Pleasure doing business with you. I'm the type that only reviews when something sucks, so this is above and beyond for me lol. Lazell doesn't mess around with detailing. I honestly didn't think my car could ever look that good again. I'm cheap and been spending like $20-50 max for car washes, but wow did I get what I paid for. Because of being used to cheap car washes I also came back after an hour to check, but bro was serious. He kept detailing until it was shining. Overall was like 2.5 hrs but for what I got, I have zero complains and nothing but praise. Thanks again Lazell! read more

Phenomenal work. Amazing customer service. Outstanding detail. Lazell really takes his craft to heart and I'm so happy to have found his independent owned business. Wow detailing goes by wow for a reason! He left both of our cars in stellar condition. Not only will we be recommending all our friends and family to him but we ourselves will continue to come back for all our car cleaning needs. Prices are so fair and reasonable for the level of care he takes to make sure you are happy with your car and service. He has over 15 years of experience in the trade and has even begun a power washing sister company. Thank you Lazell, this was our first time and we were so pleased with the results! read more

Instagram came through with this particular sponsored ad. Clicked on Wow's profile and looked over his page. Loved his work and I'm all for supporting black businesses because that's extremely rare in Orange county. I booked my mom the wow experience because her car wasn't washed for MOOOOOONTHS! She's been in and out of the hospital on top of our beloved King Louie passing shit went to the wayside :( So when mom's was coming back home and we were getting a new puppy. I wanted to make sure the car was in tip top shape. Booking with Lazell is super easy. Very straightforward website. Just pick a location and bam he shows up. If he's running late, he lets you know . Never more than 10 minutes. I chose Citrus park by my mom's house , dropped off the keys and walked back to her house and drove my ass back home lol. A few short hours and my mom's car was ready. I pulled up and wow her car looked so good. He also posts the before , during and after process and omg my mom's car was diiiiiirty inside and out. Seeing the upholstery getting steamed and suctioned was interesting. You don't realize how much guck or whatever else is going on within your seats and carpeting until you see his IG stories . My sister and I were in impressed. I just knew I needed to book him for myself. So finally it was my turn and I went with his most basic option for detail which literally is the best way to go instead of going to the carwash because those mofos would charge me 50 on top of tip for a bullshit "hand wash" and no interior cleaning -_- . Make it make sense. They really tried me just because my car is lowered and can't go in the conveyor PSSH. So yea I'm sticking with Wow detailing for my carwash needs. One on one hands on love to my car without the carwash wait is the way to go. I just walk to the park by house to drop and get my baby. My sister even did this detail right after mine. My fat tires never looked so good! The sheen was amazing. I can now add my new bling floor rugs . My sister loved the results of their family car just like she did when we did the wow experience. Lazell and his partners work hard and he's super kind and the end result will leave you satisfied. This is when social media comes in handy . read more

This review is soo long overdue! I've been slacking on reviews major, 2021 and the beginning of 2022 hasn't been so good to us. My sister originally found WOW back in November for us, we hadn't had our HK mobile washed in months and were preparing to bring home our new pup. Somehow my sister found WOW Detailing on IG and booked him asap! Lazell did a big detail for us the first time and what a world of a difference! He turned our dirty car into a sparkly new HK mobile! He is very meticulous with his work and goes above and beyond. This isn't your run of the mill basic bitch car wash LOL! The inside of our car felt like a brand new car! Fast forward to today, my sister booked appointments for her car and mine, Lazell works fast especially with his partner! They did both of our cars in a timely manner. He met us at a park down the street from her house which was so convenient. He comes prepared and really knows what he is doing! For the quality of work it is well worth the price! It beats going to a subpar car wash and paying that same amount of money and leave unsatisfied. I highly recommend WOW detailing! You really be WOW'ed! ^__^ read more

Lazell showed up a few mins prior to the scheduled time, he was super friendly, and did an amazing job! I had taken my car on a long road trip, so you can imagine all the bugs, mud, and debris... but he brought it back to life! Thanks again for the wonderful wash!!! Will definitely use again! read more

Wow my dirty work truck looks amazing! Wow. I'll be back soon with my other cars . Thanks for giving me a great wax job!

Wow did a great job washing inside and out and was very timely. I needed it done soon and they came out next day. Will book again.

Great value, quality, and customer service. Lazell was quick and responsive the whole way through, making this process so incredibly easy. He had my car interior shampooed and looking/smelling brand new. I am a loyal customer now read more

2nd review for Wow Detailing! Called Lazelle last year for deep interior cleaning on my Civic. Called him again for a hand wash and was amazed as always. I also needed 1 seat to be washed/cleaned due to food spill and worked with me on the price for only that spot. Also did a full vacuum. He is as courteous as always and wants to make sure you receive what you requested. WOW Detailing should have your business in having your cars taken care of. You won't be disappointed! read more

I requested an express detail on my mothers toyota corolla for her birthday and I am 100% pleased with the service. I was only charged $75 which was amazing, but then I was continually blown away by Lazell's communication, effort, and thoroughness. He was absolutely amazing and I will most definitely book a service with them again. I recommend this business to absolutely everyone with a vehicle. read more

After moving, I had to find a new car detailing place. My car needed a clean and during my research I found WOW Detailing. I was able to book an appointment online the very next day. Lazell was right on time and provided amazing customer service! He also did an amazing job of cleaning the exterior and interior of my car (I had a lot of dog fur and I DONT SEE ANY AT ALL ANYMORE). The price was so affordable for the quality of work. Wow Detailing is going to be my go to moving forward! read more

Amazing!!! They are responsive, communicative, timely, and professional. They did 4 of our vehicles, a sedan, two SUVs, and a big truck. They did a fantastic job on each of them. They look like new! I highly recommend them!!! read more

Wow is right! Found this company via Yelp and saw all the great reviews. Contacted them to set up an appointment, they were quick to respond and directed me to their website to book an appointment. Very easy booking system. Day of, Lazell let me know when he would arrive and let me know when he arrived. He was so friendly and let me know that the full detail would take several hours. For the full inside and outside detail, it did take about 4.5 hours. The work he put in was amazing and my car looked better then the day I bought it from the dealership. Just wow. I can't believe the shine on my car. Very professional and high quality work. Price for a full detail seems high, but after researching several detail places, this is the standard price around the area. Wow is a mobile service which came to my home verses me driving and waiting at a location, which in my mind makes Wow the better value. I highly recommend Lazell and Wow Detailing to anyone looking for top of the line detailing. read more

I had my car detailed a year ago with WOW and because of the amazing job they did I hadn't really had my car was or detailed since. So I reached out to schedule and they came to my work and detailed my car and when I tell you they do not disappoint with the quality of work they do. I will continue using WOW and also recommending to friends and family.. I promise if you book your appointment you won't be disappointed . Thank you for the great customer service you have and for remembering me after it being a year long read more

Lazell responded quickly for Veterans Day when others request advanced notification or won't pick up the phone. He confirmed the timeframe like requested, was punctual, was understanding when I was late (5 mins) and still maintain great customer service throughout. He had better pricing than other local businesses but what sold me was his willingness to be available on the same day. As he's washing your car, you can tell he pays attention to details while hustling to get it done for you in a timely manner. He was even flexible enough to wash both cars (since he was already there). I would def come to him for all my car wash needs. Thank you, Lazell! read more

1st time customer - recommendation from a friend. Super happy with the great detail on my new car! She looked like an abandoned vehicle thanks to our summer weather. WOW to say the least!! I would give Lazell 1 million stars if I could!!! I have been trying to get these stains out my seats for 2 years and he was able to do it in no time!! He was extremely responsive and communicative. I live in an apartment building and he was willing to work with me. Not to mention I accidentally left my car lights and my battery died and me happily gave me a jump too. My wife needed her car detailed inside and out after we took a long trip to the mountains. We contacted Lazell to see if he could come late in the day. He was super accommodating. Third isn't always the charm, in this case it was the fourth. Very easy setting up the service and booking online. I appreciate the headsup as they make their way to my place. Once they arrived they started working on it and finished fast, which was what i needed at this time since i have prior appointments on a weekend. I appreciate so much their punctuality since i had other detailing services where they kept pushing up the time and ended up wasting my time waiting and waiting. As you can see from the pictures, they are not just fast but also amazing! Its also a plus that their prices are reasonable for the quality of their work. Will definitely be checking more of their services in the future! read more
