I did receive a quote from excellence Mobile detailing. However in my quote I specified I needed water supplied as there's no water at the location where the van is located. I did receive a timely response and a price however the price did not include anything that needed power or water. So based on that they are probably a very excellent service just not one I could choose to use at this time. read more

NOT BOTHER, I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD!! I called Mike on September 8 2023. I had gotten overspray paint on my truck. I sent Mike pictures of my truck so he could give me a quote. He said he would need to see the truck in person before giving a quote which I gave him my address. He was supposed to come over yesterday night. But never showed up. When I called him after our scheduled meet time he informed me he was still in Glendale. A call ahead of time would have been great saying, but he didn't consider calling me, instead I had to call him. So we agreed to meet on Sunday before noon, I said 11am. Disappointed and confused. I reached out to Michael two days ago about a exterior wash and not only did he not show up, but he said to reschedule for today and also did not show up or respond. The first day, he eventually got back to me and explained his son had an emergency at school, so I guess can understand. However, I wish he had contacted me to let me know as soon as possible, instead of me having to reach out numerous times with no response. Additionally, I feel that he should've tried to communicate if he just didn't want to come or was busy from now on. Because I expected him today, as he said. It really upsets me to put down a negative review. I know people are trying to work hard and I would rather help a small business, but this is just unprofessional and confusing. 10-10-2023. Today, a very nice, young professional worked on my 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE. I had this Oxidation issue on my top front roof that I had problems removing. I even had one car detailed guy worked on it and was not successful. Michael's expertise was exceptional. His professionalism was commendable. He made sure that before he worked on my minivan, my expectations will be met. Not only was he able to removed the oxidation, the shine on my minivan's paint is back. His price was very reasonable. So yesterday I was going to buy one of those car washes that are hand wash only you know like they don't put it through the machine. They just wash them by hand which I prefer because my car is black and I just don't want to take any chances and they were closed...grrrr... so I went on yelp to find a mobile detailer because my car seriously needed it and I found, Michael!
