It's fast, clean, everything works well, the staff is always friendly, and the line moves quickly. Today, I had an unexpected situation. For some reason, my car locked itself with my keys and phone inside while I was drying the outside. Melissa was incredibly kind and let me use her own phone to call a locksmith. She even made sure everything was confirmed and later helped me cancel when, fortunately, Eddie, another employee, came to the rescue. Eddie had the right tool and was able to open my car without causing any damage, so I could get my keys and be on my way. The whole situation was resolved in less than 20 minutes! Thank you, Melissa and Eddie, for going the extra mile and helping me when you absolutely didn't have to. Wow! Been a while since my last update, especially since I've had the monthly membership for years and visit 4-5 times a month. Sadly, it hasn't been without its quirks. My main problem recently has been that when my credit card expired, I updated it online, but it didn't take. But when I pulled up to get my car wash, it said the card on file didn't work! So I gave them a different card, and everything worked fine. Until next month, it asked me AGAIN for another card! Then, the machine wouldn't take it, so the attendant had to help me. Eventually it went through, but what a pain, as I'm holding up all the cars behind me. I've also had time to check out their other locations when I'm nearby. I wish this one would switch the towels to help dry the car, and the blowers just don't do the job. Sometimes I just want a quick wash and don't have time to stop at the vacuums. I do appreciate how they replace the signage and lights in the car wash when they get faded or the decals peel off. And when I think about it, there's been maybe once when a vacuum didn't work, so they get credit for taking care of their equipment. The car wash itself is still worth the monthly membership if you drive on Tustin Ave a lot, especially if they aren't busy and you just need to get some surface dust off your car. You will have to dry your windows, or probably rewash them at home if you don't dry them right away, but that's minor, and honestly, something that's kind of common with all car washes. read more

Let me start off with no complaints of lines or washes. I go once a week and yes at times worse traffic than other times but hey That's California! Am I right? ! I had a billing issue, a gentleman by the name of Eddie helped me to the office and back to my car. He guided me to a young lady, Genesis that would help me. Genesis solved that issue with promptness and a kindness in explaining to me what went wrong and I was very pleased with her solutions in moving forward with no further issues. I finally decided to pay for a membership for my car wash bc I usually get at least 2 car washes a month. The membership is so worth it. Easy in and out and if I want to just vacuum my car, I can stop by or just have a quick wash and I can come in and out. They also have different locations that I can visit with the membership. If you wash your twice a month, it's always paying for itself. read more

I've been to other spots where $8 gets you the same plus interior wipes and a bit more care. Not the case here. If you want anything more detailed or 'fancy,' be ready to pay $18 and higher One thing I did like: for anyone who gets nervous at car washes about lining up their tires with the track, this one uses flat belts. Worst company I have ever dealt with! Signed up for monthly car wash, paid for 2 months then cancelled ( I have email confirmation of this) and now every month(last 9 months) I have to contact my credit card & dispute these charges! I've called them. The credit card company reverses my charge and files dispute with car wash. What a waste of my time & my credit card companies time. And how many people miss seeing this charge on their statement? Sound like a very crooked business practice. Will never go there again read more

This car wash offers a great value. As a Lyft driver, I can conveniently keep my car tidy for $10 a month. The wash basic wash is adequate and the vacuums are strong. I appreciate their conveyer because it doesn't have rails like others that can cause damage to wheels with low-profile tires. And most importantly, the manager, Jeremy is absolutely the man! It's easy I'm so happy there is an attendant to help you and pay and you just drive in foot off brake put into neutral and enjoy the car wash. I'm usually really scared of these but not at Rapid Express Car Wash! It's not rough like other places that literally knocked my brake light off my car. I highly recommend you come on down to Rapid Express Car Wash it even cleans your rims nice and shiny. I wish I could've read the reviews before coming here. It would've saved my car! I came here impulsively. The wash was so intense, it ripped off a plastic piece from my roof and I had to have someone snap it back in place for me. I thought there was left over soap residue so I tried wiping it off but it wasn't!! It was white speckles because the paint chipped off and there were scratches all over my car!! This came after a week of me spending $300 to get my car detailed! My car was spotless before this! Now my hood and front bumper of my grey car looks like it has white sprinkles!!! Also, the wash sucks. It left soap stains on my car that I can't seem to wipe off. It looks like hard water stains. How is this place still open?!! I'm so pissed off about my car. Love coming here for a cheap/quick car wash! You have the option of different car wash packages (priced accordingly). Once you pay for your wash, you enter a line for the car wash. There is an attendant there to tell you when to go and when to put the car in neutral for the duration of the wash. At the end, there is a drier that does dry the car a little bit. From there, it tells you to put your car in drive and leave. There is an area outside with many stalls for you to vacuum your vehicle. After the wash, I use this time to vacuum the inside of my car and wipe down/dry my vehicle. Make sure you bring some microfiber towels as your car will still be pretty wet. This place definitely beats the $30+ car wash by my house. I love how easy, affordable, and fast it is. This is my go to car wash! read more

Horrible experience for my first time I've been to a few self service car washes and I can say this is my least favorite and I will not be going back horrible customer service. I got the basic wash which is just soap and water for my first time there because I didn't want to spend a lot after my Wash) was over. I noticed there was still a lot of dirt buildup and spots that weren't cleaned from the wash like many other car wash places they will give you another or unlimited re-washes just to ensure that your car gets every spot cleaned except for this one I went back around to ask for another car wash and they said no it's only for the expensive ones and I asked if I could pay the difference since I already paid for the basic Wash) and they said no they didn't even try to give me anything help me out at all or even give me a towel. They just said you can exit I didn't wanna argue so I just accepted it. The Rapids Express in Orange. I joined a membership. EVERY time I run my Nissan 350z through the automatic car wash DAMAGE. Always an issue. Scratches, markings that need to be buffed out and clear coat damage. etc I'm DONE!!! No more. I canceled membership. Spoke to manager and his replay was. We can have less pressure on bushes. Tried one more time. Same issues. I would NEVER take a new or newer car there OR any car you don't want possible damaged. read more

Tire shine that never works. You pay for the tire shine and get nothing at this location. Where is the management here????? Why pay extra. I have a membership for the wash that includes the tire shine and it never works. Sad location. If you want the best car wash you're not going to get tire shine. They should fix the equipment or provide an alternate to use. This location does not care. People need to demand credit of some kind. read more

The guy directing cars at beg of car wash was snoozing. I asked him to put tape on my rear wiper. He got side tracked talking to a coworker. Forgot to tape!!! Nearly broke my wiper! Only go there the left side line w attendant. The other person is very unreliable. - I guess that's why the line was 3x longer for the cashier attendant. Went thru the car wash about 7:15/7:20pm.
