This rating is based on the Air/Water machine and the employee's courteous on 12/6/2021. The temperature dropped 10 degree overnight and my car detected the tire pressure is too low. Go to a gas station and get it filled, right? Until you do it, you don't realize only a few gas station has working air pump. I tried 5 gas station and finally got the tire inflated: UCI (campus/California): pressure too low. University/Michelson: mechanical gauge inaccurate. Shell (by Woodbridge 5 theater): pressure too low. Chevron (Jeffrey and Alton, by Mcadonalds): leaky hose. This ended up dropped my tire pressure further. Finally got my tire filled up at this gas station next to Gelson's. They also have this digital pump that you enter the pressure you like, it will alert you when the pressure is reached. The best part is, the employee turned on the pump for me free of charge. Wonderful service. read more

First, this is a MOBIL station NOT A 76 station. This station is located near the corner of Alton and Jeffrey in the same strip mall as Gelson Market and El Pollo Loco. It's less than 5 minutes from the 405 freeway (take University/Jeffrey) Very clean gas station and Circle K. Inside is spotless. Gas prices are lowest in the area (Gas Buddy indicates this as well). The next lowest is the Mobil station on Walnut & Culver in Irvine. I visit both and give both 5 Stars because they are theeee lowest and are near the freeway. HIGHLY Recommend these 2 stations outside of Costco Gas. read more

I stopped by this place to fuel up on the last leg of my drive home. I pulled up this this large gas station, and went inside for a quick pit stop. Fortunately, their restroom was open, and there was no one in there. I found the restroom to be clean, as well as the rest of the store. The store itself is well stocked with tons of snacks and drinks. I had everything I needed at the time, so I just proceeded to pay for gas. The cashier asked to see my ID, which I actually appreciate, as very few people ask me nowadays. After paying, I went back to my car, fueled up, and headed back to the 5 freeway. Although the gas prices are quite low, the service inside the store is terrible. Also, half of the gas pumps truly don't work completely. They either don't spit out the receipt when requested, or they shut off right in the middle of trying to pump a full tank. Really inconvenient. When I went into the store to buy some water and sodas, the two guys in there were so very rude and not helpful that I walked right out. Horrible experience today with car wash. Computer was listing car wash levels backwards but figured it would be the correct way when we went through. It was not the full car wash it advertised. Went inside to clerk who told me to go outside to talk to other employee. went outside to other employee who was extremely rude and combative telling me I was incorrect. I explained I just wanted the difference back for the car wash I paid for versus what I got. He said go back through. I told him no I just wanted my refund and to stop yelling at me. It's a convenience store/gas station in Oak Creek Plaza. There weren't a lot of people here so I put some gas in the gas tank. It accepted the credit card and dispensed gas properly. It was pretty easy to access. It was across from the Walgreens. The brand of gas is Mobil. I think I don't have rewards for that. read more

This place just isn't what it used to be!! Last couple times I've stopped by the inside hasn't been open because the person is "on break". I've never heard of a gas station convenience store closing because someone has to take their break. More upsetting was the last time I was in here the person didn't have the change in the drawer to give me the correct amount back and was going to shortchange me without even so much as saying hey sorry I don't have that in my drawer right now would you mind waiting a moment. I recently came here for some gas. While I was pumping, I walked towards the Circle K to purchase a chilled beverage. The door was locked and had a sign indicating the employee was on a break. Obviously this is an amateur gas station that doesn't have the foresight to schedule more than one employee at a time. I returned to my car and stopped the gas pump, lest I give this pathetic establishment a full tank of business. Now that gas is over $4 a gallon, Circle K is my saving grace. I used to buy gas at Arco because I thought I was really saving myself some money (as long as I paid with cash), but I starting noticing that I got better mileage whenever I filled up at Circle K. The first time I found I got about 35 MPG, but it turns out I was duped by BF, who snuck in a few gallons when he took my car out to wash it. I guess he thought he'd surprise me, but I really wouldn't have noticed the extra few gallons had I not been tracking my mileage as of late. Anyway, on the last tank I got 31 MPG, and I never got even close to 30 with the Arco gas, so I'm convinced that Circle K is indeed the superior product. This gas station is nice and big, and I've never had to wait in line to fill up. For me, it's also very conveniently located, but it would probably be worth a short drive to come here, even if I didn't live up the street. read more

This is my to to gas station. Shelves are always stocked, it's clean, and the attendants are friendly and are always very helpful. I think I get better mileage whenever I gas up here as well. Cheapest gas prices in Irvine, and no surcharge when you use credit. All in all, my favorite gas station in Irvine. read more

What can you say about a Gas Station that has not already been said? I remember when Circle K's were everywhere in San Diego County, it is good to see one that is still out there and operating. I stopped by this one this morning to fuel up my work car, gas prices are on the rise and the work car takes 91 octane and that set work back $4.09 a gallon. In Circle K's defense I have seen current gas prices way higher than that for 91 octane. Circle K does not charge a service charge at the pump of $0.45. This Circle K had a very clean walk-in Food-Mart attached with a manned register. This Circle K has the lottery and is in the shadows of multi million dollar homes. The ATM/Debit card reader at the pump actually works which made this location 5-Stars. This Circle K is also located in a HUGE shopping center so if you need to get a bunch done you could gas up, save gas and walk to do the rest of your errands and heck get a tad bit of a work-out as well, that is a win win in my book. read more

Very bad service for the mornings. I was stopping here every morning and the lady that looks similar to the one in Adams family show, was charging extra 59¢ or more every morning for my past six months of coming here. When she overcharged me for a breakfast burrito that I never Bought and I asked her for my refund, she input $1.00 on my receipt but it costs $1.59. Will not come anymore. Also another occasion, there was a promotion for "buy one polar pop or slushee and get Oreos for $1" and then when I went to the register, I was surprised when she charged me regular price for both items and then she said I need to "buy the slushee AND the polar pop" to get the promo price. She never gives receipts unless you ask and when she's giving you cash back, she just throws it on the counter with the coins going everywhere with her unhappy face. If you ever thought ghosts didn't exist, there's one walking around in there giving bad and unacceptable service. Always check your receipts guys. read more

One night I walked in here totally loaded and bought all kinds of strange sandwiches and warm-up food. Bad idea - let's not even go there. That being said, they are great for quick-gas, free air, cheap icees, and fast lottery tickets. Sometimes some of the employees sit back when there is a line, but not Vasant. Vasant is the best guy here. The most cheerful guy I've met in a long time, and always willing to help. Someone oughtta talk to Ramesh though... (Why do I remember these dudes' names?!) See whenever you buy $5 worth of Fantasy 5 tickets, you get a "Second Chance" ticket that prints with it. You punch the numbers on the bottom of the ticket into their website, and you could win an additional $10k that they break off to 3 people a week in CA, and $1k to 10 people... Well, let's just say I had to ask Ramesh to hand me the "Second Chance" ticket. I'm not going to say he was planning on keeping it, because I can't read minds... but he placed it behind the machine and was content with handing me just my Fantasy 5 ticket. Overall a pleasant experience. Nice that there was no surcharge for using plastic here. In San Diego, many 76 stations started adding a .04 per gallon surcharge for using plastic. I didn't see or notice that here as I filled up my tank today. Conveniently close to a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the same plaza. Overall a 5* experience. Very clean on the outside. This is an avoidable, perpetually crowded gas station with pumps that often do not issue receipts for purchases. If you require a receipt, you need to go into the store, stand in a 5 minute line at the cash register to retrieve your receipt from a rude, indifferent, dull eyed cashier. read more

All employees here are slow, got attitude and so dumb they ask for ID to buy cigarettes every damn time, even when I've been here every few days for the last 8 months. Even during the pandemic, they still ask for ID and even want to hold it with their bare hands, they try to look at it, scan it, like a bunch of robots. I have lived in Irvine for close to 20 years and have been going to this Circle K since it opened. Since Jonathan became Store Manager this place has been better than it ever was and is better than any other Circle K in South Orange County. I know he is on leave taking care of some personal business and I really want to say how much we all miss him. Jonathan should be heading up managing all the stores in the South Orange County Area to make them all run as efficiently as his does. We miss you Jonathan and look forward to your return. read more

Last time I went to get gas, the clerk did not know how to charge the Circle K Easy Pay card. So I went somewhere else. I played Scratch & Match Sweepstakes and won a polar pop. During the same trip, the clerk did not know how to scan the reward bar code and just said go ahead and take it in a condescending way. Tonight, I went there for gas and a free sea salt roasted peanut that I won from the sweepstakes. Well, this clerk said the Circle K peanut is 2.5 oz but the sweepstakes said 2 oz. So he refused to scan the bar code. I even told him if it did not go through, I will pay for it. He said it would probably go through but it's a different item. I said why don't you get me the 2 oz bag. He then said we don't have it. Give me a break! It's one of the items shown on the picture for redemption. Well, it's too late to go to another Circle K because the time has expired. So I left without getting gas either. There were few other instances in the past but it's getting worse. I am so done with this Circle K. People at 3765 Alton Pkwy are much nicer and know what they are doing. read more

Every time I walk into the store they're always so nice to me and I wanted to give a shout out to George and Nabi. Super king and help full. Nice to see that even in a super low paying job there are greatfull and always have great things to say! Also best price on gas in Irvine! I saw a super entitled spoiled person driving $140,000 Mercedes S550 walk in and treat them so rudely and they handled the situation in a very kind way and actually turned that customer around and the customer actually apologized for being rude. I myself am also in the customer service business as a service writer for San Juan Capistrano Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and it's just like anything there are good people and bad people white, black, mal,female, doctor,lawyer most important thing never have a preconceived notion never judge and never label. I would give 0 stars but I can't. I can here to get gas and used my card. Gas went on for about $6 then it wouldn't continue pumping gas. Thinking it was he just particular pump, I moved be next pump. It wouldn't pump either. Then I went inside already frustrated to pay with cash but then the line was so long and no sense of urgency from the cashier. I paid cash went to my pump and it was working again. I go inside, get my refund, and move to another pump and pay with debit this time. Same problem! Only now I get a call from my bank saying I have $76 fraud on my card at this gas station. I will never be coming back here again and recommend nobody else bother with this terrible service. read more

The station is open 24-7 which is super convenient. The staff is generally freindly and quick. However, the gas pumps unusually slow...seriously. Like sllllllooooooow. The prices are generally decent, but only come here if you have an extra 15 minutes to fill your tank. read more
