Prompt response, fair prices, great service, I liked the job he did on my wife's car, so I did mine as well.

Q responded quickly through Yelp, and was able to come out to my office the next morning. He did a fantastic job on my car that had become absurdly dirty and covered in water spots. Definitely recommend if you're in Orange County. read more

Justin did a great job. He was very caring and understanding when I advised that my car experienced a dead battery and he would need to do his detailing in an inconvenient location. I was able to get my car jump started by AAA when he was done and drove it to the dealer for repair. read more

I contacted Q's Mobile Detail for ceramic coating paint protection services for my new Lexus vehicle and Quenton answered all my questions prior to booking my appointment with them. He and Jeff worked diligently to get the job completed in a timely manner. He used a 10h (hardness) graphene ultra glossy ceramic coating for 5 year protection. He is very knowledgeable, informative and took the time to make it clear what I was ordering for my new vehicle. I highly recommend Q's Mobile Detail for this service. He also does paint correction headlight restoration scratch removal and much more besides standard detailing. We will be using his services again and thank you for coming out for this job. My vehicle looks amazing. Fair prices and high quality work go hand and hand win win. He beat the dealer price by far. read more

Great customer service, quick communication and convenient scheduling! Would use again!

Absolutely blown away by Quenton at Q's Mobile Detail! I texted him at 714-423-9423 and he came right to my place in YL. Today he did a full exterior-only detail on my 2015 Ford Fusion, and I swear this car looks better than the day I bought it! The paint is mirror-smooth and swirl-free, the trim and wheels are shining like crazy, glass is spotless, tires dressed perfectly--every inch of the outside is showroom flawless. He even took the time to clay bar and polish out some light scratches I thought were permanent. Super professional, showed up on time, great communication, and the convenience of him coming to me is a game-changer. Quenton clearly knows his stuff and takes pride in making cars look incredible. Next visit I'm booking the full interior too because if the outside looks THIS good, I can only imagine what he'll do inside! If you're in Orange County and want your car to turn heads again, call Quenton at Q's Mobile Xpress Wash & Detail. "Because Convenience Matters" -- and so does this level of perfection! 100% recommend! Thanks again, Quenton! read more

Q (the owner) is phenomenal! He answered my yelp inquiry within 15 min, on a Sunday! We picked a time and I gave him the address. A few hours later I realized I double booked and needed to reschedule. Can I tell you how this man moved mountains to get me in very next day?! He totally changed his schedule to fit in a random new client. He arrived 30 min early (so thoughtful) and still spent 2.5 hours on my car. The price is steep but between gas, electricity, time, and elbow grease--it's worth it to go with his company. My car is immaculate!!! read more

Amazing work. Fast, reliable, high value service. They came to me which is very convenient. Highly recommend Qs mobile detail.

My old 14 year old car looks new! i can now keep it for another 14 years! very professional, good communication, and on time!

Sooooo I have a child, and my car is like my office... enough said. Recently had a major spill of milk and needed Q's expertise. He is super professional and prompt. I was able to schedule him next day. My car looks as clean (and smells) as it was when I bought it. The cost was $200 for only the interior but it was well worth it, my car desperately needed some TLC. That price included the carpet cleaning and extraction and the very detailed clean of every crevice. So grateful that Quenton was able to oblige. He also accepts Zelle Thank you Quenton!!!!! read more

Great service! Quenton reached out to me within in hour of my service request. He provided thorough details explaining how he would be able to restore my very dirty headlights and interior windshield and he was able to schedule a visit to take a look the next day. There was about 18 years of build up on the headlights. I wish I had taken before pics, they were basically yellow and they now look brand new. And the windshield is 100% clear. The service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Q's. Thanks Quenton! read more

Wow. Paid 375 for a mobile detailing. Q assured me the inside would be concentrated on in the detail. I had him detail the Prius my daughter sometimes uses but had been sitting for about 8 months. I paid before he was done, wax outside looked good. When I finally had a chance after working it was totally NOT detailed on the inside. Mirrors under shades not clean. Crevices like seatbelt connections in back not clean. Heck, the plastic foot may In drivers side carpet wasn't even TOUCHED. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

My husband and I (plus 4 kids) borrowed my moms car for a couple of weeks, that was a lot of wear and tear on her light colored interior. I promised her I would get her car back to pristine condition, well I definitely didn't do any of the work other than to reach out to Quentin. He was very responsive, showed up not only on time but a few minutes early. He called me and said a mini detail wouldn't work she was in much need of a full detail. We came to an agreement on the price and off he went, in just a few hours the car looks practically new! If you need any vehicle cleaning service don't hesitate, book now, you'll be glad you did. Thank you so much Quentin I really appreciate you and look forward to working with you in the future on any of our family cars. read more

UPDATE ON FIRST REVIEW WHICH I JUST REMOVED because I felt it was too wordy. When Quentin first came over to me as I was showing him the car, we were standing face to face just a couple feet apart, on the sidewalk near the street, when he (while I was mid sentence), hacked a loogie out, right in front of my face, onto the sidewalk! Bring a rain jacket and watch for FLYING SPIT! Didn't do a good job on car and decided to skip the back entirely. I wasn't home when he said he was done and he texted photos at opportunistic angles where you couldn't see the debris, dog hair, dirt and/or grime remaining on the seats and in all the cracks and crevices, nor did he take pictures of the areas that he never even touched, such as the entire 3rd row rear seat and back hatch. I told him and he witnessed that I had a short hair dog thus dog hair, but it wasn't a huge amt of hair and he didn't say it was a problem. To his credit, he agreed to come back but it took 2 weeks. And by then it was awkward, who wants to be put in that position? read more

PLEASE GO SEE MY PICTURES TO SEE HIS TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK. THESE ARE PICTURES AFTER THE DETAILING QUENTIN GAVE TO MY CAR. AND THE GUY WAS STILL ARGUING WITH ME THAT HE DID CLEAN EVERYTHING WITH DETAIL..... Quentin had a good response time and made the appointment as good as possible. I asked for a full car detailing for my grandmothers vehicle but let him know that the interior is where i wanted the focus of the detailing to be. The day off, he delayed my appointment by 1 hour. I was going over what would be detailed and was told that the outside would not he detailed OR EVEN DO a BASIC CLEAN and do a detail only on the interior. I had to settle for that since he said he did not have time to do the exterior. When i came back to pick up my car.... the carpet was just wet and still dirty. but the worst part is he said he detailed all of the inside... there was dust and dirt still on the panels, spilled drink and crumbs... i even found some trash inside.... it was obviously dirty, and he was arguing with me that he cleaned it. I asked him to touch the panel so he could feel the dirt. He felt it and was wiping it off with his hands and started saying he doesn't clean suv's and complaining, saying I'm too picky. Honestly, it was pure negligence and laziness.... this was supposed car detailing?????? I've never really been unhappy with any service(s) in my life as I am typically always happy with what I get.... but wow!!!!! This was something else. I am highly highly dissatisfied! And upset that i spent any money on this. GO TO CAR WASH OR Go to a shop FOR DETAILING and do not go to this guys home to get a car detailing. I canceled my Sunday appointment with him that i had for another car. Terrible!!!! I went to a car wash immediately afterward and had to do a detailing of the interior there, minus the carpets. They took a look and confirmed with me that he didn't even clean the carpets. There was still so much dirt thag obvious inside the car, and while they were cleaning the inside of the car, all the panels, they said so much dirt was coming off. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Q's Auto Detailing!! I got the interior of my car detailed as the seats were stained so badly (it was embarrassing to drive it). I didn't think those stains would EVER come out, but now my car looks brand new!! I was completely shocked! I'm the kind of person that NEVER writes reviews, but I had to for Q's! read more

Needed to get my mom's Prius detailed for my niece to drive for a while. By "needed" I should say the inside of the car needed it (3 years worth) bad! Found a couple of 5 star places on Yelp - one in LB and one close to me in Anaheim - the one in LB had a Yelp deal, but with travel charges ended up the same cost. Decided to go with Q's for a few reasons - would rather support a local business, and they were better able to accommodate my schedule - in fact they were willing to go out of their way to adjust the schedule for me if needed. The Q in Q's is for owner/operator Quenton - He and his brother Steven were on time, professional, hard working family guys that appreciated my business, genuinely cared about doing a good job - and my satisfaction. Most of the pics are of finished cars - I'm including pics of the guys working and their rig - they were fine with me hanging out, taking pictures and asking questions. I think you can tell from the pics how hard they work. The front mats were pretty bad - I had already priced new ones - Quenton said they would be about 80% better after they were finished and I should decide then - I think he shot a little low - more like 90% of what they looked like new - no need to spend about $150 for new mats! Most of the car looked like new - I was very happy with the job. It ran about $170 which was pretty comparable to others and the car wash - they worked a couple of hours nonstop, and best of all - right in my driveway. I didn't have to worry about who was working on the car - or things disappearing. At the same time, my wife's Hummer was at he car wash being detailed - $225 - she had a gift certificate - the car wash job came out pretty well also, but her Hummer was pretty clean in he first place - and they didn't finish - Had to pick it up the next day! One of the tell-alls was when I asked about my truck, they said I needed to take it in for a wet color sanding - they could detail my truck, but felt it needed more and I'd be happier if I took it for a different treatment. Honesty works for me! These are good guys - hard working local businessmen who provide good service at a fair price and are deserving of your support. I'm certain I'll be using them again! read more
