Wow, I must say the service is on point! I made a Yelp request for same day service for my Tesla Model X and Porsche Taycan and Road Ready Rinse was on the way! I've had mobile service before but not at this level. He was very professional, incredibly thorough with the cleaning both inside and out of the vehicle and to say the work was immaculate is an understatement. Service for each vehicle was about an hour each but the wait was definitely worth it! My cars looked like I just drove it off the lot! You should have seen how filthy they were before he worked his magic on them. I would highly recommend this mobile service for many reasons. He came to clean my car and while he was nice and did a good job on the sides and back he had forgotten to do the front and left it still really dirty. I asked him to come back to clean it but no response unfortunately. I wasn't going to leave a review being as Alex tried to make it right monetarily but then after taking another look at my truck this morning I noticed so much more missed. I paid 130 for a clay bar and wash and wax with interior clean no shampoo. He left and was driving away from my truck before I even had a chance to take a look at it (in hindsight this should have been a huge red flag but I missed it.) I flagged him down and asked him how he wanted to be paid. He said zelle and I paid without looking at the truck (my fault). Upon the initial inspection I could immediately see that some wax was missed. Had this been the only thing I wouldn't have even said anything. The back bumper in the foot wide dip where the trailer attaches was not washed at all and neither was the chrome on the whole bumper. The running boards were missed, bed cover, water spots on the whole vehicle, no protectant on plastic parts around the vehicle, sediment on hood and roof. If you have ever played a car when it is done it should be smooth. Mine feels like sand. I immediately tried to call Alex to have him come back he didn't answer and instead texted he would be back in 2 hours. When I let him know what was wrong instead of apologizing he defended his work. The pictures below show otherwise. This morning I went to move the ttruck and saw it in a different light and noticed that the hood still had a pretty good amount of dirt on it that he waxed over and the wheels where only done on the top I..e the visible part and there was still break dust all over the bottom of them. He sent back 50.00 I asked for 65.00, half, because the job was done so bad. He refused. Take a look at the pics and you will see. There is no way this truck was clayed and if it was it was the worst clay bar job ever done on it. My truck is normally washed and waxed once a month. This time was 2 months so it was a little dirtier than normal. That being said please heed my words and choose someone else. I will have to hire someone else to come fix his mistakes. read more
