I am extremely satisfied with the mobile detailing. Michael really takes his time and does an excellent detail job. I highly recommend Xcellence mobile detailing for anyone looking for a professional mobile detailing service. read more

If you're looking for mobile detailing service in OC stop right now and call Michael! He just finished detailing our 2020 RAV4 and I had to jump on here to leave a review ASAP. 1. He showed up on time. I was told he would be here at 9 and he was in the driveway at 8:59am. 2. He was incredibly thorough. He spent so much time and care on each step of the detailing process. This car is our family car. And anyone with a toddler knows our cars get destroyed. When we saw the end result it literally looked like it did when we bought it at the dealership brand new. 3. His pricing. I received several quotes from businesses on Yelp and his was one of the best. Now usually when the price is lower you expect lower quality work right? WRONG. I got way more than I paid for. The amount of pride he takes in his work is second to none. I'm not blowing smoke when I say this is the best wash and detail we've ever had, and we've had a lot of mobile details over the years. Now that you've read my review call Michael and thank me later. read more

Michael did a great job! My car was a mess with sand, dog hair, and covered in dirt. I asked for a car wash, wax, and interior cleaning and did he deliver. He took his time and really made my car look like new. read more

Working with Michael was great. I had a Standard Detailing package done to my Civic (interior & exterior). Great service - it's like stepping into a new car; the feeling is amazing. Great value. Highly recommend. read more

My car looks brand new! Michael took the time to literally clean every crevice in my car. I'm not sure I want to let anyone else get in it now. He was quick to respond, reasonably priced and very professional. THANK YOU! I will definitely be calling him again. read more

Great work, really professional communication and great attitude! We were working with another detailer here on Yelp, I won't mention the name, but they do have a number in their name... anyways they completely dropped the ball on us by just not responding or communicating with us properly. Contacted Xcellence mobile detailing and they saved the whole coating project with fast response time, clear and concise timelines, and great pricing! While they were doing the job, Mike texted me some pictures and progress updates, asked if I wanted them to touch up some parts around my car's door handle that had gotten scratched up (I said yes). Overall the experience for ceramic coating was very good and I highly recommend! read more

Attention to detail is key and Michael here is top notch. Definitely returning customer.

A week ago I had appointment with Michael. He came on time. Explained me what needs to be done here and did an excellent job. My car is really good looking now. Interior, exterior, wheels are very good now. Thank you again for coming on time and helping me out! read more

I called and left a message to set up a time to detail my car. Michael responded very quickly and we set a date and time. On the day of my appointment , he called to say that he would be a few minutes late, which was absolutely fine with me. He was only a bit past my scheduled time and was congenial, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. My car was a mess, and he spent extra time detailing it, and making it look brand new! I am so impressed with this young man, his responsible nature and great communication!. I highly recommend him and will be calling him back in a couple months to detail my car again. Thank you, Michael! read more

I did receive a quote from excellence Mobile detailing. However in my quote I specified I needed water supplied as there's no water at the location where the van is located. I did receive a timely response and a price however the price did not include anything that needed power or water. So based on that they are probably a very excellent service just not one I could choose to use at this time. read more

Michael was quick to respond and didn't give me any minimums like some other places that said there was a 4 vehicle minimum. He was prompt and most importantly did an awesome job washing/detailing my ID4. I will be definitely calling him again. read more

Initially I thought the price I was quoted was high, since I really only needed a car wash with some dog hair in the back seats. However, I was very pleased at the detail that was taken on the inside and outside. The car was looking better than I anticipated. I forgot the young mans name but he was professional and communicated the whole way through. I would recommend his services. read more

NOT BOTHER, I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD!! I called Mike on September 8 2023. I had gotten overspray paint on my truck. I sent Mike pictures of my truck so he could give me a quote. He said he would need to see the truck in person before giving a quote which I gave him my address. He was supposed to come over yesterday night. But never showed up. When I called him after our scheduled meet time he informed me he was still in Glendale. A call ahead of time would have been great saying, but he didn't consider calling me, instead I had to call him. So we agreed to meet on Sunday before noon, I said 11am. I waited until 1130am to call Mike again which he didn't answer and zero response. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Not professional at all and horrible communication with customers!! read more

I had two normal washes performed on my vehicles. Cars look perfect no scratches no problems with communication. Very nice young guy and the value of this man A+++++++++. I will be using them again just for the value alone. read more

Michael arrived on time and did a great job. I live in a complex with no driveways or access to a hose but he brought everything and got to work! He was quick and efficient. My car looks better than the day I got it. I could tell he put a lot of effort into addressing my main concern (my tire rims were in bad shape) and now they look brand new. I'll definitely reach out again for his services. read more

This is probably one of the best car washer I have ever experience, I had given many one star to car wash service before but Michael definitely did a very good job on my Benz c300. Thank you so much for the wax too! It took them two hours and thirty minutes to clean up but they never ask for more($) then they told me before. I will definitely come back to them again. read more

Xcellence Mobile Detailing - X6 rear view - Car Wash Near Me

Disappointed and confused. I reached out to Michael two days ago about a exterior wash and not only did he not show up, but he said to reschedule for today and also did not show up or respond. The first day, he eventually got back to me and explained his son had an emergency at school, so I guess can understand. However, I wish he had contacted me to let me know as soon as possible, instead of me having to reach out numerous times with no response. Additionally, I feel that he should've tried to communicate if he just didn't want to come or was busy from now on. Because I expected him today, as he said. It really upsets me to put down a negative review. I know people are trying to work hard and I would rather help a small business, but this is just unprofessional and confusing. Wish it didn't happen this way. I even messaged a bunch of other yelp pages until I settled with this one because he was responding well and seemed polite. Unfortunate encounter. I still need a car wash smh. read more

Excellent and timely service. My car looked fantastic when complete. They spent lots of time and attention making my car look great. I highly recommend. read more

I was searching all through Yelp for a mobile car wash service and kept getting outrageous quotes and spotty communication, but Xcellence Mobile Car Wash came through and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Very prompt responses and communication, came to my house on a Sunday and provided excellent service. Very reasonable price, did what he said, and an excellent wash inside and out. I found my go-to mobile car wash that I'll be using going forward. Thank you Michael! read more

10-10-2023. Today, a very nice, young professional worked on my 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE. I had this Oxidation issue on my top front roof that I had problems removing. I even had one car detailed guy worked on it and was not successful. Michael's expertise was exceptional. His professionalism was commendable. He made sure that before he worked on my minivan, my expectations will be met. Not only was he able to removed the oxidation, the shine on my minivan's paint is back. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Michael to all my relatives and friends. I just want to thank Michael for going above and beyond his work. I'm looking forward to having Michael as my car detailed guy from now on. Thanks again Michael. read more

So yesterday I was going to buy one of those car washes that are hand wash only you know like they don't put it through the machine. They just wash them by hand which I prefer because my car is black and I just don't want to take any chances and they were closed...grrrr... so I went on yelp to find a mobile detailer because my car seriously needed it and I found, Michael! He came down today. Did an amazing job charged me what they would probably have charged me at the actual car wash except I didn't have to go anywhere he came to me and I think that he did an absolutely amazing job. So I told him that I needed to share with everyone how good he was and especially because he's a very young entrepreneur and I love seeing hard-working kids making ish happen! So if you guys need your cars washed honestly, you will have absolutely no regrets. He will do the most amazing job. He's very detail oriented did not rush through the job. My car looks and smells so good! OK so you need your car wash reach out to Michael! This young man is legit hard-working. I reached out on yelp, and I pretty much stated that I was looking for a mobile car person and out of all the people that that message went out to he was the first one and I always say you snooze you lose, and I always go to the one that got there the quickest. No regrets! read more
