I came in today, in desperate need of a car wash. I was helped by attendant, I forget his name but he was a tall guy, with glasses and brown hair? he was really helpful. I wish I remembered his name. but what made the experience so memorable was the way he. navigated me through the car wash. and showed me the most expensive package is worth it. that platinum was got my car looking so nice. that I decided to get the membership too. definitely coming back. A1 service. read more

I've been a member of this car wash since before it opened, I've been on the founders plan. Something I've noticed overtime is that you guys don't rinse the car at the end very well. Can you try to add one more rinse cycle at the very end, I just get blue streaks every time I come through. Thank you guys read more

Great car wash to go to if you're in the area. I got the better of the car wash selections which includes tire shine. The young people working here are lovely and friendly. A young man whose name I didn't get offered to scoop out any personal belongings I accidentally sucked out during the vacuuming. They have shaded areas for the vacuum and air hosing so you don't roast under the sun. Price was a little high for me, but customer service went a long way and I will come back. read more

I got my Car Washed Rapidly through the Express and I'm glad that Rapids Express Car Wash lives up to its name. I've been to this business about three or four times now and I have always come out with my ride clean as expected. Though my time communicating with the staff has been pretty limited, they've been very pleasant. There around four different levels of cleanliness and you can sign up for a subscription for unlimited washes with prices differing per level. I've tried both the lowest level and the highest level, and my car has come out looking like the main character of a show after a shopping montage for a first date with each wash. The vacuuming spots are incredibly spacious and I've never had an issue finding one after getting my car washed. They also provide complimentary disinfectant wipes for the interior of your car in case you're a depraved person whose car interior is splattered with unspeakable substances like a Pollock painting. read more

Rapids Express Car Wash - Entrance! - Car Wash Near Me - Orange, California

I normally go to the one on Tustin Street but no longer as the car wash on Katella and main is much better. My Door jams after Tustin were full of soap and wax but now Katella was much better. I opened the doors and was very pleased to see just water no soap or other liquids.Eddie Axel and Brianna were great handling customer service and chatting with me. From this day forward I will only use The one at Main and Katella very good car wash read more

Update on last review. I just want to thank Axel for taking the time to call me & apologize for the inconvenience. He explained the situation and went out of his way to remedy the situation. If a company has a manager willing to personally call their customers (I'm a monthly wash member) then it shows that they only want the best for their customers. Thanks Axel! read more

I visited this car wash a little over a month ago after recently moving to the Anaheim area. From the outside, the place looked very clean and well-kept, which gave me a good first impression. The drive-through process itself seemed fine, and I didn't notice any issues at first. However, after pulling out and starting to vacuum and wipe down my car, I noticed white chemical splashes all over--on the hood, driver seat, backseat, and even the trunk. This was extremely concerning, as those marks were absolutely not there before I entered the wash. I immediately spoke with the on-site manager, Axel Leo, to report the issue. At the time, nothing was really resolved, but I was told I would receive a follow-up call within a day or two. Unfortunately, I never heard back. When I reached out again, I was told by the owner that my car is "older," implying the damage might have already been there--which is simply not true. They have cameras that would clearly show the condition of my car before entering the wash. For reference, I drive a 2011 Toyota Prius that is well-maintained and in good condition. If they truly cannot service older vehicles, there should be a clear notice posted before customers enter. That was never communicated. The only solution offered was to buff out the damage, with no guarantee it would return to its original condition. At that point, I was already frustrated but still willing to have them try to fix the issue they caused. Again, I had to follow up myself just to get any response, and even then, I was told to come back later because someone would be trained to handle it. By then, I had completely lost confidence in their service. Thankfully, my husband stepped in and we handled the repairs ourselves, paying out of pocket. Overall, I feel misled by the appearance and service of this car wash. The damage caused was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability and follow-up made the experience even worse. Won't recommend anyone to come here. read more

This place is awesome. Prices might seem a little high but well worth it. We just signed up for a monthly pass. Great air pressure from air guns and vacuum great suction. Water pressure in the wash is what got my attention. Water pressure in car washes makes me feel great because you know it's getting cleaned well. A 9/10 for this place. Always satisfied. Even though it's a new place I hope they keep it up to par. Thanks Rapids Express Car Wash. read more

Pros: This place is conveniently located and never crowded. Cons: Machine needs to be adjusted. Too much soap dispenses, leaving way too much in car cracks and crevices! Music is loud. Overall: reasonably priced and quick read more

Really great service! Nathan and the team took care of me. Always friendly and very helpful.

Quick and rapid car wash. I had signed up for a free wash online, but the prices for a single wash, and the monthly fees are very reasonable. I will definitely keep them in mind if I am in need of weekly washes. read more

PHENOMENAL customer service from Edith and Jhovani. Will be returning . Outstanding service from manager Axel.

Thank you so much Andy from Rapid Express! I was cleaning out my husband's work van and accidentally locked myself out of the van (with my purse, phone, and car key all inside the car). The car wash was about to close at 8pm so there was nobody around. Initially I didn't think of asking the car wash itself to help, was thinking about calling a locksmith or AAA. When I told Rapid Express I locked myself out of the van, Andy came out of nowhere with tools to help me open the car. He did it in 10-15 minutes, saving me time sitting in the cold and money. I offered to pay him tips and he did NOT want to take it. I was so touched I almost cried. Thank you so much Andy you're an angel thank you for staying late to help me - appreciate you so much! Will definitely keep coming back to this car wash for sure!!! read more

I have a membership on two of our vehicles to Rapids Express. Worth the money. There are several locations and I can go to any of them, which is amazing and convenient. I love the number of vaccums are available. I've never had to wait to use one. The only waiting I've done is to get in line to have our vehicles washed thru the conveyor. I thought about going to other similar businesses and couldn't do it. Can't be the price, the service nor the convenience. Cleaniness overall. Thank you! read more

In general I like this location but my main complaint is the dry towel at the end doesn't ever touch my cats hood. I've spoken to a shift lead and they stated its a manufacturer issue. Very likely going to move my washing elsewhere read more

Nathan hooked us up with some excellent service! Always going to come here! Would recommend for a fast, easy, and helpful service!

My go-to for regular washes- straightforward pricing and great staff! Like that they have basic options for my basic car.

I've been a member of this car wash since it opened. I often visit twice a week to wash my truck. I noticed this employee running around making sure everything was perfect on the parking lot. I went over and talked to her. she said her name was Jenna. so I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jenna, for being on the ball and making sure that everything was in order where you detail your vehicle. thanks to Jenna, this is one of the reasons I'm proud to be a member of this car wash. Keep up the great work. read more

I come here weekly for a car wash. I got my first month free and now I pay 20 a month for unlimited washes. There's usually not very many people and it's pretty quick! read more

Crowded at peak hours, yes. Perfect wash & dry, no. The self serve vac and air is awesome, and as long as you go at the right time, they are cool with you taking as long as you want (obviously limited when people are waiting) but that's only fair. Two locations within 5 miles of my place, awesome. Great deal for price, absolutely. read more

I locked my key in my car and a wonderful guy named Andy came to my rescue and was so sweet about it!

I love the unlimited family plan. It is so convenient to drive through the wash tunnel and it does a great job. Then having the vacuum stations with the compressed air to blow out all those hard to dry spots. read more

**Absolutely blown away by the service from Axel and Andy!** Even though this is an automated car wash, the experience felt anything *but* automatic thanks to the incredible attention and care from Axel and Andy. From the moment I pulled in, Axel greeted me with a friendly, upbeat attitude that instantly made the usual routine feel more personal. He guided me in with precision, made sure I selected the right wash for my needs, and treated me like more than just another car in line. Andy was just as impressive--thorough, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure the whole process ran smoothly. He prepped the car with care, double-checked everything, and asked if there was anything else he can help with. It's rare to get such thoughtful, human-centered service at a place that could easily be hands-off and impersonal. Axel and Andy turn a simple car wash into a standout customer experience. Clean car, fast service, and two employees who genuinely go above and beyond. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend stopping by--and if you're lucky enough to catch Axel and Andy on duty, you're in excellent hands. read more

Nathan and the guys at rapid really took care of me today. Great service and a great wash!

I went to this car wash after receiving a card in the mail for a free wash. The guy at the wash taped down the rear window wiper but did not move the antenna to the down position which I was unaware of. I drove through the wash and heard a loud thud. I had no clue what it was until I got home and realized what happened: the car wash tore the antenna clean off the car. I emailed customer service seeking assistance and received no reply. So god knows how much this is going to cost me to replace/repair because their employees are, apparently, not properly trained. So, one star because my car was clean but permanently damaged and I did not receive a response when trying to get assistance. read more

Thank you Nathen and the team great work place always clean great customer service. Always great attitude

Beware! They sign you up for monthly service but then make it impossible to cancel. When you call them there is no response and if you go to the location asking for cancelation then they tell you to go to the website or write an email (no response for last few months). AVOID! read more

Went through the machines with the least expensive deal. It did its job. Not the shiniest and sparkly but clean enough for my car. What set this place apart was that it's not as busy as other popular places and hence, there are plenty of spaces to vacuum afterwards. There's enough room not to bump into someone or have to watch your back not hitting the other wide open car doors. Folks working here were friendly as well. Recommended for sure. read more
