I often fill up my gas tank there, but yesterday when I needed to use the restroom, the female cashier refused to let me. I was very disappointed and I never want to go to this gas station again. read more

Today was a horrible experience for me thanks to the employee named Juan who refused to help me after the carwash left blue dye all over my white car. He accused me of lying about their broken vacuum machine taking my money without turning on aswell. He told me to come back tomorrow because he can't help and doesn't care. read more

This place is a dump and it's littered with homeless people everywhere. Meow personally I don't give a crap about them and it's well known that area is where they stay and it's Santa Ana so I'm not surprised and i have met a few of the younger kids there and they are mostly just strung out and hanging out . Nothing to worry about but I get why the owners don't like it . They gather in huge groups around the property at night which obviously makes the lady that works there on that shift nervous as she will set off the loudest alarm to try and scare them away. It blares over a loud system and sounds like a high speed cop chase! When you stay in the nearby hotels on Hotel Terrace Rd. you have to listen to it all night long and it's ridiculous. Obviously since it's Santa Ana the cops aren't gonna do anything about the homeless people but come on the stupid alarm isn't working! Have some respect for the people who are overpaying for a shitty hotel that advertises themselves as four stars but is more like two, If that. We are already getting screwed- at least let us get some rest . read more

What's special about this gas station? The fact that they use tokens when you use the restroom, if your lucky you might have a flashback and find yourself back in your teenage years when we used to play arcade games with tokens. Unfortunately, other than that, this is just another gas station with hot food choices and most normal things you would expect to see at a gas a station. This Shell is stocked like a mini travel center, giving it a different look and feel from the quid-pro-quo gas station we all see on ever other block. Besides the tokened bathroom... they have a complete car wash equipped with vacuums cleaners. Always convenient to knock out two birds with one stone. My "real" recommendation is to prepare and get electric vehicles because gas prices will be going up even more in the next year or two. So be ready because it's coming. Embrace the future and become a lean, green, eco friendly machine. Have a great day everyone! read more

This review is for the gas station only. There's also a Subway here. The pumps are fast, and they list out an explanation of the taxes. There is a lot of driving room between the pumps, which is nice. Too many gas stations have them pushed together. read more

Subway very nice people, I got my sandwich and opted out of the drink and chips combo I figured I would buy my chips on the other side of the actual gas station store, I bought hot Cheetos for $1.69 they charged me 50 cents for a convenience fee without even mentioning it.... I would have just paid cash./ Really bad customer service for not telling you at a read more

This gas station has it all from subway inside and a full mini mart inside and a car wash. And a lot pumps for gas. It's next to the 55S freeway and Wienerschnitzel and jack in the box. And a auto repair shop. Convenient location. You can get a lot in one stop here. read more

Worst person working here!!!! Unbelievable. I was called names and yelled at by the clerk. I think he has issues with women! He is the rudest person I've ever came in contact with. It's actually really sad how unhappy he is. I would say go somewhere else don't stop here take your money where they value you as a paying customer. read more

Sadly the car wash doesn't work at all. They need to get it fixed and upgraded, but I would recommend going to the Mobil gas station for a car wash on 3470 Fairview Rd, Costa Mesa. read more

Yeah, I'm rating a gas station...I come here to fill up and get car washes. I have gotten stuck in this car wash twice...I don't know if it's just me not following directions properly honestly, but it has scratched the paint of my new car which sucks. So beware. The mini mart inside is well stocked and there's also a subway. For a gas station Subway...it's not that bad, although Subway is low tier fast food. This lot is great with several food options, a market, car wash, car maintenance, and marijuana dispensary. You can get a lot done at once....as long as you don't get stuck in the car wash. Hehe. The employees here are very friendly and keep me coming back! I appreciate the nice man who helped me in the car wash, thank you kind sir!! read more

Always busy! Their car wash services are not efficient. You have to go inside to pay for the car wash, because you can't automatically add a car wash when you pump gas, not convenient! read more

This car wash can barely be called a car wash because my car was still dirty after buying the PREMIUM car wash. There are spots all over my hood and roof and There's still dirt marks on my windows. This is the poorest job at a car wash that I have ever received. I highly recommend NOT using this car wash if you want your car to actually get washed and come out clean. Very disappointed in the result, especially because I bought the car wash that was supposedly the most expensive and highest quality. 0/10 for result. There is literally still a bird poop spot on my hood AFTER the wash. read more

Notorious car wash. Don't be surprised if you come out with scratches. I've seen it happen with other's vehicles. And mine. Luckily mine already has many so doesn't matter much. Be aware. read more

I tried to enter my ralphs reward alt ID but all of the screens never work, they need to fix them, it's been like that for almost 6 months.

I was looking for a self service 24hr car wash around Irvine tonight & happened to spot this place on my way home. They have a nice spacious self service vacuum area & one of those 2 min automatic car washes (ones where ur stationary & the brushes move around ur car, instead of ur car moving down a longer track). Now this where my issue is...There's 3 options outlined in a sign in plain view ($6 basic, $8 w/rain-x & stuff, $9 the works). So I pick the $6 wash which includes: "wash & scrub, rinse, wax, Polish".... Sounds like a simple wash right? No bc during the wash I notice that I don't see any soap suds. I go inside & inquire after the wash & I'm told that yes that option doesn't come with soap. Now I'm confused bc 1)I've never heard of a car wash option that doesn't include soap, unless it actually says "just a rinse" & 2)in my opinion the description is written in a way that sounds like it uses soap. Altho the young guy in the store area was nice he says "oh a lot of people complain about that"..... Really? And ur boss continues to keep it like this? Clearly in hopes that after spending $6 on a no soap wash, the customer will spend $8 or $9 more to go again & get the other option that includes soap. Which is terrible service. All I'm saying is... 1) If u go here BE AWARR & 2) the owner is a scammer & should change the description to include "no soap included". read more

their car wash did not clean anything it's still has stains so hard everything on it I still have soap on it when I came out of it and the dryer was freaking breaking my paint. I swear to dry the car right after with the towels from the gas station read more

This location blows so apparently their is only one guy that can do the purchases of gift cards I buy these for people as gifts like evry 2 weeks from here r Arco. Anyway I got a $25 gift card after 10 mins. The rep. Goes idk how to do these and calls another guy on cell with myself and a line tht had formed at this point. I returned in the am and one guy was able to do the gift card correctly or he asked if I just wanted my $25 bucks cash back. Seriously how hard is it to do your job it's an item u sell right so pretty safe to assume that people are going to come in to buy them some time. He us it just one guy that can also only ring up beef jerky also for customers wtf? Lol &smh read more
