I got upsold on the unlimited wash and immediately canceled after a couple washes could not actually clean my car. In theory the value would be good but my car wasn't even that dirty but the highest tier couldn't properly clean the car. There were visible streaks and dirt still on the car after 4 attempts. I'm not sure any drive in wash is worth it but it's certainly not this one. read more

Be on high alert when washing your car here. If the car in front of you doesn't leave the tunnel. Your car will push forward and force you to crash into the stalled vehicle. There isn't any emergency stop. If you do collide the assistance manger told me Quick Quake is not responsible. He also told me this happens often and nothing they can do about it. He even refuse to make things right. I had to hold my brakes for deal life. I was so fearful for my new truck. I almost got sandwich by the stalled vehicle and the car that was creeping up behind me. I layer my horn and no worker does anything to stop throw on the emergency stop. Very unprofessional and could have been a very very expensive accident. In regards to the manager's response: There was no collision report because I held my brakes for dear life and laid my horn heavily at the car stopped at the exit. No worker came to check on us even though I was laying my horn for a while. My car and the 2 cars behind me were still getting pushed, there was no emergency stop. The only reason there wasn't a collision was because we were all holding onto the brakes, avoiding hitting the car that was stopped at the exit. Additionally, when I did report to the assistant manager after finally being able to get out he wasn't helpful. He told me that if a collision had occurred, quick quack takes zero responsibility and it would've had to go through my insurance. This policy makes no sense when the "anti collision" feature isn't working. read more

One of the few businesses that actually listens to feedback and improves!This Quick Quack location has completely turned things around. It's honestly one of the few places I've seen take customer reviews seriously and make real changes. Ever since they switched names and ownership, it feels like a whole new car wash and they just keep getting better!They recently added a little dunk area and now provide free towels, which is amazing (most places make you buy them). They even take care of washing and cleaning them for you. The vacuums are another HUGE improvement they used to be terrible with barely any suction, but now they're brand new and work great. NIGHT AND DAY IMPROVEMENT! BRAVO. The staff is always friendly and professional, and with my membership, I can get in and out quickly with no hassle. It's a true 5/5 experience every time. Highly recommend this location they've done an incredible job turning things around, and I really hope they continue to thrive! I have a QQ right near my house but I always drive 10 minutes out to go to this specific QQ because although they are friendly at the other one too, this one has wayyyyyy better vacuum suction and space in my opinion. Side note I had a membership before (a year ago) and I came back bc it's just easier to get a quick wash and vacuum my truck myself for 22 to 32/month unlimited times. Good deal for your money these days!! Today Merlyn and Merlyn totally stood out. Merlyn helped me sign back up and told me the link. Good service! Great value! Which quack came through. They had complimentary towels for cleaning. Staff was ready when I pulled up on the members side. If you don't have a membership, you would want to get in the far left lane. The two right lanes are for members only. This speeds things up. This location is so close to my house that's why I've been returning to give it a chance, but I've left disappointed every time. First and foremost, why does the cashier try to upsell every time I want the basic!!! I said no to getting any of the other premium levels and then he tries to upsell the monthly ones. We, the customers, can see all the options available to us, if we wanted any other than the basic, we would let you know. Also, the vacuums are not good at all! They don't suction as they should! And I just noticed today that one whole side of the parking doesn't have any vacuums connected. read more

I've been a subscriber to their Carwash for about 6 months since about October 2024 and all of a sudden the 17 year old little boy working there says I can't go through the Carwash because of my bike rack. Keep in mind that I have never taken off my bike rack because I am an avid cyclist and removing the bike rack for a Carwash is too much work. I forget his name but rudely he tells me I can't go through the Carwash but then says "hey pull to the side and I can check the rack"... ok so I pull over and he's pushing the bike rack shaking my entire car! The rack doesn't budge but the now feels like a boat in rough waters. After rocking my car for bit he looks at me and then calls another employee that said "it looks ok to go through" and still the dude goes well I can't let you through because we don't allow it. What was the point of asking a coworker?! Guess it really is hard to find good help these days so companies like this have to resort to hiring bottom feeders. I proceeded to call corporate to get a refund and ask the operator what is going on and she says it's a new policy... would have been nice for the Carwash employee to mention that but nope... basically just kicked me out. There are plenty of tunnel car washing that 100% have better policy than quick quack. H2Go down the street literary took me in the same day with no issues and guess what??? My bike rack didn't fall off! Also, if I had a bike rack to carry an $5,000 bike... trust me I would make sure it's secure so I have ZERO risk of the bike flying off the car while I'm driving. Thanks for the refund but I will not be coming back unless there is a policy change and new competent workers. read more

Be careful when taking your car here it will beat the crap out of your car. I drive a new SUV and I have over $2000 in damage from the passenger side alone. I filed a complaint almost a month ago and still no response I showed up at the place and tried to talk to the manager, Angielyn: -Store Leader: 4702 but she refuses to show her face. she Claims she couldn't talk to me because she's in a meetings all the time ? and there's other people in front of me. I have now filed a complaint with the company and I'm assuming the franchise owner Dustin. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and accountability for customers damages. My car is a new car and there is no reason the manager couldn't call me to get my car fixed. Another issue I have and brought to the car washes attention is the soap is rainbow and it discolors the insides of your doors. The cleaning spinning brushes get stuck in your car lights and such and literally tries to rip my rear brake lights off. I have two cracked rear brake lights paint ripped off where the brush got lodged in my light. Also something hit my car causing scraps on my door handle. Two of my window trims are scratched badly and peeling. Besides all the damage my car has endured from this car wash I actually used to like this place until the manager Angeline refused to do her job. Long story short if your car is ruined in this car wash you are screwed. The entry to the car wash has a very tight turn right before you line your car up with the tire tracks for the automated wash and the people that guide your car let's just say for lack of better terms. They really don't care about any damage that is done to your vehicle because when I follow the instructions of the person guiding My Car through my wheel covers cracked and fell off and they picked it up with zero regards to what just happened and just kept it pushing never will I come back to this location. read more

Sometimes I have to readjust my driver's side mirror after the wash but that's not a big deal. I like that they check you in with a tablet by your license plate number, avoiding the need for stickers on your windshield. Pricing seems a little high, but everything is lately. I have the $19.99 monthly membership package for the lowest tier and it does the job. It's $7.99 for one single wash so I make sure to stop by several times each month. read more

I live very close to this location and I just got a new car, so I decided to sign up for yet another membership to maintain the look of my car. For $19/month, I'm able to go as many times as I want to wash and vacuum my car. The staff was very friendly and signing up for the membership is very quick. It's based off of your license plate, so when you arrive for your wash, they check you in based on that information. You're able to cancel anytime you want and they give you no hassle about it. This is a great value considering a single wash is $7. My only grief with this location is that many of the vacuums on-site are sub par. It took me three tries to find a vacuum that had enough power to pick up the normal bits of grass and stuff that was on my car mat. I like that this is just down the street from me but I think for a $19/month membership, I would hope that they fix this issue. Otherwise, I think this is worth it, especially if you want to be better about washing your car regularly. read more

During the wash of my front windshield of my Honda sedan, I noticed that the car wash equipment crashed into my windshield very hard and made a loud noise. I didn't notice anything right away and I drove home. A large crack then appeared in my windshield from the bottom of the glass and now its spread more than halfway to the top. The quality of the equipment is not good judging by how it treats your car. Definitely not a good value since now I have to replace my entire windshield! read more
