I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. They are a mobile detailing service that also offer monthly car washes as well. I got a full detail on my car and it came out SPARKLING clean. I was also informed that he does maintenance where they come out just to do either an exterior wash or both interior and exterior. I was happy with the price that I paid, and I am certainly considering using them from now on. My car had swirls in the paint from the car washing service that I had used before. He was able to get all of the swirls out of my paint. To be honest, I don't think I could go back to a regular car wash anymore because now I'm scared that they're going to mess up my paint again. These guys are seriously passionate about car detailing! I recently had them detail my friend's 2019 Honda Accord and my 2022 Lucid Air (a car I'm usually super picky about who touches). From the second they showed up, I knew I'd made the right call. They were totally chill and professional, which instantly put my mind at ease. And watching them work? Total pros. They also knew what they were doing; I've dabbled a bit in detailing and hearing them talk about some of my go-to products (like CarPro) and seeing them use stuff from KochChemie tells me they mean serious business. I was blown away by how detail-oriented they were. They seriously got into every little nook and cranny, from the door jambs to the tiniest parts of the interior door panels. Nothing got past them! They brought all their own gear, including their own power and get this... their own filtered water supply! Using filtered water is a big deal because it prevents any impurities from messing up the paint or leaving water spots. It's not something I've found to be common with mobile detailers, who want you to provide them with a hose supply. These guys were so prepared and thorough. My friend's car is absolutely stunning, and the interior is spotless. I'm so happy to have finally found a detailer I can trust with my car when I visit my friend, and with my friend's car. They did an amazing job, way beyond just a regular car wash. If your car is kind of embarrassing to drive around right now, these are your people. All those five-star reviews? Totally earned.
