This is a small hidden upscale neighborhood Chevron in Irvine. You have to enter a shopping center to find it--there is no driveway off the main road. I like getting gas here when I am done at Deerfield Park across the street after my bike ride. There are also tons of restaurants and stores like CVS, BevMo, Auto Parts in here--tons of other places. Prices are same as elsewhere in Irvine. Not much of convenience store--don't come here for that--BUT a great 7-Eleven is across the parking lot. read more

I am a regular customer at the Chevron here on Culver Blvd and Irvine Center Drive. This is always one of the best locations that has the least amount of traffic. It's always extremely clean inside and out by the pumps, the trash, and the bathrooms. I have a neighbor, Khem, (pronounced like "kem") and he works at the station here. He and the other gentlemen are always extremely friendly and nice. I always enjoy briefly hanging out and chatting with Khem and the guys. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! Recently, Chevron has started a "points" club and you can save on the first 3 fill ups a dollar off each gallon!! I highly recommend it!! I used to get gas from here (since 9/11 with my mom) but since 2008 it's been a ripoff, and the workers suck. Late night the workers are drunk asleep, the only way to get the worker's attention is to set off the fire alarm. It's worth the firefighters showing up, but you can't get gas. Screw it, there's way better places around. read more

I've never dealt with the employees here so just getting that out there. I like this station because it's huge and rarely ever busy. The plaza itself is a fkn nightmare but the gas station is right off the street so just pull into the drive way, fill up, and GTFO. It's a GD gas station. After I was finished filling up, I got in my car to reset my mileage gauges and reorient myself to get ready to start driving. Not 5 seconds after I close the door, the attendant knocked on my window to tell me to leave so he could take out the trash. Really? Can you give me a second?? Did you really think I was going to camp out at your station and not let you take out the trash? Chill out man. He proceeded to glare at me until I left 10 seconds later. The guys in there know me and always have my specific pack of cigarettes waiting for me when I walk in. Same with my husbands. Lol. He started coming here before I did, but the first time that I came here, I pulled up and walked inside and the girl was like, "You're Jared's wife, right? I recognize the car. How's the baby?!" Lol. This gas station is located in Culver Plaza across from the CVS. It seems to be easily accessible. I put the credit card in the machine and pumped gas and got the appropriate amount. It seemed to run very quickly. The display for the bill and volume of fuel received was very high-contrast so I could see it easily. read more

this place stole my winning lottery tickets and won't pay me out. i used the app which showed I won $28 and $13 but when I gave to them they wouldn't pay the $13 and only the $28. I stood there showing them proof of the picture I took before giving them and still they refused. cheaters and clearly they kept the ticket and will take the winning money later. read more

Yes typical Chevron, but what I love is that you dont have to ask for it to get air pump turned on. It sounds stupid but I hate paying a buck to have to put air into my tires. Cheapo maybe, but law says you should get it free. read more

My reviews of any business are always based on customer service skills and people skills. My whole work career was and is still providing the best possible customer service with a great attitude. I pride myself on it. When I first started coming here I felt like a person who matteted when I walked in the door. Now, I feel like a bother. I am not sure what changed, but all your friendliness has been replaced with attitudes. Bad attitudes. Most of the seasoned employees don't even say hello anymore when you walk in. One in particular that can't even fake it anymore is Shay. Ues, I called her out because the rudeness and just out right mean has become the worst. Last time I was there I was so bothered by her that I asked if she had been having a bad day? Shrugging her shoulders, never making eye contact, no not all. Her facial expressions, body language, and her lack of communication was inexcusable. Employees represent the business they work for. She is a negative representation. I gave this place 3 stars because the owners/managers are awesome. read more

I normally fill up my gas tank at this location on the way home from work if I'm running low on fuel. The prices are not the cheapest, but it's conveniently located along my normal route. The pumps have always worked fine for me without any issues. It's never overly crowded whenever I'm there where I had to wait in line for an open pump. read more

I'm a biker and most of us bikers like to use good gas. Chevron has always been in my top 5 for two reasons; quality fuels and, at some of their stations, separate nozzles for each grade fuel. When I pump premium, I'm getting premium. Well, this station is a mess! The pump I used started dispensing fuel as soon as I selected the grade! I didn't even have to squeez the nozzle! When I finally got the attendant's attention to shut down the pump, I had to argue with him to get him to clean up the spilled fuel and to get a 50 cent refund on the spilled fuel billed to me. I moved to another pump and that one didn't work at all! The third pump was the charm. I believe that this station's so-called new nozzles are not installed or set up properly. I called the Fire Department and reported the fuel spill. Stay away from here. This place is dangerous. read more

Late night is the worst time to go here because when the worker isn't around he will simply ignore you and sleep. The restrooms are filthy as expected with such poor service. I usually avoid this location. It's a gas station, just bring your credit card and you don't have to worry about the worker. read more

No matter what time you come, morning or evening, chances are the attendant is sleeping. You must wake him up. I don't think they have any "employees" but it's all a family. Generally they always seem to be in a bad mood. Maybe because you just woke them up. Actually I'd be pissed off also if I was trying to sleep at work and got woken up. I was in here Friday morning and the lady working was so nice! She helped so much and my experience went super smoothly :) Ive been coming here ever since I could drive because I love the amazing customer service and I love techron technology. The gas was, obviously, overpriced as always, but what do you do in this economy. I payed in loose dollar bills and a lot of spare quarters and there were no issues whatsoever. Loved it! Hopefully gas prices go down, HAHAHAHAH (realizes that will never happen). read more

I did go back to this pump station two days ago (persuaded by my ride), for the first time after my review, and found the pump nozzle stoppers have been replaced/installed. There is no revised comment about their customer service. As I still vividly remember the service attendant yelling at me regarding the spill: "you did it to yourself!". read more

We used to fill up at this station every week for 10 years and it was always well stocked with a variety of chips, snacks & drinks. Must be under new ownership... No more drinks or snacks for sale! What kind of a gas station doesn't sell water or soda?? It used to be so convenient to fill up your tank then grab a bottled water. Not any more!
