all uncomfortable. read more

RIDICULOUS! I live across the street and shop there EVERY DAY, both gas and stuff. I've spent 1000s there over the years. I walked there today with my wife (who just did chemo yesterday) to get a snack for her dwindling appetite. I forgot my stupid mask and they would NOT serve me. I put my shirt and my jacket up over my face and they still would not serve me even though the store had ZERO customers in it, the tall mustached worker had a mask on and they have protective shields up. He basically told me to go away like I was some type of criminal. Zero loyalty for long-time, daily customers! I'm now taking my business to the Shell next to Target. read more

I paid for the most expensive car wash. The machine was broken. It just sprayed water in some soap. The dryer was broken so my car was wet. I told the cashier inside and he told me that he did not believe me. He gave me a credit for another full price car wash. I am not going back or using the free credit. read more

I was trying to figure out why my Mobil Speedpass was not working and walked inside. The woman behind the cash register was very rude and did not explain why it was not working. I used to use my Speedpass here once a week as an easy way to get my gas while at work. Never again. read more

I agree with the other reviewer. I would stay way from the car wash. It's the non-touch wash where it thinly pressure sprays and air dries your car. My car was not clean nor was it dry! Unfortunately wasted time and money. read more
