Gas is fine. The store inside is always neat and clean. My frustration is with the automated car wash at this location. They revamped it a few years ago. But that didn't change the fact that it shuts off before it's done. Every. Time. Each time I go, I think "It's gotta be fixed by now." But nope. And then six months go by and I fall for it again. If you're paying with cash, make sure you have her input it and give you a receipt. Double check everything adds up. I walked in counted 35 and told her "$35 on 10 please" then headed out to pump gas as usual. It only pumped 25. I went in to let her know it was short and she lied to my face told me I only gave her 25 and she yelled for me but I just walked away... I can afford to lose $10 but that's not the point. I go back in and tell the miscreant behind the counter (ANKUR) about my issue. He laughs and says that I don't know how to use it properly. I wish I had read the other Yelpers' reviews of the car wash system here prior to visiting the station this morning. It is "touch-less" meaning there are no brushes, only a pair of spray arms which travel around the vehicle dispensing various liquids as they go. The result is that anything even minimally stuck to the paint is not going to be removed. Worse, the blowers start up before the cue has been given to pull forward, meaning the vehicle exits soaking wet. A waste of $5.99 and an undeserved 1-star rating (should be 0 stars!). WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! read more

Customer service at this place is horrible. I stopped going to this gas station a while ago because of how rude they are to customers. A family member went to pump gas there today and she had the same issue with the cashier named Mary. That lady needs some customer service training. There's another gas station just a block a way or if you need a Chevron you will find one just around the street. I recommend you all go anywhere but this gas station. Went to go fill 1 tire that was low on air. It filled up fine and the air machine beeped indicating it was filled. I then went to fill 2 more tires just the bring them up to proper psi afterwards. The hose instead deflated both tires but beeped indicating they were filled properly. I got in my car and the TPMS came on, before I got a chance to redo the machines mistake it was out of time. Be cautious using the machine, the hose and nozzle need to be replaced! read more

Let's face it, drive through car washes are never anything to really rave about in comparison to real car washes that actually involve humans. Even with that in mind, however, this car wash totally sucks. I got "the works" which I have gotten at a ton of other drive through car washes, and while nothing amazing, this one paled in comparison. I'm not sure this place even stocks the soap properly. It was super watered down. Also, the water nozzles were weak and powerless, meaning on the entire left side, my car barely got any soap or water. Imagine taking a shower but only soaping half of your body. Yeah, not impressed. Overall, what a waste. read more

By far one of the worst Chevron locations ever. They close their doors by 10p, have terrible customer service, and refuse to accept coupons for cigarettes that the manufacturer lists as one of the specific stores that are to accept them. the few times i've been here, the price at the pump never matches & is always 10 + cents higher than the price on their sign for unleaded. VERY annoying. & depending on who is working there at the time, the cashier can be rather rude. very annoying asking for change for a dollar so you can use their air compressor outside & the cashier gives you attitude, rolls his eyes & says "it's a gas station not a change booth". terrible customer service. read more

I would give this place zero stars since I received zero service!! I went in there last night after work because I needed a complementary cup of water for my fish that I rescued from work earlier that day. It tipped over in my car after slamming on my brakes, thanks to whoever cut me off, anyway the poor beta was flapping away on my car mat. I ran inside the store asked for a complimentary cup of water he said no we have water to sell and that's it! Of course I had no money on me and I asked if I could just use the tap water from the sink and he replied all we have is water to purchase that is it! I then asked him please I just need a tiny bit for my fish and nothing! He ignored me and walked away from the counter. Customer service here sucks tremendously!!! I'm really not sure why this place does not have better reviews. I only put Chevron gas in my car. I drive a lot, often long distance driving. I have put about 100,000 miles in my car in the last 3.5 years. I put different kinds of gas in my car until I determined Chevron was the best choice for me. In the last 2 or so years I have only pumped Chevron gas into my car. This is the one location I go to as often as I can. This location is one of the few Chevrons that I have seen that the gas prices are usually low. The best part is that they do not charge fees for using your Debit card! This is the only location that I have seen that practices this, Often Chevron offers a certain price per gallon, and offers it 10 cents lower if you pay in cash. This location offers it 10 cents lower for cash or debit. I read a lot of people have complained about the car wash. It is a what it is, and you really shouldn't have high expectations from it. If you want to pay the same amount and get a better quality wash, got to Speedie Wash on Tustin Ave. probably 2 miles or less away. I don't often interact w/ the staff at the gas station because it is not necessary. The few times that I have had to interact w/ the staff, I have not had any problems. read more

their gas prices are generally significantly cheaper than the surrounding gas stations (especially that 76 on the other side of the 22) which is why i go here. i don't recommend their drive through car wash, though. it's more of a spray rinse that doesn't get dirt completely off. not all the sprayers are working correctly and it also looks pretty dirty/old/scary inside. nothing actually touches the car (no soapy spinning pon-poms here!) and the dryer could be stronger.. more water came off on the freeway than at the end of that "car wash." however, if that's all you're looking for, then great! otherwise, you might be happier getting a car wash elsewhere. read more

CRAPPY CAR WASH! "Touch free" SHOULD be the best, EXCEPT this one is programmed wrong -- it only rinses and applies "wax" to passenger side of car. Also, the jets to spray rinse the roof don't work. I pointed this out just before Christmas, when I was here last. I figured they would fix it, but........NOT! If all you want for your money is HALF A WASH and wax, this us the place. I have been a Chevron only customer for years. This is the worst I have ever been to in any state. Let's start with the high points. The car wash is terrible. The inside smells like hot garbage. The service is always really really bad no matter what day or time you arrive. Tonight, the lights were on, credit card was accepted, everything was fine, except there was no gas. The attendant wouldnt talk to me and pointed to a shitty sign he drew in the window. Closed. I had to stand in front of the window like a nut until he finally decided he would speak to me just to cancel the credit card. I will never come here again. I will push my car down the road. Extremely disappointed in a brand I once respected. I wish zero stars were an option. Edit. Under Ca state law since 1999 if you buy gas air is required to be free. This is the only Chevron I've seen that charges for air and will conviently forgot to mention this. read more

I went through the car wash and noticed it ended without using any soap, just water, so I exited and told the lady at register and she basically told me I was a liar. I went home and looked at my car and decided "no way" so I went back and asked them to come look at my car, they would not. I've never had any problems with service or cleanliness from any other employee. However. Ravi is a pompous lazy little prick. I have never had an issue getting air from any other employee yet every time I ask him to turn on the air he tries to tell me its broken. I believed him the first time but this is twice now he has said it since and I know it works since yesterday the female employee turned it on for me no problem. He then copped an attitude with me and told me he wouldn't turn on the air. Great customer service ravi! A 5 star review minus 3 for that lazy prick with no customer service skills. read more

The Arabian lady cashier is very chill, i always come here to buy my snacks and fill my gas tank. This place never disappoints me.

Just pumped diesel fuel and got ripped off! Put $60 in and it read a little over 16.5 gallons. Get down the road to realize it only put in about 8 gallons of fuel. Called up the station and advised the clerk of what happened. She advised the manager was unavailable and there was nothing he would do anyways. She actually told me to file a complaint with Weights and Measures enforcement, which I did. Probably won't get my money or gas back but need to tell you guys to avoid this station at all costs! read more
