I normally go to the one on Tustin Street but no longer as the car wash on Katella and main is much better. My Door jams after Tustin were full of soap and wax but now Katella was much better. Great car wash to go to if you're in the area. I got the better of the car wash selections which includes tire shine. The young people working here are lovely and friendly. A young man whose name I didn't get offered to scoop out any personal belongings I accidentally sucked out during the vacuuming. They have shaded areas for the vacuum and air hosing so you don't roast under the sun. Price was a little high for me, but customer service went a long way and I will come back. read more

I got my Car Washed Rapidly through the Express and I'm glad that Rapids Express Car Wash lives up to its name. I've been to this business about three or four times now and I have always come out with my ride clean as expected. Though my time communicating with the staff has been pretty limited, they've been very pleasant. There around four different levels of cleanliness and you can sign up for a subscription for unlimited washes with prices differing per level. I've tried both the lowest level and the highest level, and my car has come out looking like the main character of a show after a shopping montage for a first date with each wash. The vacuuming spots are incredibly spacious and I've never had an issue finding one after getting my car washed. They also provide complimentary disinfectant wipes for the interior of your car in case you're a depraved person whose car interior is splattered with unspeakable substances like a Pollock painting. read more

I visited this car wash a little over a month ago after recently moving to the Anaheim area. From the outside, the place looked very clean and well-kept, which gave me a good first impression. The drive-through process itself seemed fine, and I didn't notice any issues at first. However, after pulling out and starting to vacuum and wipe down my car, I noticed white chemical splashes all over--on the hood, driver seat, backseat, and even the trunk. This was extremely concerning, as those marks were absolutely not there before I entered the wash. I immediately spoke with the on-site manager, Axel Leo, to report the issue. At the time, nothing was really resolved, but I was told I would receive a follow-up call within a day or two. Unfortunately, I never heard back. When I reached out again, I was told by the owner that my car is "older," implying the damage might have already been there--which is simply not true. They have cameras that would clearly show the condition of my car before entering the wash. For reference, I drive a 2011 Toyota Prius that is well-maintained and in good condition. If they truly cannot service older vehicles, there should be a clear notice posted before customers enter. That was never communicated. The only solution offered was to buff out the damage, with no guarantee it would return to its original condition. At that point, I was already frustrated but still willing to have them try to fix the issue they caused. Again, I had to follow up myself just to get any response, and even then, I was told to come back later because someone would be trained to handle it. By then, I had completely lost confidence in their service. Thankfully, my husband stepped in and we handled the repairs ourselves, paying out of pocket. Overall, I feel misled by the appearance and service of this car wash. The damage caused was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability and follow-up made the experience even worse. I have a membership on two of our vehicles to Rapids Express. Worth the money. There are several locations and I can go to any of them, which is amazing and convenient. I love the number of vaccums are available. I've never had to wait to use one. The only waiting I've done is to get in line to have our vehicles washed thru the conveyor. Thank you so much Andy from Rapid Express! I was cleaning out my husband's work van and accidentally locked myself out of the van (with my purse, phone, and car key all inside the car). The car wash was about to close at 8pm so there was nobody around. Initially I didn't think of asking the car wash itself to help, was thinking about calling a locksmith or AAA. When I told Rapid Express I locked myself out of the van, Andy came out of nowhere with tools to help me open the car. He did it in 10-15 minutes, saving me time sitting in the cold and money. The self serve vac and air is awesome, and as long as you go at the right time, they are cool with you taking as long as you want (obviously limited when people are waiting) but that's only fair. I went to this car wash after receiving a card in the mail for a free wash. The guy at the wash taped down the rear window wiper but did not move the antenna to the down position which I was unaware of. I drove through the wash and heard a loud thud. I had no clue what it was until I got home and realized what happened: the car wash tore the antenna clean off the car. I emailed customer service seeking assistance and received no reply. So god knows how much this is going to cost me to replace/repair because their employees are, apparently, not properly trained. So, one star because my car was clean but permanently damaged and I did not receive a response when trying to get assistance. read more

Went through the machines with the least expensive deal. It did its job. Not the shiniest and sparkly but clean enough for my car. What set this place apart was that it's not as busy as other popular places and hence, there are plenty of spaces to vacuum afterwards. There's enough room not to bump into someone or have to watch your back not hitting the other wide open car doors. Folks working here were friendly as well. Recommended for sure. read more
