Get these poor employees some shade! Now I don't usually leave reviews I am not good at all this technology stuff, but I visited last weekend and these poor employees are outside in over 90 degree weather standing directly in the sun! Get some fans, something! read more

This place is my favorite car wash! I have gone to a lot of different washes, and even different locations but the experience here is by far the best! The team is so friendly and helpful! I've had to interact with management once and the manager here is PROFESSIONAL and very understanding. I have a membership so I come pretty often and have not had one bad experience. I come often with my kiddos and they favor this car wash in particular since they have colorful LED lights, they always say it's "their favorite rainbow car wash". Highly recommend making this your default car wash. You won't regret visiting and I guarantee you'll be back! read more

Good car wash spot with good pricing Got the 30day unlimited wash option, going to get a car wash again tomorrow Very good deal and not crowded at all read more

I wanted to update my original review because I normally really do love this place. I am local to the area and used to come here about once a week. Even though I have since moved away, I still miss this car wash and have continued coming back. It really is far superior to other car washes I've visited. The value is excellent, the staff is usually friendly, they are always cleaning, and the equipment does one of the best jobs around. I had a moment where I felt disappointed, which led me to leave a more critical review at first. But after giving it some time and continuing to come back, I want to be fair and honest. Overall, this place has continued to stand out for the quality of service, cleanliness, and consistency. No business is perfect, and sometimes busy days can create off moments, but that does not take away from the fact that this is still one of the best car washes around. I have visited plenty of others, and this place is by far superior. Because of that, I am changing my opinion back and giving credit where it is due. This is still a great car wash, and I will continue coming back. read more

Bryan checked us in and was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He offered us a one month unlimited for only $14 more, but we do not live here so we declined. However, if we did, we would have bought it. We ordered the #3 Wash which I believe was "best". The wash itself was great. Very thorough and did an amazing job on the car. What a great experience! Definitely would do it again and highly recommend! read more

Lately, this place has been nothing but rapid. I don't know if they are in the process of changing workers or systems but they are slow. A lot of times, their system shuts down and they are closed. read more

Our neighbor recommended Rapids Express in Yorba Linda to us, and being a car enthusiast and car collector, our compliments are not eagerly expressed unless COMPLETELY DESERVED! Great experience at this car wash! Have been coming on a regular basis! Unfortunately, I locked my keys in my car today and Yahir was extremely helpful being able to unlock my car! Thank you!! read more

I was trying to vacuum my car & hand piece kept coming off the hose & sucked in my towel. Girl with red shirt tried really hard to fix it & was unable to so she reported problem to manager & she refused to replace my towel & wants me to come back tomorrow to pick up my towel. Manager prefers to inconvenience the customer instead replacing my towel due to their defective vacuum. We pay membership for 4 cars and got this TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Juan was super helpful in assisting me when a small piece of my roof rack came loose. Great customer service. Thank you Juan

The car wash that we bought (basic) is what I would expect for the price we paid. The unlimited monthly membership is cool too. This review is for the employee, Bryan. Bryan works incredibly hard and provides customer service that truly stands out. In a time when it's rare to see this generation of kids going above and beyond at their work, he was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, hardworking, knew how to make a sale, and cared about our experience. Bryan, keep it at- you will go far in life with this kind of work ethic. read more

Great Team!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car while cleaning and Ruben and Chris came to the rescue! I have a membership and have been coming to this location for years now and Ive always had a good experience! All team members are kind and willing to help! read more

TURNING RADIUS for a truck has been bad and last month just got worse. the manager put in 4 new cement cones because of the shorter turning radius. This time I went thru with my truck I hit the new cone and did alot of damage to my truck. the manager ran out and collected the broken pieces because this keeps happening in the driveway. They need to get this changed. this happens everyday to someone the manager stated. I hope they are going to pay for this. I also have video of cars trying to avoid this cement post. it really needs to be redesigned. I will be going to the city of fullerton with this concern. This should have been caught when they submitted designes to the city of Fullerton. It might have been and they just got away with it. read more

Excellent wash quality, and the staff are very friendly When you go through the wash, the scent that they use smells really good. The vacuums work very well, and the place is very clean and feel safe. read more

Their wash options really does not do what they advertise to do. Like wheel cleaner and drying. The wheels are still dirty and the car is far from dry. You end up spending more time wiping the car read more

Ruben was super helpful. This place is convenient, clean, and has plenty of vacuum stations.

I have the unlimited monthly membership and always come here (and to the other locations). The wash does a great job getting the car clean, and I love that you can use the vacuums afterward. Super convenient, quick, and definitely worth the membership! read more

I was looking for a new car wash place and decided to come give this one a try. I'm glad I bought a single use instead of a membership because the quality of this wash is not very good. None of the bird poo came off my windshield nor did it wash away any of the spots - frankly, I would have been better spraying my car with a hose since it had the same effect and wouldn't have cost $20. I bought the top car wash they had available. So there's no way to purchase a decent wash. read more

I really like this car wash. Going on vacation and need to put my monthly plan on "Pause"......so they don't charge me while we are away. Went on line on there site and did it. Very easy. So far so good. read more

My personal rating is a 4 store for rapids however, I honestly marked this as a "maybe" recommendation because I feel you have to come with the proper expectations. Firstly, it's a drive through car wash. And yes, as you'd expect there are different tiers of car wash you can purchase. The most basic wash is $8, and from there it climbs $4 per tier until you get to their premium wash at $20. Now the ever looming question of "does it make a difference?" That I can't answer for you because my cheap a$$ always gets the basic lol Now here's where the 4 stars come to play. 1) for $8 am I pretty much paying for a squirt of soap and a water rinse? Yes. 2) is my car still fairly dirty after and I have to once over with a wet towel to really remove the bird poops and bugs? Yes. 3) do I spend my sweet time using the vacuum and air hose to clean out the inside of my car. Heck yes. Listen, the base wash is literally you paying for the convenience of not have to drag out the hose at home to rinse your car off. But, if you enjoy washing your car like I do, the free vacuum and air hose is well worth the money. Yes there is a sign that asks you kindly limit your time for those waiting however, I've also never seen so many cars there that anyone is waiting (there are plenty of stalls) So if you know what to expect and you enjoy putting in the elbow grease to really wash your car, definitely give this place a visit. If you're expecting someone to detail your car, well guess what, you gotta shell out the money! read more

When I went to leave the car wash, my battery was dead. The manager came over and offered to let me sit in the office until auto club came, and and although it was very busy and it wasn't a problem that was my car was sitting there taking up space ... he checked on me several times in the 45 minutes before auto club i was most impressed with his kindness, Bonnie. read more

Wow, what a great experience. Clean, Shine and Dry car and friendly employees. THANKS!

Ruben, the manager, Yahir and Henry were very kind to address an issue of a surface level scrape on my car that I thought was due to our car being stuck in the carwash for a brief moment. They showed me the cameras that showed that my car already came in with it (still don't know where it came from). But they were kind to use their time to wax it /buff it out for me. Thank you very much! read more

Holy smokes this car wash kicks butt. I've used several and I am a frequent customer to a few of these car washes. The monster if a drive through machine they have here is awesome. The power, the soap, the dry, the shine and blow at the end are above and beyond par!!!! The price is competitive to most but it's super worth the cost vs services. read more

This car wash is getting worse by the day! The tire shine hardly ever works and when it does it gets all over the sides of the car before you even drive off. I had an incident that I brought to the manger Rubens attention and he was very rude only saying it was not his problem. I took the matter to his corporate and they side with the manger and have no accountability for how he treated a loyal paying customer that had multiple cars on my account. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an upper management. No remorse or even an apology. read more

The car wash itself is nice. Most of the time the workers are great. Ruben is a horrible manager and this location would be miles better replacing him. read more

Easiest way to have a clean car! I have 2 cars that I wash weekly. I pay about $55 a month for the best plan. That comes out to a little more than $6 a wash. LOVE IT!!!! read more

Enough is enough. As a monthly member I have to say, this place is consistently bad. CONSISTENTLY. If you like waiting in long lines for a extended periods of time, people arriving after you being let in first and mediocre car washes, this place is for you!!! It says "no honking" but I'm going to keep honking to get someone's attention. GEEZ. The car wash is 5/10. Wheels are always dirty. Overhead Dryer mechanism is always broken. They take FOREVER to open the gate. Please tell me, why does it take so long to open the gate? The car wash down the street has a faster technology--gate opens right away. Why not have one line for cash and one for members? Just a few mintues ago, I was second in line behind the slowest car ever. 7 people who came after me went in before me in the other lane. EVERY DARN TIME. Last week I was the first in line and nobody is paying attention. Then they help the cash customer first who comes after me, then it takes another 30 seconds to let me in. Why is it so hard for you guys to let people in an organized speedy fashion?? The older gentleman there with the dark hair absolutely worthless. This place stinks. You guys should not be in the car washing business. DO BETTER. read more

Rapids Express Car Wash - Fullerton, CA Easily my least favorite location. Out of all the Rapids spots, this one's the weakest link. Feels older, rough around the edges, and the customer service is nonexistent. Had issues with my monthly membership not reading right. At most other locations, they'll work with you--maybe slide you through depending on the situation. Here? They'll straight-up pull you out of line without a second thought. Rear wiper got damaged going through their tunnel. Yeah, there's a sign saying they're not liable, but the setup here almost feels engineered to break stuff. I flagged it to the staff--guy fished out the broken piece and told me they "don't tape anymore." Other locations still do, or at least ask. Not here. The vacuums? Half the air compressors don't even work. No signs, no warnings, no urgency to fix it. That's like running a burger joint with no buns and shrugging it off like it's not a big deal. Where's the management? Where's the accountability? I've seen solid GMs walk around, check in with customers, hand out towels or waters--something to show they care. This place? Ghost town. No ownership, no apology, no pride. There's too much competition for this kind of laziness. I'll still stop by if I have to, but my expectations here are basement level. read more

We had a great experience thanks to Juan. When the machine knocked down our car's front windshield, he kindly came back to look for it and returned it to us. Since it wasn't damaged, he even helped us reinstall it. He also offered us a towel and his attention was very kind and professional. It's because of services like this that we keep coming back. Excellent customer service! read more

This is my local car wash. Not a huge fan of the location because of the way you have to turn in. However, the workers have always been really nice. It was super busy this Sunday and they were doing good controlling the cars and making sure it wasn't too chaotic. Prices are okay. I spend time after and bring wipes to wipe down my car after vacuuming it, just a tip for y'all if you wanna really clean your car. No plans to go to another car wash! read more

I have been able to wash my car here and went by twice before. My only reason for this reviews to blame people that there is no Apple Pay as of October 2023. The Aug 2023 last time I washed my car here, a man that I presumed was the owner said that he is working on establishing apple pay. Otherwise, this place is a pretty good deal. A lot of third hand towels and air fresheners are affordable. Majority of the staff are kind and professional. read more

Such great service! they jumped my mom's car after her wash! Greatly appreciated! We will be coming here again!

Shoutout to Sandra & Tony! for helping me with my keys locked inside my car. They were able to help me getting my car unlocked

I thought they had a rewash policy if it rains the day after you pay for a wash? Well I went back today 12/3 and it rained over night in Placentia and was hassled and told me we will do it this time? I'm not asking for charity just what you say and with no attitude. The manager (I guess) was right there and said absolutely nothing and I commented to him if your the manager and have no comment on this seeing I'm upset with the handling of this situation well that's just lame. There's plenty of places to get my car washed but not here anymore. Yeah this is a little thing but it's principle and that always seems to get me. Customer service 1st! read more

I frequently use this car wash, but on November 30th, I chose the one-time $20 option instead of my membership because I was washing a different car. However, the car wash machine was set to the basic option for all cars. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues here. In the past, the tire cleaning machine didn't work, or the drying towel machine wasn't functioning. I've always been understanding and let it go, but when I visited at 10:30 AM on November 30th, I noticed all cars were only receiving the basic wash regardless of the selected option, which was very frustrating. When I complained to an employee, they offered me a free car wash, but honestly, I have no interest in getting a free wash. That kind of shallow response only made me angrier. Before entering the car wash, there's a screen on the left where you can confirm your selected wash option. Always check to ensure you're getting what you paid for.
