However, this recent experience just shows why this business deserves such high ratings. After the car wash, I parked to clean the inside of my car and I accidentally vacuumed an earring. Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. I will be a regular at this car wash as I've never experienced above and beyond customer service in a very long time. I writing this review to give thanks to Jen and the H2GO team !

It literally glows and water just beads off it like nothing. Had my Spouses older vehicle paint corrected and detailed and could not be happier. The daily driver looks practically new each time we get it back. After surgery Jesse even came and got the truck for a maintenance wash when I could not do it myself (He does a much better job than me anyway.). Customer Service like that is unheard of these days?! These cars don't know how to queue...like are they incompetent? Two cars in front didn't want to pull forward, so the cars behind were blocking the exit for quite some time. They're lucky no one was honking or stuck trying to pass through. Saturday night is kind of busy, but I'm surprised the employee standing here didn't say anything to those cars. Anyway, I found a decent deal closer to me that includes free vacuum and compressed air. So, thankful I never have to wait in line for a car wash, and that I'll never get stuck trying to exit since the gas station entrance is only one way. Overall, just unhappy with how some drivers don't understand being considerate and leaving space.

Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. I like this better because I don't feel rushed, but of course more money you're spending as you use all the functions. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. Overall, I like this carwash. It's not crowded and more options from the car wash. Will be coming here regularly!
