I came in to wash my wife's car 7/7 at 5:45pm. i've genuinely had the worst experience here at this car wash. when i first got the membership months ago, i was told the $34.99 was the cheapest option. i later found out it wasn't. the guy at the front lied to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]i've had two separate cars within this time and first time i signed up my initial car, i went through fine. second time i tried to go into the car wash, they stopped me and had to verify my name, email, number, and card on file because they couldn't find my membership for some reason.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] it turned out to be that somehow i had another license plate that i never had put into my account. i never went back for months. [[HIGHLIGHT]]finally i got a new car with a temporary license plate (got it from the auction) and so i signed up my new cars license plate. i told them it was temporary. next time i go in, same problem. they can't find my license plate. i continue to have to show them my card on file, receipt, account, email, everything. i talked to one of the male managers one day and he said he would fix the license plate issue. meanwhile i am holding up the line for no reason mind you because ive been a paying customer for months. it was all so embarrassing. next time i go in, same problem. they can't find my account. they pull me off to the side because there's a huge line now. they have to tell all of the people in the cars to reverse to let me out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]at this point im so sick of this so i just tell the female manager that i want to cancel my membership. she says she will and that i still have the remainder of the month to wash my car. i say fine and leave. she was pleasant. she sends me an email later saying she's sorry about everything which was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] i wash my car a few times after that but am ready to move on. i just now got an email saying i have been charged once again even though the manager told me she would cancel my subscription. read more

Wow stopped by this location to get a quick wash on my car. I don't usually come to this location its a little out of my way. But they have the syaff here trying to give them 5 star review on uelp.or google for a free air freshener. REALLY you need your staff to do this just to get a good rating. This is crazy. My regular spot was full so I stopped to see if I could get a quick drive thru wash. I pulled in and i saw the cheapest wash was pretty much $13 when I can get that same wash cheaper elsewhere. I really miss when this place was before it got bought up by this company. Anyway I got that $10 elsewhere. read more

I always pass by this place but never had the chance to try it out. We were in the area so I stopped by here to get my mom's car washed. The gentleman at the kiosk took our wash order and was super friendly. We got the basic/good wash and it did a fantastic job on my mom's super dirty car. They provide clean towels to dry and super strong vacuums. I love the duck theme. The wash is thorough and priced competitively. It's just so cute to drive into this place. I was actually surprised at how well this wash turned out. I usually go to places where you drop your car off and sit around for over an hour and it costs over 100$ (and your car does come out nice) but this was Sunday afternoon and everywhere else was closed. So quick quack was pretty busy but moved quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff was nice and efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Its a drive thru: someone greets you at the front to choose your service and to pay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the ceramic duck wash because I had a fat bird doody on the side of my car and someone had written "wash me" on my window. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I CLEARLY did not know what i was doing because the second clerk had to specifically tell me to go neutral and stop turning my wheel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But then the wash was quick and cool. They project an image of the duck mascot. The ride was very short and I was skeptical of how clean my car might look after and I was pleasantly surprised!! I parked in their vacuum stall and used the provided towels to wipe off any stubborn spots and their vacuum suction was strong as heck. It pulled up so much debris and dog hair from my floor. I might seriously consider becoming a member because my car looks great for much cheaper than I anticipated. read more

This is getting ridiculous. The vacuums and air compressor at this location have been down for over a month. When I ask staff for an update, they have no information and just tell me to contact corporate. I'm paying $40/month for the unlimited ceramic package and haven't been able to use basic services like the vacuums. I've had to go out of my way to other locations because of ongoing issues here. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. There's been no communication, no timeline for repairs, and no compensation or discount despite us paying for services we can't use. For the record, I've already filed multiple complaints with corporate and received no response. read more

I recently went to this car wash, right before I cancelled my membership. I have been a Quick Quack member for a couple years now. It has been a good carwash overall. However, the quality has declined over time. The washers don't clean your car all the way, or it isn't completely dry when you leave. Sometimes the vacuums and broken or they don't have any towels available. I also don't think the car wash is managed well when they have teenagers instructing people how to drive in to the carwash. These kids don't care about my car and look like they dislike their jobs lol I'm on the hunt for a new car wash! I plan on shopping around for the best deal and best quality. read more

I've been paying a little over $60 a month for memberships for two cars, but recently it has become incredibly frustrating. For about a month now, the vacuum machines haven't been working at all. Half the reason for paying for a premium car wash membership is being able to conveniently clean the inside of your vehicle. Because their equipment has been down for so long, I've had to drive to other places just to vacuum my cars. This means I'm spending extra money out of pocket on top of the monthly Quick Quack membership fee I'm already paying. It's really disappointing to keep getting charged full price when half the service is unavailable. The right thing to do would be for management to offer members some kind of money back or an account credit for the weeks we haven't been able to use the vacuums. Until they fix this and make it right, I can't recommend it read more

if you don't like cleaning your car like me, you'll want to get a monthly membership at quick quack. I'm in a mid-distance relationship with my boyfriend and end up driving from victorville and fullerton several times a week. it means my car gets dirty and dusty FAST given how frequently i'm introduced to the dry high desert heat. but i can't complain because i actually love taking my car to quick quack. if you register your car for the membership, i'd say you get your money's worth if you take it through a wash once or twice a week. it also helps that the cute soaps they spray your car with are colorful. as a DIY type of person, i love cleaning the interior myself. not only do i get to feel productive on the days i don't, i also get to see people's cute little pups hanging out on the top of their cars. read more
