Very nice and welcoming took a look at my cars condition before leaving it with him and then paid before leaving. They have a separate cashier office. There is plenty of places to sit couches inside and sitting outside. I opted to drop off and pick up later. Zack called when it was ready and it took about 3 hours. I don't have the before pictures but I haven't had a full detail on my car since I got it 2 years ago. So, it was definitely needed. Highly recommend I love the results already am getting compliments from Friends and family.

When I pulled up, I could see the different options for a car wash. I went with the premium wash. She handed me a wipe and car scent. That is a nice tough! Love that. My car always smells like.... car lol The car air freshener actually does some work lol The air fresheners that they give you seem to last too. My car went in dirty and came out clean lol That's a win haha However, my only criticism is that my car was not all the way dry when I left. The back end was wet still and some of the side and windows had spots. I'm bummed that it didn't dry my car completely. Overall, not a bad car wash. Wish the drying function was better though.

A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading.

While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don't expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service--especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for.

IT dries pretty well. I'm happy with my car washes here. What I like that is above and beyond compared to other car washes; they tape up your windshield wipers and things that could fly off or get messed up from the wash. How great is that? I also like how unique this car wash looks. The robot lady is pictured everywhere, and it reminds me of a comic book almost. It is fun and unique. It seems like a good value.

Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted -- and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly. They will happily take your money, damage your car, and pretend it never happened. You'll be left dealing with repairs and stress while they hide behind locked doors and voicemails. This is important when it comes to car washes, as the process allows for greater attention to detail and an overall superior result. Mechanical car washes tend to be indiscriminate and rough. Plus if you have a really expensive car you would not want it getting messed up by a machine and this is the solution to that issue. If you have specialty paint, or your vehicle is unusual in some way, this is also a good option. I've seen all sorts of different cars here from huge trucks to lowered vehicles. They offer the full range of standard car wash services from basic car washes, to detailing and waxing, to headlight restoration. They also have a ceramic coating treatment which I have been considering.
