It still misses the back of the car. The vacuums are great, and I've never had to wait for one, unlike the one on Tustin Ave in Orange, which can get crazy busy. I do appreciate the longer drive-thru, so you're not stuck on the street waiting to pull in. Prices seem to keep going up, but sadly, that's everywhere. Still, the monthly program is worth it. Sometimes I'll just stop it because there's a smudge on my windshield and I'm too lazy to clean it myself.

Don't get me wrong because it's cheap, but I feel like they should send a notification for when the wash is closed, so we know ahead of time. The car wash still never has much of a wait, but sometimes, there isn't an employee there. Even if there is, they sometimes won't engage, and I have seen someone take their own dash wipes before. Not a big deal, but it's nice when they do offer. Thankfully, I have no more issues with the license plate reader, and the kiosk kind of lets you know it's working. I've been making it a habit to fully dry my car and vacuum afterwards, but the air compressor is very loud. I always feel my ear drums going numb after. I'm even trying to find a way to hold it at an angle to where it makes less noise, or wearing headphones/ear plugs. Yes, it's very noisy, and I can tell it hurts my ears. The auto-pay goes through every month, so it's pretty convenient. But the parking lot does get wet, so make sure you dry your shoes before returning to your car, unless you have a protective cover. Also, I'm glad I never have issues turning into and out of this corner.

Until recently, I had never experienced any issues. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will be canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. As I was entering the car wash today, an employee wearing glasses and a light-colored shirt (possibly beige) began whistling at me and aggressively yelled, "LET'S GO!" as if I were some kind of animal. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior. No one was waiting in line behind me, and there were only two other vehicles on the property--one already going through the wash and another at the vacuums. The interaction was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I couldn't address it at that moment because I had to keep my windows up while entering the wash. To make matters worse, when I exited the car wash, there was a significant amount of soap still left on my vehicle. I pulled around and politely asked another employee if I could go through the wash one more time to have the soap properly rinsed off. He refused. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me the manager had already left for the day. Rather than offering a reasonable solution, the employee proceeded to wipe the soap off my vehicle with a DRY towel, without my permission or any water to properly rinse the soap away. I immediately pulled my vehicle away and told him to stop because I did not want my paint potentially scratched or damaged. Instead of apologizing or attempting to resolve the situation, he continued making disrespectful remarks. As someone who has supported this business for several years and paid for a VIP membership for over a year, I expect two very basic things: a properly washed vehicle and respectful customer service. Today, I received neither. What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire situation could have been resolved by simply allowing me to run my vehicle through the wash again. Instead, I was met with rude behavior, dismissive attitudes, and absolutely no effort to make things right. This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It's disappointing to see a business treat a longtime, loyal, paying customer this way. I will be canceling my VIP membership and finding a car wash that values its customers and takes pride in the service it provides.

I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. The rear passenger-side window and rear glass have visible bubbles. Most of the bubbles shown in my photos appear to have particles trapped underneath the film, so I'm concerned these spots won't disappear as the tint cures. The rear window was redone, but it's already showing silvering around the raised defroster lines again. At night, headlights appear distorted and streaked through the rear window, making it harder to see clearly. This is a safety concern for me. I've also noticed what appears to be a scratch on one of my windows, and I'm concerned it may have happened during the tint work. On my first return visit, the technician told me it would "never be perfect." I'm not expecting absolute perfection, but I do expect a clean, professional installation with attention to detail. That comment was discouraging when I was trying to get visible problems addressed. The only Brightside to this was the customer service of the two guys at the register. Those guys customer service is impeccable. I appreciate that they attempted to fix the tint, and I really don't enjoy complaining, but repeatedly bringing the car back takes time. Based on my experience so far, I can't recommend their tint service.
