I rarely come in here, but this time I noticed how spacious and clean it was. They also have a huge fountain drink section, which I appreciated. This is a clean and well maintained Chevron station. The pumps work with no problems. They also offer free air and water for you vehicle which is a unicorn nowadays. The people here are always nice and the Extra Mile mart has a lot of options. read more

Cashier was rude and should not have gotten cash back when buying cigarettes!!! I could only get cash back when I'm getting a car wash!!! I was going to get one anyways. But after her comment I took my business to an other car wash!!!! Also she had her dog behind the counter with her!!!!! Close to my work, I pass by here twice a day. If you do not know what Extra Mile is, think on the lines of 7-11. EM is the Chevron version, with the gasoline! This is a large location, lots of square feet. They have a pretty good selection of drinks. The coffee is acceptable considering I am a bit of a coffee snob, that is a compliment! The store is always clean and neat. The employees seem glad to see and want to please the customer. Why only 3 stars you may ask? Well, it is a glorified 7-11, not a fine dining establishment or grocery store. It's hard to compare this Chevron with all the other one's in Irvine, because they're all the same. Clean, well stocked with all kinds of snacks, beer and assorted drinks, decent size, looks like new .. well, this one actually is kind of new (it opened less than a year ago) and has lots of pumps! This Chevron have 3 large sections full of beer and they never seem to run out of any. They also sell wine coolers, Smirnoff Ice (which I don't consider to be a wine cooler!), Jack Daniel's Homedown Punch (definitely not a wine cooler) and bottles of wine. They sell pints of Dreyer's ice cream, but the both times I've purchased them, they were a little on the melted side, almost like their freezer wasn't working right. The employees are really nice, but some of them, tend to want to chat it up a little longer than I like. Sometimes, you have to cut them off mid conversation ... I hate doing it, but i'm usually in a hurry. Other than that, this place is top notch! Now ... compare this Chevron to the one's in Santa Ana and ... this one is like gasoline station heaven! read more

I usually come to this chevron to fill up. The prices are pretty comparable to other chevron's and it's close by to my house. The pumps are all brand new and they fill up pretty quick. The store is pretty good too. It's pretty big compared to other gas stations and has plenty of snacks, beer, and drinks. We've stopped here many times to pick up beer and they have a pretty decent selection for a gas station. You can find stuff other than bud, coors, and miller's here. Another thing I like about this gas station is the free air. I used to have to fill my tires up with air every few weeks and having to pay a quarter every time kinda sucks. Air should be free right? Very high gas prices PLUS if you're paying at the pump don't expect getting your receipt! They NEVER have paper, you will always have to go inside! After telling people inside several times I just pulled in hoping for "miracle". I guess I just proved to my self miracles don't exist just like paper in printers at the pumps! read more

This chevron tends to be a little more expensive than the others around town... I would recommend checking out the one on bake and irvine blvd or the one in orchard hills off of portola pkwy and culver they tend to be anywhere between 5-10 cents cheaper per gallon. Clean location and very convenient though when in a hurry. read more

This is a very nice gas station. However, some of the staff members aren't very friendly. There is one guy who just happens to be there every time I go, and he just never seems to understand what is going on. He's not very friendly, and every time I use the debit card pin pad he's always rushing me and saying out loud what it says on the screen, sometimes he'll even press the buttons for me, to hurry me up. One time I went in there to redeem my scratcher cards, I had won 3 dollars and a free card. And he didn't understand that I also won a free card after I tried to explain it to him numerous times, after a while I just gave up and left with my three dollars.
