For an exterior wash only, it costed me $65 for my 4Runner. I think it's $45-55 for a regular sedan? Price depends on the size of your car. Yes, it's pricey, but man does he (forgot his name) do a great job! Besides just cleaning the whole base of the car, he cleaned the top rack, wheels, and the wheel wells. I can usually drop the car off any time. They take about an hour and a half, sometimes less and the car always looks good. I like that it is in the parking lot of Brea Mall, that way I can walk around, shop and grab a bite to eat. I took my car in for an extreme detail. The works. I've been coming to Image Auto Detailing occasionally for small detail jobs ( I didn't know Shawn back then ) and I was always very impressed with their attention to detail work. This time I brought in my San Marino Blue M6 for some major detail work, I wanted to get paint correction/tint all around/ceramic coating entire body + wheels + calipers and etc. So it was going to be a major work that would take a couple of days. When I thought of this major work I instantly thought of Image Auto Detailing since my experience with them was always great, however, I wanted to do some research and shop around different detailers to see whom I want to give this job to because I wanted someone that actually care and do the job like they own the car since this wasn't going to be a 1k or 2k job.  Prior to finalizing my decision to go with Shawn at Image Auto Detailing, I selected 6 different detailers around my area based on google search and reviews. Some of those detailers have many reviews but when I visited those stores I knew I didn't want to leave my car there, my primary goal is to find a shop that only works with a limited amount of cars per day not somewhere that gets the cars in and out quick to do more business in volume, these places do not have souls.. when I went to talk to them about what I want to do with my car and asked them for recommendations I couldn't connect with them and I was getting the impression that they are tired and don't really care for more business. I narrowed down my finalist to Shawn and Image vs another reputable shop in Orange but I ended up going with Shawn at Image because I felt his passion for his job from our conversation that he is very enthusiastic about cars. At my first meeting with him, he spent a good amount of time walking around my car to do the inspection and asked me a lot of questions to understand how I use my car and my needs and he made recommendations based on my needs. He could have upsold me with a lot of other stuff but he didn't and kept real with me. I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I had a friend recommend I get it wrapped in ceramic coating to protect it. I wasn't familiar with what this process looked like or what the benefits were until I began to do some research. My friend referred me to Shawn and his team at Image via Instagram and once I saw the quality of work he was cranking out I new I wanted to reach out and talk. $175 for a half ass wash and wax on an SUV is absurd. There were areas that still had wax I had to wipe off, there are still water spots and the interior was barely wiped down. Excellent work by Shawn. I brought in my 1998 4runner to get a paint correction and ceramic coat. He was very straightforward and gave me a timeline of what needed to be done. He was honest in what he could do and could not do with my car. Instead of overselling me on something, he made his recommendations of what could best be done to the car. He kept me up to date, providing pictures during every step of the process. He even went above and beyond and even cleaned the undercarriage. He spent easily an extra day on my car just to clean and polish it. The finished results as you can see are fantastic. In January, I bought my wife a Land Rover Discovery in midnight blue. Some Orange County seagulls has their way with this vehicle after a few weeks and when my wife cleaned it, there were deep scratches from bird excrement with tiny rocks and pebbles. We were both devastated after only buying the vehicle a few weeks prior. We thought the car was permanently ruined or we would need to spend thousands of dollars to repaint the SUV. We found Shawn's business because of its close proximity to Nordstrom. He was not only able to remove the scratches, put a ceramic coating and make the vehicle look better than it did on the showroom floor, he made us feel like it was his SUV and the craftsmanship out into the job was second to none. They do paint correction / ceramic coating that is the latest and greatest technology available. Shawn took the time to explain all the options and what was best for the vehicle and our budget. When we received the vehicle after it was completed, it exceeded our expectations. We have very high standards of service. A few months later I purchased a new Porsche in May. Even after driving it off the lot, custom build from Europe that had never been driven by a customer, there were slight swirls in the paint and scratches on the expensive rims. I was disheartened after spending a significant amount of money. Shawn and his team put ceramic tinting on the windows (significantly cooler and it looks amazing) but he suggested I do the entire vehicle and wheels with a specific ceramic coating. He spent a significant amount of time on the vehicle. It looks like a Porsche should. I get compliments on the paint because it looks like glass. He also restored the wheels that had scratches from the manufacturer. Shawn is truly an artisan and if you want to protect your investment, I'd highly recommend Shawn. Premium work! I recently got a Tesla model 3 in black and I knew it needed some protection ASAP. Tesla paint is notoriously soft. This location is extremely convenient as it is located in the parking garage at the brea mall. Shawn (owner) is legit and very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I noticed swirls in the paint but I had to leave for a 1500 mile road trip... when I got home I knew I'd have to find the right place for the job.
