The construction has made it a bit crampy to get in and out but besides that, they still have a good bronze wash for my wrap and great working vacuums. Not a bad car wash! This was my first time coming to Fast5Xpress Car Wash. There was no one in the line when I pulled up. Cool! No wait. When I pulled up, I could see the different options for a car wash. I went with the premium wash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She handed me a wipe and car scent. That is a nice tough! Love that[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. My car always smells like.... car lol The car air freshener actually does some work lol The air fresheners that they give you seem to last too. My car went in dirty and came out clean lol That's a win haha However, my only criticism is that my car was not all the way dry when I left. The back end was wet still and some of the side and windows had spots. I'm bummed that it didn't dry my car completely. Overall, not a bad car wash. We stopped by this car wash for the first time and the female staff that works inside the car wash was very rude. We had our car on neutral mode and the employee was getting so irritated that the car was not being pulled for the car wash and she was hitting the sign of instructions very hard with the water hose pointing it out that we had to leave it on neutral. My partner rolled her window and told her "ma'am we have it on neutral" and she continued to slam the sign again, we said again we have it in neutral look and she came close to the window and saw we were following instructions and rolled her eyes and walked away and then turned around and barely sprayed water with hose at the car, giving us this mad death stare. When we got to the drying station after the wash, the car was still dirty. Thank fully we called right away and they were able to assist us and give us another car wash. When we got inside for the second time, the same girl was just chilling sitting down then didn't even acknowledge us, but she did keep making a face of annoyance gestures. My partner and I even said to each other, she must hate her job... So sad! I'm not sure if they had already told her about our complain by this time. We always pass by this car wash and it seems busy and we have been wanting to try it out but after the car not being washed property and the female employee attitude, sadly we won't be going back. So if you wanna try this car wash just know what could happen. I hope not everyone gets this experience, the other male employee should get a raise for being kind and understanding our frustration. For the free car wash, you first need access to a printer because you must present a physical copy, with the details. I didn't quite know this because it was sent to my junk folder, and I ended up having to return. Other than that, the experience went well. There was only one car ahead of me, and I got the silver option. They also handed me 2 dashboard wipes, and the vacuum station is free and also has compressed air, which was great for blowing away the rest of the moisture. There are plenty of tubes on either side, so you won't have trouble using them. Convenience-wise, I would suggest the automated car wash, if you don't mind the risk of damages. read more

WASH TRACK CAUSED DAMAGE TO BRAND NEW RIMS. I'm not usually one to complain, but when going through a carwash, you should feel secure that no major damage will occur if you follow the directions properly. On 11/8/24 my car sustained significant scratching all the way around the front driver rim while going through the wash. This rim will need to be re-finished. I notified the wash of the damage via email 11/9/24 with pictures. The first email I sent I received a response quickly asking me for my Make/Model/What Happened/Pictures etc. so they could start the process rolling. However, since then, I've received absolutely no updates or responses from 2 follow up emails on 11/12 and 11/15 just to confirm my info had been received. This lack of response goes to show how this franchise treats customers who have an issue. It's easy to collect 5 star reviews when a everything goes to plan, but a company really really shows what it is when something goes wrong. So now I'm stuck, hoping that someday someone from Fast5 will respond as to what I'm supposed to do when their wash caused damage to my vehicle. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.
