Q (the owner) is phenomenal! He answered my yelp inquiry within 15 min, on a Sunday! We picked a time and I gave him the address. A few hours later I realized I double booked and needed to reschedule. Can I tell you how this man moved mountains to get me in very next day?! He totally changed his schedule to fit in a random new client. He arrived 30 min early (so thoughtful) and still spent 2.5 hours on my car. Today he did a full exterior-only detail on my 2015 Ford Fusion, and I swear this car looks better than the day I bought it! UPDATE ON FIRST REVIEW WHICH I JUST REMOVED because I felt it was too wordy. When Quentin first came over to me as I was showing him the car, we were standing face to face just a couple feet apart, on the sidewalk near the street, when he (while I was mid sentence), hacked a loogie out, right in front of my face, onto the sidewalk! Bring a rain jacket and watch for FLYING SPIT! Didn't do a good job on car and decided to skip the back entirely. I wasn't home when he said he was done and he texted photos at opportunistic angles where you couldn't see the debris, dog hair, dirt and/or grime remaining on the seats and in all the cracks and crevices, nor did he take pictures of the areas that he never even touched, such as the entire 3rd row rear seat and back hatch. I told him and he witnessed that I had a short hair dog thus dog hair, but it wasn't a huge amt of hair and he didn't say it was a problem. To his credit, he agreed to come back but it took 2 weeks. And by then it was awkward, who wants to be put in that position? read more

I asked for a full car detailing for my grandmothers vehicle but let him know that the interior is where i wanted the focus of the detailing to be. The day off, he delayed my appointment by 1 hour. I was going over what would be detailed and was told that the outside would not he detailed OR EVEN DO a BASIC CLEAN and do a detail only on the interior. I had to settle for that since he said he did not have time to do the exterior. When i came back to pick up my car.... the carpet was just wet and still dirty. but the worst part is he said he detailed all of the inside... there was dust and dirt still on the panels, spilled drink and crumbs... i even found some trash inside.... it was obviously dirty, and he was arguing with me that he cleaned it. I asked him to touch the panel so he could feel the dirt. He felt it and was wiping it off with his hands and started saying he doesn't clean suv's and complaining, saying I'm too picky. Honestly, it was pure negligence and laziness.... this was supposed car detailing?????? I've never really been unhappy with any service(s) in my life as I am typically always happy with what I get.... but wow!!!!! This was something else. I am highly highly dissatisfied! And upset that i spent any money on this. GO TO CAR WASH OR Go to a shop FOR DETAILING and do not go to this guys home to get a car detailing. I canceled my Sunday appointment with him that i had for another car. Terrible!!!! I went to a car wash immediately afterward and had to do a detailing of the interior there, minus the carpets. They took a look and confirmed with me that he didn't even clean the carpets. There was still so much dirt thag obvious inside the car, and while they were cleaning the inside of the car, all the panels, they said so much dirt was coming off. read more

Needed to get my mom's Prius detailed for my niece to drive for a while. By "needed" I should say the inside of the car needed it (3 years worth) bad! Found a couple of 5 star places on Yelp - one in LB and one close to me in Anaheim - the one in LB had a Yelp deal, but with travel charges ended up the same cost. Decided to go with Q's for a few reasons - would rather support a local business, and they were better able to accommodate my schedule - in fact they were willing to go out of their way to adjust the schedule for me if needed. The Q in Q's is for owner/operator Quenton - He and his brother Steven were on time, professional, hard working family guys that appreciated my business, genuinely cared about doing a good job - and my satisfaction. Most of the pics are of finished cars - I'm including pics of the guys working and their rig - they were fine with me hanging out, taking pictures and asking questions. I think you can tell from the pics how hard they work. The front mats were pretty bad - I had already priced new ones - Quenton said they would be about 80% better after they were finished and I should decide then - I think he shot a little low - more like 90% of what they looked like new - no need to spend about $150 for new mats! Most of the car looked like new - I was very happy with the job. It ran about $170 which was pretty comparable to others and the car wash - they worked a couple of hours nonstop, and best of all - right in my driveway. I didn't have to worry about who was working on the car - or things disappearing. At the same time, my wife's Hummer was at he car wash being detailed - $225 - she had a gift certificate - the car wash job came out pretty well also, but her Hummer was pretty clean in he first place - and they didn't finish - Had to pick it up the next day! One of the tell-alls was when I asked about my truck, they said I needed to take it in for a wet color sanding - they could detail my truck, but felt it needed more and I'd be happier if I took it for a different treatment. Honesty works for me! These are good guys - hard working local businessmen who provide good service at a fair price and are deserving of your support. I'm certain I'll be using them again! read more

I was recommended Q's by a friend who is extremely selective about who he lets touch his car, so I knew they had to be good. Quenton and Steve have always been great about setting appointments with my super random schedule! It's extremely convenient that they are able to come to me, and are always in contact during servicing and always on time. Aside from the great customer service, the job is always fantastically done.
