This isn't just where I get gas it's where entire chapters of my life have pulled up to pump 3. Different cars, same routine. The employees have watched my taste in vehicles evolve (and occasionally regress) and never once judged me. I've talked to every employee here. Not small talk real conversations. Life updates. "How's everything?" energy. This is the kind of place where, if I didn't show up for a few days, someone would absolutely notice and quietly wonder if I was okay or just cheating on them with another gas station. I like getting gas here when I am done at Deerfield Park across the street after my bike ride. There are also tons of restaurants and stores like CVS, BevMo, Auto Parts in here--tons of other places. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! They have ample polls to lock up your bike outside and you better do so! There were some suspicious people hanging outside smoking who I later saw pushing shopping carts from Ralphs on the trail. Go to a gas station and get it filled, right? Until you do it, you don't realize only a few gas station has working air pump. I tried 5 gas station and finally got the tire inflated: UCI (campus/California): pressure too low. University/Michelson: mechanical gauge inaccurate. Shell (by Woodbridge 5 theater): pressure too low. Chevron (Jeffrey and Alton, by Mcadonalds): leaky hose. This ended up dropped my tire pressure further. Finally got my tire filled up at this gas station next to Gelson's. They also have this digital pump that you enter the pressure you like, it will alert you when the pressure is reached. The best part is, the employee turned on the pump for me free of charge. Wonderful service.
