Got a car wash here while at the office! Ruben is great and everything came out super clean. Definitely recommend !!

Sorry I wish I could recommend since I tried reaching out at least twice, but unfortunately responsiveness was not on the agenda. I think the last attempt took 4-5 days for me to get a response, and then about a week after I had already closed my messages, I got a voicemail from them. Perhaps I'll give this place another try, but for now, it's left a bad impression on me. read more

They always go a great job here and are quick! Would definitely recommend. There's a good coffee shop/cafe downstairs you can wait at if you don't work in the building. read more

Always does an amazing job! Car is literally spotless and perfect when I pick it up. Truly is very detailed.

Extraordinary job! Professional quality and the customer service is impeccable. No need to go anywhere else. Lisa B. read more

Excellent wash! I got the ceramic wash on my Tesla model 3 and my car looks great! I have a dog so typically dog hair will be left in my car near his car seat and on the front dashboard of my car, as well as some of the seats! I noticed that these were all done super well and I saw the guy double checking my car before it was given back to me. It's super easy with parking since the coffee shop will validate and you can wait there. Overall a really great wash, they give free car freshener and the workers are super nice! Thank you!! read more

Meticulous Wash is one of the best around! Incredibly convenient location and very nice and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

Car wash was amazing. My car was nice and clean and the interior was well maintained. Looks like a brand new car after dropping it off for a wash. Great work! read more

GREAT PLACE. I didn't realize it was by appointment only, so when I found it on Yelp, I was driving around trying to locate the car wash and couldn't find it. I called the number provided, and let me just say--it was incredibly refreshing to experience such genuine care and customer support. I made an appointment, and it was absolutely worth the money. Between the top-notch customer service and the attention to detail, this was hands down the best car wash I've ever had. Ruben is respectful, kind, and patient--truly a professional. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Meticulous Wash . Run, don't walk... or maybe don't, so I can still get my spot =) . read more

They washed my car well, it wasn't as detailed as I hoped for but it was good. Really nice area located in the garage. But that's also a con for me as well. I'd go back again. read more

These guys are really very good. They walked me around my car and told me what they were going to do and then they did it meticulously. I would definitely have them back to detail my car again. read more

Reuben came out on Saturday and completed a Step One on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. He was a little early which was a great change to the normal process with other companies. He did a great job and my SUV looks better than it did when it was new. I would highly recommend Meticulous Wash if you are looking for a great job at a reasonable cost. Please look at the quality of the job on the pictures, read more

Great quality and worth the price. Took about 2 hours, and they did a very thorough job. Will definitely be returning again

Did such a great job on my car and amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Ruben and Johnny cleaned my car amazingly little bit unsure because of price, But they did fantastic made sure inside and outside was as clean and well detailed as possible. for a family business it shows how close and professional they are and shown love to a car that wasn't their own made my first dream car look as great as I envisioned it please don't hesitate to give them a try worth every dollar!!! read more

Johnny (the owner) was so communicative when I reached out, asking for a quote and a possible appointment; very accommodating as well. Ruben, who cleaned my car, was so detail oriented and professional. I would absolutely recommend this business. It's pretty central if you're in Irvine; it's in a parking garage on the fifth floor - easy to find. There's a great coffee shop downstairs where you can wait and get parking validated. The quality of the wash was definitely worth the cost - with a baby and a toddler, a car can get pretty dirty, but after this wash, you wouldn't know it! read more

OMG!!! Ruben did a great job washing my car!! It was my first time washing it with Meticulous Wash, and tbh I was hesitated to go because of the price (it's more expensive than the one I used to go) and the parking fee. You can get validation by ordering a cup of coffee at the coffee shop if the wash/detail is less than 2hrs, which is not bad. No regret of coming here, Ruben was very attentive and very detail oriented. Aileen, the CSR was amazing too!! Highly recommended! read more

First off, I've never given a detail company 5/5 stars, and I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. I've watched so many detailing videos on Instagram, and visited a number of detailing companies since I started driving at 16, I'm now 34. I've been happy with their work, but never truly fully satisfied. Back in 2019, I found Meticulous Wash on Instagram, but they were servicing only customers who worked at The Broadway in Irvine. So I was bummed, but kept admiring their work on Instagram for a few years. Fast-forward to 2021, I moved to Minnesota for a year due to work, and I took my 2020 Mercedes C43 AMG named Nadia. Over there, we experienced the harshest weather: humid summers and winters experiencing -30ºF. Nadia was literally frozen and there was no paint protection. No detailer would even touch her because it was too cold. With the help of God, I'm back in SoCal and found an office at The Broadway! So I made an appointment with Meticulous Wash a week in advance, sent them photos of what they're going to be dealing with. The CSR contacted the detailers to make sure the work that I was requested can be accomplished, which was impressive customer service. Anyway, I dropped off my car around 8:00 AM, and Ruben went over everything that was bothering me about Nadia. Throughout the day, Johnny and Ruben kept me updated. Forward to 4:45 PM, I picked up my car, and I just stood there for a few minutes just admiring their work. Ruben showed me around the car, honestly, they went way above and beyond my expectations. I've never been so impressed, I mean Nadia looks better than the day I took her off the lot, a few days after the truck delivered her. And I paid the dealership to "detail" her. I'm in love with Nadia again, she looks so beautiful and shines so bright in the sun that I cannot stop staring! I literally cannot take my eyes off of her. There are no more scratches, or swirl marks, or any tree residue on the paint. the windows are finally clear, and rims finally free of brake dust. Look at the photos and read the descriptions, and you'll see what I'm talking about. The carbon fiber, the black diffuser, the pillars, are all so shiny and reflective that it looks like a mirror! Now I know why people say paint should look and feel like glass. I'm excited to take my 2016 black Mustang GT to them for a four stage polish and headlight cleaning. Heck maybe even leave it there so they can surface clean the engine bay. I know I won't be disappointed. P.S. I thought I was going to have to get rid of Nadia and buy a new car since she wasn't doing it for me anymore. But not anymore! Thank you all at Meticulous Wash, you have a client for life! read more

Great wash inside and out. Will be returning. Wish they had a monthly membership. Car looked great though.

Best detail EVER!!! FIRST CLASS from the time I made the phone call to the detail being complete. I thought it was going to be super pricey but their basic wash is priced very fairly. When they update you on the extras is when it can get pricey but what ever they recommend is totally worth it. It's located in a parking garage but easy to find & great things surrounding it like breakfast cafe, restaurant for lunch/dinner & a health & wellness office building filled with yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, IV therapy, ect....beautiful building to sit downstairs & hang out people watching as you wait for your vehicle & beautiful landscaping outside to sit & meditate, work on your phone/laptop or make calls. Wi-Fi available & so much more. The outside scenery is so peaceful & relaxing.Since they are located in parking structure there is the cost of a parking ticket but that can easily be comp by enjoying a tea, coffee, breakfast or lunch at one of the establishments, which you'll want too...everything is delicious. As I said, my car was SPECTACULAR.I'll definitely use Miraculous Detail again when I AM in town.Thank you Rueben for taking such great care of my vehicle & also for your professionalism & kindness :) read more

They always do an amazing wash and detail. I have been bringing my Toyota 4runner for years and more recently my BMW i4 for cleanings and mini details to keep both cars like new. Ruben has amazing attention to detail and will always call out scratches on the vehicle to which he offers to buff and wax to the best of their ability. Great service at a great price. Would always recommend Meticulous Wash! read more

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. Very kind and detail oriented. I've gotten basic car washes as well as a wax done on my car. My first visit at Meticulous Wash was 3 months ago. I had just purchased my new car in June and had it ceramic coated. I had a ceramic wash and was extremely impressed with the great job that Ruben did. I have scheduled an appointment for this coming Wednesday. Meticulous Wash - Auto Detailing Near Me - Irvine, California

Due to the high reviews and close proximity to my work I decided to use this car wash service. I got the mini detail with fluorine based wax. I sent an e-mail to schedule my appointment as I do not work in the Boardwalk building, provided my year make and model and was given a price of $165 for this service. When I dropped my car off, which I did a quick exterior wash on just a couple days prior to my appointment, I was told the service was $185. I told the person that I received an e-mail with $165 and he said that was just an estimate until they see the car. As my car was in great condition when dropping it off, and I provided the year make and model for the estimate, this increase was a little surprising but if the service was worth it I would be ok with the increase so I let it go. Also, when I dropped off my car they asked what time I expected to pick it up and I told them I get out of work at 4:00 so I would pick it up around 4:15. They said that was fine and they would let me know when it was ready. I get a call at 2:55 p.m. advising my car was ready and requesting I come get it, an hour earlier than I could as I had to finish my day at work prior to going to get it. After some discussion they advised I could pick it up at 4:00. While they did assist with resolving the situation I was a little irritated that I communicated what worked for me, was told it was ok, then was requested to do something I did not plan for. Had I known 4:00 wasn't ok I would have adjusted my day and requested it be done much earlier. As for the end result of the service, they did a good job on the exterior of the car. The wax was done well and my car looks nice. The interior wasn't all that great, several things I found that were missed that shouldn't be when paying almost $200 for a service, but overall nothing too terrible. At the end of the day it was a little overpriced, a little underwhelming on the results, and the biggest letdown was the customer service. Next time I need my car waxed I'll look elsewhere. read more

Great easy scheduling and such a pleasant lady I spoke with! My car is brand spanking looking new again and so happy.

Insanely good service. First point is the customer service. The lady on the phone was extremely responsive and very helpful with quotes. I decided to get a complete detail since I bought this car used and it needed a wash and it was definitely worth. I was kept up with the detail and informed of any thing that requires an extra charge and asked if I wanted it rather than take advantage and charge me extra. The detail itself was extremely good. Before the detail, the car was covered in water spots and just a fingerprint magnet. As the picture shows, the after was extremely clean and glossy. Definitely worth. read more
