I had cancelled my membership a while back due to work location change. I stopped by today while I was in the area and definitely missed coming here. The construction has made it a bit crampy to get in and out but besides that, they still have a good bronze wash for my wrap and great working vacuums. Got here right before 9am on a Saturday and the place was already popping! Glad to know they are still holding up good wash services here. $12 for a bronze wash totally reasonable. read more

Not a bad car wash! This was my first time coming to Fast5Xpress Car Wash. There was no one in the line when I pulled up. Cool! No wait. When I pulled up, I could see the different options for a car wash. I went with the premium wash. She handed me a wipe and car scent. That is a nice tough! Love that. My car always smells like.... car lol The car air freshener actually does some work lol The air fresheners that they give you seem to last too. My car went in dirty and came out clean lol That's a win haha However, my only criticism is that my car was not all the way dry when I left. The back end was wet still and some of the side and windows had spots. I'm bummed that it didn't dry my car completely. Overall, not a bad car wash. Wish the drying function was better though. read more

The rollers/scrubers that wash the top of your car does not work. Only the side brushes works on cleaning your car. Needless to say, the top part of my car was left dirty. I do not recommend this place . Plus no shade!! read more

Your machine scratched my car and its not the first time this machine is doing it. When my wife complained 1about her car being scratched your response was "its not our fault". And I surely forgot about that from last incident that scratching car is part of your job. This is last time we'll visiting your sorry ass place and never come back again, doing business with such no responsibilities at all. I ask all the drivers who's doing there car wash at this place look at your car surface on the right side where if your car has round shape at either front or rear cause most likely you will have scratched on the body paint on your car. Don't go to this car washing location to do business they dont take responsibility of there faulty machines. read more

Not sure if the management has gone downhill or if it's the staff but my carwash was pretty poor and significantly lower quality than before. Premium car wash didn't take off smudges and dirt from my car and as of almost 30mins after opening, air sprays were just being installed. Prices have also gone up by a lot. What was once a 5 star location is now a 2-3 star experience. read more

BEWARE THIS CAR WASH SLASHED MY TIRE AND DOES NOT WANT TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE AND PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT. DON'T USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING AS ME AND THE OTHER PEOPLE WITH DAMAGES. Following up on my last review; Dylan the regional manager call me to let me know that their equipment couldn't have done the damage to my tire and they will not become responsible for the tire. They are making it seem like I was driving around with a tire completely flat and going into their business to get a car wash! I had to spend the money I don't have for a tire they damaged beyond repair. Make yourself a favor and go do your car wash somewhere else. I am requesting the videos from that night... read more

We stopped by this car wash for the first time and the female staff that works inside the car wash was very rude. We had our car on neutral mode and the employee was getting so irritated that the car was not being pulled for the car wash and she was hitting the sign of instructions very hard with the water hose pointing it out that we had to leave it on neutral. My partner rolled her window and told her "ma'am we have it on neutral" and she continued to slam the sign again, we said again we have it in neutral look and she came close to the window and saw we were following instructions and rolled her eyes and walked away and then turned around and barely sprayed water with hose at the car, giving us this mad death stare. When we got to the drying station after the wash, the car was still dirty. Thank fully we called right away and they were able to assist us and give us another car wash. When we got inside for the second time, the same girl was just chilling sitting down then didn't even acknowledge us, but she did keep making a face of annoyance gestures. My partner and I even said to each other, she must hate her job... So sad! I'm not sure if they had already told her about our complain by this time. We always pass by this car wash and it seems busy and we have been wanting to try it out but after the car not being washed property and the female employee attitude, sadly we won't be going back. So if you wanna try this car wash just know what could happen. I hope not everyone gets this experience, the other male employee should get a raise for being kind and understanding our frustration. We do appreciate the service that was provided afterwards with the gentlemen that helped us the second time. I just wanted to give the feedback on the female employee because of her attitude and service, we decided not to get a monthly membership and go somewhere further although this car wash is literally two min away from our home. read more

Great wash and fast great greeter her name is Araceli ...I brought my car to The Anaheim Car Wash for a much-needed deep cleaning and they absolutely delivered. Best and most reliable car wash service ever :3 The price is reasonable as well! Silver tier for $13! Last time we got the gold tier and they let us go twice because the car wasn't fully cleaned off. The workers are really nice read more

For the free car wash, you first need access to a printer because you must present a physical copy, with the details. I didn't quite know this because it was sent to my junk folder, and I ended up having to return. Other than that, the experience went well. There was only one car ahead of me, and I got the silver option. They also handed me 2 dashboard wipes, and the vacuum station is free and also has compressed air, which was great for blowing away the rest of the moisture. There are plenty of tubes on either side, so you won't have trouble using them. Convenience-wise, I would suggest the automated car wash, if you don't mind the risk of damages. read more

I like this as my new car wash spot now. So far so good, no problems and every time I go everything seems to be working. I like the staff, they are cool, smiling and chill. I tried getting a quick wash before I go to work. Hours say they open at 7am but both times I tried going after 7am (10 minutes after opening) the entrance was coned off. I gave up on going in to wash my car in the early mornings. Maybe it was a fluke but I'll contemplate trying again. read more

If you're looking for a quick way to blow $16, this is your place. You'll always see a line and there's a reason why. For a DIY place, its a good little car wash site. If you splurge for the top 2 washes, the "super dry" roller really does a good job at drying. There's plenty of stalls to vacuum. Show them a Yelp review and get a micro fiber cloth. read more
