I found The Smart Mobile Detailer on Yelp and gave Alex, the owner, a call literally right before closing. Even though it was last minute, he was more than willing to help me out. My car had a lot of tar stuck along the side, and Alex and his team went above and beyond to get it looking spotless. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new again! The next day, I noticed there was still a little bit of tar on the plastic trim above the wheel wells. I reached out to Alex, and without hesitation, he immediately took the initiative to send one of his guys out that same day to take care of it. That's the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days. If you're looking for a car wash, auto detailing, or simply a business that truly stands behind their work and takes care of their customers, I highly recommend The Smart Mobile Detailer. Alex and his team are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about doing the job right. I'll definitely be back! read more

These guys have been great! I spoke with Alex, who was responsive and professional to schedule a detail wash of my Rivian and Tesla. Sebastian came out, at the scheduled time - rare these days - and did a great job. Both cars look new inside and out, which is no small feat with 3 young kids. Even took the car seats out to really clean the seats. Very impressed. Had to smile when I saw the cars later. On top of that, they come to your house for not much more than you would pay for a hand wash down the street, but you get to sit in the comfort of your own home/business. It's great, highly recommend! read more

Outstanding experience with Smart Mobile Detailer! I had just returned from a long road trip, and my Ram 1500 was covered in bugs, road grime, dust, and dirt. I wasn't sure it would ever look clean again, but Jerry did an incredible job bringing it back to like-new condition. Alex was extremely responsive via text and made scheduling quick and easy. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jerry was professional, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. He thoroughly cleaned both the exterior and interior, and the truck looked amazing when he was finished. The bug splatter on the front end and windshield was completely gone, the paint looked refreshed, and the interior was spotless. What impressed me most was the quality of the work and the convenience of having everything done at my home. It's clear that Alex and Jerry take pride in providing top-notch service and making sure customers are happy. If you're looking for a reliable mobile detailing service, I highly recommend Smart Mobile Detailer. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be using them again for my Ram 1500. Alex Garcia, and his team were very informative, professional, and so easy to deal with. I felt comfortable with him from the start. Their work was 5 star, and their pricing was very competitive. Did a great job on my Tesla. It hadn't been detailed for a long time, was pretty dirty, so it definitely needed a lot of work tbh. Alex was solid from start to finish, easy to work with. The paint came out better than new, and they were able to get rid of the hard water spots that had been bothering me. Also did a thorough job on the interior, cleaned up the seats, carpets, glass, trim, all the small areas. read more

This was my first time ever getting my car professionally detailed, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with Alex and Jerry at The Smart Mobile Detailer. We had Jerry come to our house to detail one vehicle, and we also took two cars to their shop. Every single one came back looking incredible. My black truck had stains on the seats that had been there for years. I truly didn't think they would ever come out. When I got it back, the seats looked brand new. On top of that, the paint correction on my truck made it look like it just rolled off the lot. My wife's car has a leather interior, and it also looked brand new when they were done. The level of detail, care, and quality of work was outstanding across all three vehicles. Overall, it was a great experience working with Alex, Jerry, and their team. Whether you need them to come to you or prefer to take your car to their shop, they do it all and they do it extremely well. Highly recommend Smart Mobile Detailer! read more

Absolutely worth more than every penny. They do such fine work I feel like I should have paid double. Alex and team had to contend with my vehicle which had the most incredibly eicked hard water stains known to man. Not only did these guys get those out, they made the vehicle look brand new again even though it's been sitting in the sun for 4 years. They even got behind the door cracks and crevices and cleaned what other detailers had missed over the years. Highly recommended. Can't go wrong. You're crazy to go anywhere else. read more

Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional. The team arrived late, rushed the job, and the final result was unsatisfactory. For the price paid, I expected much better attention to detail. I will not be using their services again. read more

Booked a mobile wash after doing a lot of research because I'm really picky about swirls on my black car. I asked a ton of questions beforehand about their process which they explained and made me feel comfortable. They took their time and the results show. Alex and Damyen were both great. Communicative and true attention to detail. Saved in my contacts list already. read more

Great communication and amazing service! I took my car in for a ceramic tint. Alex and his attention to detail helped me decide what kind of tint would work best for me. If you're looking for quality work, look no further. Alex & his team do phenomenal work and hold themselves to the highest of standards. One thing I will say on that note though, don't rush the process. Good work is not fast and fast work is not good. Just like good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good, keep these things in mind. Let this team do what they do best and give them the proper time to do it, you'll be happy with the results every time. Anytime I have someone looking for top notch paint correction work, PPF, Ceramic coating or just regular quality washing and they're willing to PAY for GREAT work, I ALWAYS send them here and I've been doing so for years. Not once have I had someone I referred here hit me up after saying they were dissatisfied. Quite the opposite, actually. If you're looking for cheap &/or fast work, this isn't the place for you. Top tier quality will cost you a bit more time and money, but it'll also leave you standing and staring at your ride in absolute awe once it's done. Trust me, it's worth it. read more

What a nightmare it has been working with Alex, I was promised and told by Alex that my car would be ready by Sunday afternoon. I had dropped off my car Friday for a front PPF and window tinting. I was givien a price for the job and if I paid early I would get a discount. I honored and paid Alex early, this was my mistake. Note: Please make sure DO NOT pay for your job in advance. He then calls me Sunday and lets me know he isn't able to compete the job and needed till Monday 9am. I had previously told him that I needed the car done by Monday 9am because I'm shipping the car and this needs to be done. I had it booked for the carrier to come get it Monday and he messages me Monday before 9am stating that he needed till 11am. So I had to cancel and rebook my car for the next day. Which cost me extra. Then he messages me the next day and has the same issues and needed my car till 12pm. At this point I was really pissed off since I had to cancel the carrier a third time and also had to deal with dumb carriers because of Alex. Run an honest business and you'll go a long way. I was going to bring my other cars, but with my experience I would never let this company touch my car again. I wanted to help local/small businesses but this guy does not know how to run a business and be honest reliable person. I would highly suggest not paying this guy in advance. He will have you wait days to complete if you do that. From the other photos looks like he also doesn't pay his employees who do jobs for him. read more

Alex detailed my car, and it has never looked better. He cleaned the engine bay and the car interior and made it look brand new. The work on the headlights though deserves a special mention. Alex is the man. Simply put, if you love your car and care about the paint and always keeping it glossy, you shouldn't let anyone but Alex handle your car. He ceramic coated my car a little over a year ago and I'm far more than happy with the results and how it's held up over time. My car looks glossier than most cars even when it hasn't had a wash in weeks! His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he puts out. If you want cheaper, just know you get what you pay for. But with Alex, his prices seem like a steal when you see your car when he's all done with it. He will come to you and ceramic coat your car on site! Talk about convenience! read more

Highly recommended detailer! This company uses all the Hightech offered for detailing. The super foam is awesome and covers 110% of the vehicle for supreme washing. The gentleman Alex is top notch and cares about he's work and the details of each job. I first gave him my wife's Tesla to see how he would perform. He went over and Beyond of a simple wash and detail. Of course I had him do my other cars and I'm happy to say, I finally found someone I can trust to come weekly to take care of my personal cars. Also, he did a few jobs for my work related stuff and removed a nasty vinyl wrap job that was botched and old. It took him a 1 1/2 of hard labor and he still only wanted to charge me half of what other company's were charging. Kudo's to Smart detailers! read more

Alex came to my work and spent three hours detailing my BMW. I asked for the "works" and he definitely gave my car the "WORKS"! I'm trying to sell my BMW and it needed to be detailed inside and out. He suggested the carpets to be shampooed, leather treatment on the interior and of course a good wax detail on the exterior. After Alex handed me my keys and said it was all done, I went outside and was amazed... My BMW looked better than when I bought it!!
