My car was in dire need of a wash and I needed to get something done to wash away the 2-3 week old road grime and dirt. Like another yelper mentioned, it was a little confusing trying to figure out where the touch-free car wash bay was. It's on the far left side. The right side are the self-wash bays. Thankfully there was no line when I got in and their night special had just started. $13 instead of $15 (I think). Pros: I love that it's truly touch-free AND there's no rail you need to drive onto. When I had a lowered car with nice wheels, I couldn't and didn't want to go through those car washes. This is simply driving into the designated area until it tells you to stop. Cons: Let's face it. There's nothing really agitating the dirt and grime and the detergent/foaming stuff isn't really given a chance to do anything to the filth on the car. It literally gets sprayed onto the car and almost immediately gets rinsed off shortly after. To be honest, I don't think it even uses enough detergent. End result? Lots of flecks of dead bug guts, bird poop, and certain panels still dirty with dust and road grime. For $13 I wasn't expecting much and I'm actually content despite its lackluster job at cleaning the car because it was better than letting my paint rot away with weeks old road grime. All in all, don't expect it to give you a quality car wash. The trade-off is that it is completely touch-free and doesn't matter if your car is modded/lowered. For $13, why not?

My go to car wash spot! The owner and employees of this place is super kind I appreciate them & would continue to show my support to the business. I love how the car washes are touchless. They also have the coin self wash stations, 4 in total. And 4 car drying vacuum areas. Prices are reasonable. They also have a AM and PM price deal and bundles prices.

Fast and easy! Does a great job for maintenance exterior cleaning. There's also an area to do interior cleaning.

Touchless carwash

Touchless carwash in OC but does not clean the side that much. They only have 2 lanes. They have a self service car wash $6 for 10minutes. Vacuum is not free. Bring some quarters.

Great value when buying bundle of 4. Love that it's touchless and there are 2 open at the same time so less wait time

dust still on my car

I was so excited to try this place because it's touchless laser and everyone loves it but i was so shocked to see that the lower half of my car was untouched and still dusty! Honestly felt like k got a better car wash and the places that have those large washers to scrub your car. 12$ is 12$, im not happy i spent it hereo

Love the automatic car wash. I use it when I don't have time to hand wash my car completely touchless recommended by my buddy.

I mean, I guess it's touchless and there aren't many of those around. It just didn't get my car very clean or dry.

I believe I saw their offer on Facebook ad, so I decided to hop on over. First off, there wasn't…read morereally much of a line on a Wednesday afternoon. The attendant was very prompt with scanning my barcode, and directly handed me two free items. And this was by far the easiest and fastest car wash service I've been to at the moment. It was past 4 PM so it was getting a bit dark. That might have also been the reason why my car wasn't fully dry at the end. They did have signs that they have gloves, but I'm not sure if you have to pay for them or not. Thankfully, I always have my own. So, before I vacuumed, I made sure to wipe everything down with my microfiber towels. And obviously the bottom was more wet with droplets. It wasn't such a big deal, but I did notice some smudges that hadn't been there before. Also, it didn't quite pick up a few of the bug remains, but not a big deal. However, they didn't have any time limits (that I noticed) for the vacuum machine machines, and they had pretty decent suction power, compared to the other places I've been to. The downside is that the tubes aren't long enough so you're gonna have to keep your car doors open and snake it through. Overall, it was a pleasant car wash. I did leave a bit in a hurry though because there was a homeless man digging through the trash for recyclables right next to me, and he made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. I didn't feel safe at all, so I left in a panic, and that's the only main concern I had.

I was told everything was taken care of, but I still ended up being charged $25 afterward. Now I'm having to go out of my way to deal with something that should have been handled correctly the first time. The lack of follow-through and communication is disappointing, especially when I made sure to verify the cancellation before leaving. I've now had to contact management just to request a refund and fix an issue that shouldn't have happened. Do not come here.

A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading.

Unfortunately, the quality of the car wash itself was very disappointing. While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don't expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service--especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for.

However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. If I was a younger person, that would've made me freak out and possibly cry. Be better.
