It used to be my 'go to' spot for a car wash, but it was horrible this time. They didn't even try cleaning the roof, left pollen everywhere, which was easily removed by hand. Dirt and leaves on the floor. I brought this up to the guy. He wiped the car for like 30 more seconds and said done. Having ptsd from taking my car here. I even talked to the owner and told him that I do not mind paying extra as long as they do a good job. Got the deluxe for $89. Ever since this place has changed ownership last year, the quality has tanked and it's over priced! The staff is miserable and they all have something negative to say about their lazy boss. Absolutely not worth it! They use poor quality chemicals and cloths that damage paint, plastic, leather and they overcharge! For over 20 years the previous owners were fair, used high standards, and quality materials and chemicals. This new owner cuts corners big time! read more

Update: The owner of this place is not doing a good job at all. They need more employees. Period. 3 guys for 10 cars is not sufficient. I waited 45 minutes and they hadn't even touched my car so I left. The employee couldn't even perform a refund. Said I had to wait for the owner. On top of it all the rate in soap on the rear passenger window #1 which is now permanently etched into the glass because the widows were dirty. So I will be taking the owner to court for damages to my truck. Pulled up to the vacuums and waited for the employee who was on his phone then another car pulled up after about 5 minutes. The employee noticed that there were cars waiting on him yet he decided to go to the other car first. I'm new to the area and i've been looking for a new car wash and this definitely isn't it. I am a business owner and if I ran any of my businesses like this I'd be living on skid row. Hopefully this motivates the owner to do better. read more

If I could rate this review with 0 stars I would do so. Had a horrible experience with this place on July 13th, whereas it took almost 2 hours to get my vehicle washed. What made it maddening is that I saw other customers taken care before me, who came in after my arrival. I tried to get in touch with the on site management and they were either hiding in back or left for the day. I hate to go down this "rabbit hole", but I believe this was a race issue since I was the only caucasion that was there at the time. Needless to say I will NEVER frequent this business again. There are plenty of other car wash establishments that I can take my future business to! BIG thumbs down from this soon to be former customer! I noticed that they were closed for a period of time, so my guess is that they're struggling with getting their people paid, so it's probably a matter of time before they're permanently closed and this property can become another "Starbucks"! read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped off my truck earlier this morning to get a hand wash while I went to church a couple of establishments down. Once I explained what I wanted, I was charged $50 for a HAND WASH. Now, I went to pick up my truck after church, and unfortunately my toddler was having a meltdown which forced me to just grab my truck and go. As I walked out of my house just minutes ago, I noticed a large scratch right above my drivers door. Secondly, the truck has WATERSPOTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!. This place is terrible. I stopped coming here years ago, but decided to give them another try. Friday afternoon around 3:30, so not busy. I went in, paid, sat down and kept waiting for my car to come out. Almost 25 minutes later, they hadn't even started vacuuming. Nearly 50 minutes later they finished. I'm glad I didn't take the punch card they offered, as it would be going in the trash can. Never coming back here. read more

Very disappointed on the treatment and service I got today! I took the kids out to beach so my car had sand and the guy told me he would have to charge me more because it was a "little dirty" I mean isn't this why we get car wash? I told him I just needed vacuum and his disrespectful body language and smirk on his face said. All!!! I've been to them many many times as the card shows and this is the first time I get treated like this I mean I was already paying 19.99 $ for wash and I usually tip the guys 10$ So I don't see why a little extra sand was a big issue and turned my business down. My fiancé and I both took our cars here after I had read some recent reviews. There is a sign AT the carwash that indicates that they are open at 7:30am so we both drove over & were there at 7:36am. There was only ONE older hispanic man & he said they did not open until 8. No biggie, we left our keys with him & went down the street to get a bite to eat. We gave them plenty of time to wash our cars & we were not in any rush to leave. When we got back around 8:40 I noticed my car was parked & no one was working on it. I went to check out my car and noticed that there were areas that were not wiped down, my rims were still filthy and the inside of my car wasn't wiped down at all. My fiancé got one of the guys attention & he proceeded to do a half ass job wiping down my car. They did not vacuum the trunk & they did not wipe down the dash as indicated on the wash option that I asked for. They did however wipe down my finances dash & it looks like they used so much armor-all it was so greasy and gross. DO NOT GO HERE. The reviews are so scattered & I wish I would have gone elsewhere especially since we wasted our morning & had to show them WHY we were unhappy with our washes. They even have some BS sign saying they sanitize all cars but I literally saw no sign of that all they do is wipe down the inside & use armor all. A bunch of BS. This place is garbage, don't waste your time, money or energy here. read more

The sign outside says $10 dollar car wash and says they also dry it. That Leads you to believe that they clean or wipe off the inside and clean windows inside and vacuum right? No, they don't for that it's an extra $10.00 dollars. And as you get in the line you see lots of signs for $70-$300 dollar detailing offers and then theirs a sign that says SPECIAL TODAY for $40 dollars for a ceramic wax. So you tend to think clay wax or some other wax detail. Nope, all they do is spray this pink stuff on the car as their drying it and that's it. You can buy a pink bottle of ceramic wax for $14.99 and apply that same pink liquid your self many times at the $5 dollar car wash. And save $20 dollars plus the tip. The sign is deceiving ! This business is trying to survive pulling all the tricks it can at your expense. read more

I was initially quoted $25 for a gold wash and the manager charged me $35. On top of that, they didn't offer cash back and offer his sketchy ass ATM that was there. The price is cheap , they are usually quick so that's why they get a 2 star. Other than that if you care about your car car being clean I wouldn't recommend it. Gave my wife some money to have her new Jeep washed here. She took it and came back then when I got in it you could see where the armor all for the interior was put on way to thick ....... on some of the dash. And not at all across others . There was still foot scuffs on the doors , water spots on the car and glass . It also looked like the passenger windows were wiped with the same rags as the dash board . The car wash is now under new management and they are doing all kinds of remodeling. The good thing is, they kept the staff that used to clean the cars under the old management. He has replaced the outside chairs, remodeled the bathrooms and it is now all hand wash.it's not crowded and I think it's gonna be a great addition. I would say give it a try. read more

I went to this car wash for the first time on 11/17/20. As soon as I exited my car the owner/attendant approached me without wearing a mask. There are signs at this car wash that say, "We Disinfect Cars" but the man that greeted me and that I paid at the register was not wearing a mask which makes no sense to me. Talk about hypocrisy. The same worker which I assume was the owner, said he was going to give me an extra armorall of the dark plastic trim on my SUV, in addition to the tire armor all that came with the wash. When I got home I realized neither the tires nor the trim had armor all on them which is annoying because I paid for the tires to be treated. Also, when I returned home to put the racks back on my SUV I realized that the top of my car, the roof was still filthy. I found the owner/attendant to be swiney and creepy and a liar. By driving by the car wash you also can't tell that the car wash is filthy and very un taken care of. I didn't even want to sit in any of the chairs because they likely hadn't been wiped down recently, let alone disinfected regularly during Covid. Anyways, I will never return to this car wash. If you go here, double check all of the work to ensure you are getting what you pay for. read more

I wrote this business a letter immediately after my review. I explained to them that I had my car washed at their location, and that not long afterward I found that an item I left in the front pocket of my driver's seat, a pocket located below the steering wheel, and only reachable by the driver, was missing. The only people who had access to my vehicle before, during, and after the time the item went missing were the people who vacuumed the vehicle before it went into the washer, and the ones drying it afterward. I gave them all my contact information, but long story short, I never heard from them, ever. The stolen item was an Emerson CQC-6 folding knife, not only worth over $200, but also worth a tremendous amount of sentimental value to me. The thief likely doesn't even know what he stole, and probably uses it to pry nails. :/ read more

At first, when the car was handed to us, we didn't see it but as soon as we got out of the car and the scratches were very visible. We went back. We told him this just happened because we checked the car prior to coming here. He did not accept instead got into arguments as to how it isn't possible. VERY LOUD.
