Customers BEWARE! $500.00 worth of damage! They damaged my vehicle and refuse to take responsibility! My car was fine when I dropped it off at the vacuum station/wash tunnel. When it came out from the dryer, one of the tires was completely flat. After inspecting the tire, I found a slash on the sidewall. According to the vehicle's logs, the tire went flat about 1 second after being placed in neutral (to roll through the wash tunnel). The tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. I notified the cashier immediately but she was less than helpful. She handed me the manager's business card and told me I could fill the tire at the station's air compressor. My tire was completely ruined and my car was not drivable and I needed to be towed. No employees seemed to even care! This place is trash! Come here at your own risk. Since the incident, the manager, Ruben, is not taking any responsibility and now I'm out over $500.00. I've been a customer of this place for 5 years. It's sad to see how they treat (or, in this case, ignore) their regular customers. read more

Don't listen to all these Kens and Karens on here. I've been my bringing my cars to this spot since I first moved to the area which has been 9 years now. They do a great thorough job of cleaning your car and offer great prices. One thing I really appreciate is that they will always dry your car in a shaded area to avoid water spots. As the saying goes "get a carwash it will rain" and it sure did the day after my visit here. I came back to see if they take a rain check and they don't but that's ok. Been here a few times and for the price of a regular basic wash they do a good job. If you think you're gonna come here on a lunch break expecting a quick wash you're boss will have you in the office for going extra long. Good or bad They don't rush the wash or the drying. I love that they dry it in the shade to limit water spots. After nearly a dozen times I've never had to tell them they've missed a spot. Been going to this establishment for years with no complaints. However on Nov 2, 2025 while there for a Silver Wash, my rear left door emerged with two deep paint chips and a scratch that were not there previously. I asked to speak to the manager who denied responsibility. I asked to see car wash video which did not show all areas of the car wash. When i continued to express dissatisfaction the owner asked to speak to my husband because its better to speak "man to man". I asked to complete an incident report and he claimed they do not have them. I will be filing a first party claim through my insurance. Had no idea this car wash was here! I used to go to the one off Lincoln and Glassell, but their prices got too high and they were charging like $3 extra for an SUV. Needless to say, I needed a better place. The prices here were actually pretty reasonable for what I was expecting. $27.99 for the silver package with rainbow wax. Came with all the other standard bells and whistles. I could have chosen super basic for $20 I believe. Pretty good. It took close to an hour- but I was behind someone else's car. And the attention they paid to my car was impressive. The staff was kind and helpful. Letting me turn the air on before they were done to cool it off for my daughter. Got back from a trip and had some bugs on front of our new pickup. I usually go to the drive thru express car wash but decided to try a full service car wash and went here for exterior wash. After the wash they parked my truck to the side and no one came to dry it. Then they moved the truck to the covered area and someone dried the windshield and roof. That's it. After waiting an hour I went back in to the lady at the register to see what was going on. She said "You ONLY got the exterior wash so the truck is done". I go out there and there are still bugs all over the front and water spots everywhere. The worker said the truck was done. I finally asked for a towel and took 20 min finishing the job myself. I have been to this car wash many times and they do a fine job cleaning the car but today they broke my windshield. Normally when a car goes through the car wash it only takes a few minutes. Once my car went in, they shut it down and my car didn't come out for 10 minutes. I was thinking that something probably happened to my car. So when it came out I checked it over and my windshield was as cracked. They told me it was like that when I came in. NO, it was not!! It is impossible not to notice the 16 inch crack going right across the driver side windshield. I know accidents happen, but to straight out lie about it and tell me that they saw the crack when I dropped it off, What Bull S*. This is a very high volume car wash - meaning be prepared to wait. They also aren't extremely fast. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean they are really taking time to do a great job of washing your car. On the other hand, they don't suck. It's a decent wash most of the time. They don't get every little crumb for sure, and might not get every drop of water off, but I've never called for a manager to complain. Everyone I've encountered has been nice which helps. I used to love this place! They always impressed me on just how much work they put into every inch of the interior of my car. It was worth the wait and we'll worth the price. The last few times I went I noticed the quality of the work slipping but thought I can't expect it every time when the price was so great.. This last time will be the last time I tried. I don't know how it could take so long and I could watch the person walking around my car so many times only to get in and nothing be cleaned. I came home and took some wipes and all the spots I'd expected them to get came off so I know if they had actually done it, it would've been clean. They also didn't vacuum anything. I have no idea what they did while I waited but it sure wasn't wash my car. Another weird thing that happened was while I was waiting to pay, the person who I assume is the owner was angrily scolding the cashier over items needing to be restocked... as I awkwardly waited at the register.. call me crazy but maybe don't do that in front of customers and while they're waiting to be checked out? Use to be a great car wash. If you are willing to wait two hours just for the basic car wash then this is your place.

Great quality, but the handful of times I've gone have taken 45 minutes minimum, usually an hour or more. I've always gone when it wasn't very busy (and used an average/midrange washing package), but it doesn't seem to make a difference. You'll have to weigh the quality vs the time spent waiting. For me it isn't worth it and I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

1 star for the service at the register. There is a new girl that is rude. I came a few weeks ago to get a bucket wash. The service writer gave me a 1 time price discount of $5 since the price recently went up and I always come here with my Mustang (I didn't ask for the discount). When I went the the register the girl told me it is suppose to be more. I said "okay that is what your service writer gave me. I didn't ask for a deal he just gave me that price." I honestly don't even look at it. The same girl was here. It's 12:30 PM and I asked for cash back $10. She automatically gave me 2 $5 bills. I asked if I can get $5 and $1s and she said she is out. I then asked for quarters and she said she doesn't have enough. So then I asked for a roll of dimes and then she went to the other register and pulled out 4 $1s and 4 quarters. The whole time she seamed annoyed that I didn't want to take the 2 $5s. I thanked her for her effort of having to open the other register to give me change for my tip. This place has always been my go-to car wash. They do a good job, but it is not very consistent. I notice that sometimes my car looks and feels cleaner after one of the cheaper car washes than spending the extra money for the other "quality" washes.
